I wanted a cab ride from a friends apartment, to a garage where my vehicle was. The taxi only came to the front of the apartment complex NOT the building I had ordered it to pick me up at. Now I understand that taxis are not free, however, a $10 fare to go 4/10 of a mile! When I question the driver about the amount, he said the fares are computer controlled. Well my only comment is that: I can control which taxi Company that I call in the future. Which will certainlyNOT BE: FOX VALLEY CAB!!

I called for a ride home from work because my original ride didnt show up. I was told by dispatch that it would be 10-15 minutes, they got there in less than 7 minutes. My driver Glenn was so friendly and courteous. I will continue to ride with Fox Valley Cab.

Take too long to arrive on your place on always made you wait too long period and constantly calling for updates where is the driver...as the same take too long answer the phone and the price is way too high from the others service around, as Uber or Lyft is better.The price with this service is $10 or $14 high than the others.Not recommend use this service for the future...will steal your moms bad service.

While on a very early morning bike ride before work, I suffered a flat tire. I was too far to walk home and to make it to work on time so I had to call a taxi. The dispatcher was very friendly and when I told her I had my bike with me, she dispatched a mini-van. The driver (Glenn) was quick to arrive at my location after I called Fox Valley Cab and he was very friendly and upbeat. Apparently hes been working for Fox Valley Cab since 1957 so he really knows his way around the valley. If you ever have to call a cab in Fox Valley I would highly recommend Fox Valley Cab. These people were a pleasure to deal with.

Fast friendly reliable! My vehicle was out of service for a couple of days, and so I reserved a ride to work at 4am for a couple of days. I had a few different drivers each where early very polite conversation during the ride. All of the vehicles I rode in were very clean and comfortable. I was dropped off at work early everytime. The app was easy to use as well as great to track the driver on their way to get you. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable ride to anywhere you need to go.

Terrible business! They charge $10 to just get in the cab plus a mile rate. Cost $46 to go 9 miles. Dont ever use these scumbags

I sent an email inquiring about reserving multiple cabs. When days had passed and I had not heard anything, I called the company. The dispatcher was very polite and helpful. She made my reservation and confirmed my locations where the cabs would go. When the day of the reservation came, no one showed up. I called the company and they said that since they hadnt heard from me via email, they cancelled the reservation. I told them I called in a reservation, but they had no record of it and they didnt have enough cabs available to accommodate my request day-of. Reliability is very important in this type of business, so I would not recommend this company.

This is the worst cab company ever. My kids school uses this company to transport them to school. I have had nothing but problems with them. There have been many times that they have been 15 to 30 minutes late or have not shown up at all. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous. Clearly they dont know how to run a company if they cant have drivers get to where they are going on a daily basis on time let alone not know when a driver doesnt show up at work or for pick ups. I completely understand in bad weather or if there is an accident but I have been to work late 50 percent of the time since the school year started because of the lack of responsibility of this company. No one should be running a business like this if they cant handle doing their job correctly and responsibly oh and with respect. The only good thing about this company is that the drivers are amazing with my children!

Love this company. I needed a ride to the gas station for milk for my sick nephew at 3am. The dispatcher was very polite. They arrived quickly and my driver glen was very happy polite and pleasant. I give the company and my driver 5 stars.

We used FoxValleyCab for the first time today for a medical Transport Services. Both the ride to and from we’re great. The drivers were great, there were prompt and the vans were both clean. I would recommend this company.

Booked an early morning ride to the airport through their app the previous evening. Driver never showed. Thankfully Uber was available. Fox Valley Cab is clearly not reliable.

Driving my daughter to school this morning cab 468 raced me and cut me off right before an intersection and then proceeded to run a red light. I was upset and with good reason. I called to issue a complaint and was hung up on. I called again to speak with a manager and had them decide to have the audacity to start yelling at me. Terrible drivers.. terrible ethics... terrible period.

I just wanna take the time out and thank Katie a dispatcher at Fox Valley cab. Yesterday they were extremely busy, she went above and beyond!!! So much so, that she called the owner of the company to help out an elderly mutual guest of ours. This type of customer service is the reason why Fox Valley Cab will never go out of business!! They are for the ppl of the Fox Cities, and I will forever ultilize them as a form of transport for our guest. Thanks Katie! You’re the best!!

No showed and when called was rude about driver looking when no driver showed up.

So happy to relay on this taxi company. The office staff is amazing and our driver on time., People that work hard uses good manners and take you safely wherever you need to go. Those are the quality everyone should look for in a business.

Telephoned for a cab at 2:30 pm on a Tuesday afternoon. Was told nothing was available until 4:00 pm. So much for the 24 hour availability. With the prices they charge there should be a little more flexibility than that.

Very pleased with the professional service provided by Fox Valley Cab.Our son receives therapy after school hours. For the past 3 years he has been driven from grade school to an off-site therapy location....typically twice a week.Fox Valley Cab has provided our son with a safe & on-time 5 mile drive. As parents, we really felt our son was in good hands. He also would look forward to the cab ride every day.

Fabulous company with great people!

Just got back from running my husband to the airport when his reserved cab for 4:40 never showed up. At 5am we gave up and zoomed to the airport where he barely made his flight. Never had this problem before, but never plan to give them the opportunity to pull this again. Not impressed at all.

Excellent rates

Waited for an hour and a half and then when i called to see what was going on they apparently were waiting somewhere and then left. The lady was rude. I was helping a deaf gentleman try to get somewhere. Uber got here in 4 minutes no problem and was cheaper.

The only reason I gave it ONE star is because the driver was nice. $14 to drive from Appleton east to Oneida street. And they dont tell you your fare until youre under way. So you can bite the bullet or theyll turn around. Yellow cab and atlas wouldve been $7-$9 tops.

The dispatcher was nice and I waited only 20 minutes for the cab. Then, everything went South - literally. The driver was told the exact address I was going to. He took the wrong exit off of 441 and we were headed towards Oshkosh. He turned around. When at my stop, I asked him if the fair would more because of his mistake. He said no. I had to ask him twice what fee was - he was in a hurry to take my credit card. I had to ask him twice what his name was. Nope. I wont be using this service again!

Terrible service. Will not use again. Called late morning to schedule a cab at 3:15. Cab finally showed up at 4pm. 45 minutes late. Called 4 times and each time the guy said he was a few minutes away. When you give several hours notice you should be able to be on time. My advice? Call someone else.

The driver was right on time and very friendly. Cab was clean and safe. This is important to me because I use them to help my daughter with transportation. I have been in other cabs in the Fox Valley and while I always got from point A to point B, the drivers and the cars were sometimes a little sketchy. Very professional and prompt. I have heard that their rates are higher than their competitors but Id have to say that you get what you pay for and no matter how much a cab costs, its still way cheaper than a DUI!

May 8 9:02 a.m license plate ending with 6102 doesnt feel the need to stop at any red lights apparently. Please look into this

As I was reading the reviews I noticed someone else had written about cab 441 that he was aggressive and a poor driver. This couldnt be more true cab 441 was stopped at west HS when I was dropping my son off as I left I traveled down Linwood towards college ave. He then pull out in front of me from another side street failing to stop at the stop sign and forcing me to slam on my breaks. As he preceded down college ave he was speeding at about 44 mph in the 35 mph zone. please make a safe choice and call Uber.

I also wish I could leave 0 stars for this company. I do not know how they have a two and a half star rating. Every time I call dispatcher is very rude and I cant even get a cab. Its great to live in a city with no choices and who you ride with I will take the bus rather than call them ever again negative rating

Pretty much everything was excellent, they were on-time, friendly drivers, and safe driving.The only thing that really ruined the experience, was having my debit card wrecked. Paying with a card means having it put through an old-fashioned carbon slider. My previously undamaged card sustained 2 significant creases, which cannot be bent back flat since the plastic was pinched and thinned.For this reason alone, I will not use this service again until I hear theyve updated their equipment to more secure, less damaging, technology from this century.If you are going to use Fox Valley Cab, you better pay with cash.

Call Appleton Taxi 733-4444, A-Town Taxi 428-8294, or download the Uber app. Driver Donna, pulls out in front of me, causes an accident, gets a citation, denies that there was a citation, and concoct a story for their Integrity insurance that its somehow my fault. Also have observed them not using directional signals properly, Unscrupulous business.

Called for a cab from a restaurant to hospital. Told the driver the name of the place.D - (rudely) Whats the address?Me - I dont know the address, just Google the placeD - Im (something something) miles away and you can kiss my ass!Me - lol OK bye. (Signals for an Uber)If I had given him the address, what would he have done? Put it into his maps program. Why couldnt he just do that with the restaurant? Theres only one.

I got into a cab with Driver 92. He dumped me at my location, did not come back for over an hour then took the CORRECT route to get me home. So I was over charged for the trip, dumped for an hour and suggest avoiding any trips with Driver 92. Sorry Im posting this for an otherwise excellent company.

I waited in the negative weather an extra 30 minutes because they were late, and then they charged me 12$ to go 4 blocks and back. I rode in Atown yesterday all thae way to family video and back for 7$. So i wont be using this taxi anymore. And i suggest others dont as well

I wish I didnt have to put a star bc it would be zero at all! Horrible experience with this place! They was two hours late to pick up my grandpa from the hospital to take him to another hospital! When they get here the guy just tells him go ahead! Like clearly he is sick and can barley walk then when we arrive we ask him whats he needs and he sad $108 and nobody had told us that we had to pay since he was going from hospital to hospital. Then he has no proof of a receipt and cant get us any so thankfully the nurse at the hospital handled it! Also grandpa said he was a horrible driver! I wish I would have gotten his name bc he really need to find a new job! Horrible! Dont recommend this cab to anybody!

This company is RIPOFF!! $8 just to get in the can and $2 a mile??? My daughter went 1 mile exactly and they charged $10!!! Its a shame and they need to be shut down!! That makes no sense at all!

Not a big fan of this company. Called them when my usual choice, A-Town Taxi, was unavailable. The driver who picked me up had no idea where my street was and didnt pay any attention when I gave basic directions. We went way out of the way before finally getting turned around and going the right way. Thankfully I wasnt charged for the extra distance, but the trip was still about $5 more than what A-Town usually charges to take me home from work.

Unit 441 flipped me off driving down the highway with my 72 year old mother and 7 year old son in the car. Followed and confronted the fat balding man that was driving and he said it was because i wasnt doing the speed limit when i had a mile long line of cars in front of me. This man shouldnt even have a drivers licence let alone a job driving people around. He is going to end up killing someone with his aggressive driving. I would walk before i rode in a car with this man driving. He should be fired he is a hazzard and a liability.

Sometimes they say they cant come for a long time and other times they dont even answer. However other times they are very good

My friend and I were downtown, when our phones died, it started raining, so we borrowed a friendly strangers phone. We requested a cab at 4:53pm, and we were told it would be arriving in 15 minutes. Thanked the stranger, and waited on the sidewalk for our cab, which didnt arrive until 5:27pm. We were extremely displeased, as we waited outside in the cold rain, over twice as long as we were told, and expected.

Driver was 20 minutes late for a scheduled pickup from the hotel to the airport and was also extremely rude. Do not recommend!

We called A Cab and they said they would be there in about 10 minutes and theyd call us when theyre close. 30 minutes later, with no call, we see them pick up other people. I call second time for a ride (thinking it was just a misunderstanding) after waiting another 15 minutes. They tell me they cant pick me up where Im at (even though the last cab said to meet them there) and to try calling back in 30 minutes to see if they could POSSIBLY pick us up then. I just couldnt believe it.

They have yet to be on time for a scheduled pick up.

Drivers are friendly and on time but the pricing for their fares is suspect. I had two pickups scheduled both on a Monday and for the same time. The second pickup had a 41% price increase over the first pickup. When I questioned why the price jump, they gave me a slight discount.

No-show for 4AM pickup, hadnt done paperwork on reservation night before. Rescued by Uber!
