Honestly, some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. We purchased all new kitchen appliances in June and immediately after plugging in our refrigerator, we started having issues. We had 6 service calls and 3 major repairs from June to September, when our fridge finally just completely died. After 3 days of trying to get in contact with someone, I finally got through to a manager, who was able to get us authorization for a replacement, but we were then told that the fridge is not in stock. Its now been over a month, and we still do not have a working refrigerator. I have called over and over again, only to be told that they have no idea when it will be in stock, and theres no way they can get this information for me and I just constantly feel like we are getting shoved aside. This was not a small purchase for us, it was a huge deal, and we were planning on eventually going through Warners Stellian for all of our other home appliances, but I am honestly just so fed up.UPDATE 11/16: We STILL do not have a working refrigerator. It has now been 2 months since it died. They did reach out the day that I left the original review to offer us a store credit to purchase a different in-stock unit, but the only option is over $1,000 more than we paid for our original fridge. Such a joke. Super thrilled to be going into the holidays without a refrigerator.

Our sales associate was very knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy and patient. We were happy to learn Warners Stellian does not subcontract their deliveries. The delivery crew was great. They were fast and very professional. The dishwasher was up and running within 10 days of purchase. Our kids are happy to have a working dishwasher again!

Friendly staff that is very knowledgeable. Installation and delivery was on time and the crew was very friendly and thoughtful. I bought a new dishwasher to replace my 36 year old beast that was obnoxiously loud and truly wore out. Unfortunately, they dont make them like they used to so Ill likely be buying another new one in 10 years or so. No fault of this reseller, so no stars taken off.

Local company who does their own service calls and installs so no one passes the buck like what could happen if you went with a box store or online. Great service that you will not get on the likes of Amazon. Go with Warners Stellian or wish you did! (Life hack)

I went to every store looking for a Refrigerator and its very hard to find a place that will deliver it inside your home These days. This was the last store I stopped at. they were the most friendly and the prices were great. The delivery team was absolutely wonderful as well.

Sales people are very helpful, however, once you purchase be sure to advocate for yourself if you have warranty issues as their store managers and customer service folks are not very helpful. In the end a good experience because my sales person was a man of his word and did a great job to represent the company. Certainly disappointed in the store leadership and customer service, but great sales person.

Wonderful experience! John G approached my family within a minute of being in the store. Right out the gate he was honest with us about the COVID delays and got a list of available appliances. He’s very genuine and not pushy at all , respectful and understanding. There was a small mishap with the credit card we had and he got them on the phone for us and he was so patient and understanding. He’s very good at what he does! Thank you John! I won’t look for appliance at Home Depot ever again because of your customer service! I was in and out with a new true convection oven and couldn’t be happier!

Great experience working with Jeff Urick! My husband and I had our fridge/freezer go out and needed a replacement asap. We went here and was able to purchase one! Only complaint is when he was helping us, another couple came in specifically requesting Jeff. While my husband and I were deciding which we wanted to purchase (took 2 mins) he was working with the other couple to completion and we ended up waiting 30+ minutes until they were done and checked out. Other staff members could have helped us finish our purchase but no one asked if we had been helped or needed help. A little frustrating to be standing around with multiple other staff members there but not a huge deal! Thanks for the new fridge :)

Anyone else get ripped off by Warners Stellians $50 rebate?I submitted all the proper documents to the company they hired to do this (nationwide marketing group) which by the way has zero contact information, you cant even talk to an associate, and still we have not received our rebate 5 months later, in fact they have done nothing with my account.I called the Warner stallion store to try to rectify the situation, they told me I would have to continue to try to contact that marketing group, which has not answered ANY of my emails to date. We were sold several appliances under this false rebate scheme.And Yes, we were eligible for the rebates and yes we supplied all of the proper documentation including receipts, sales order sheets with all applicable model numbers included within the first week of purchase of said items.As owners of many apartment units and a design built firm we have in the PAST used Warners Stellian for outfitting all our units and for our clients remodels. Moving Forward, I am not sure I can recommend a company that does this to its customer base. Besides the fact that most of the Appliances they sold us failed within the first year! We have spent a lot of money repairing all of them, being they are brand-new this has been difficult on our bottom line!Just wondering has anyone else had the same issues we have had with this rebate program not paying up? Basically being sold appliances under the pretext of a rebate and never getting it?

We were sold an LG washer/dryer set that does not work properly on any sensor settings. We have tried to work with Warner Stellian for over a year now to swap them out but they steadfastly say all they can do is “send service”. Our service techs have been great, but they continue to say that our machines will not do what we need, and yet Warner Stellian refuses to stand behind their equipment, even though we purchased 5yr commercial warranties for as much as they were worth. I am to the point of having to involve an attorney. I would highly recommend NOT working with this company.Well, it has been almost a week since your reply, and I have yet to hear from anyone to resolve this situation.Edit: Nice apology! Its just words from your end. Now 1 week later and I had to go to the store to get any response. They said to call the service manager. The service manager says LG will not replace the washer/dryer so all they can do is send service. What a joke. Warners Stellian sold me the washer/dryer but will not stand behind what they sell. Do not do business with this company. I am filing claims with BBB and will look into small claims court. I have wasted so much time trying to work with Warners Stellian, they do not care a rip about their customers.

Terrible customer service! I have shopped with this company over 20 years. Anytime I needed a new appliance I went to Warner Stellian without thinking twice. The way they handled a recent situation I wouldn’t even accept a free appliance from them. Stay away, think twice, and go somewhere they will stand behind there products. And on an even better note where you will be treated with respect and kindness! I will never deal or shop here again. Bought a refrigerator it went out they repaired it and less then two months later went out again! Literally just put $500.00 of groceries in it for a family of six! This refrigerator isn’t even 5 years old!

If there was a way to not give a star at all, thats what Warners Stellian would get from me. We just purchased, or might I say, thought we purchased a Bosch Dishwasher from WS. We asked specifically to check to see if they had inventory of this model because we need the front panel buttons due to our daughter being visually impaired. They checked the inventory, told us there were over 200 in stock and they set up our delivery a week later from what they told us was the earliest possible delivery date. We were told that we had to check the clearance to make sure the opening could accommodate the dishwasher and to call within 48 hours to confirm this. If delivery happened and the dishwasher didnt fit, we would be charged a restocking fee. To ensure we had the correct opening we removed the old dishwasher and adjusted the cabinet to make sure it fit. We did everything we were asked to do and specifically asked them to confirm inventory. They did. Then it all fell apart when we got a call at 8pm the night before the dishwasher was supposed to be installed around 9:30am the following morning. Basically, sorry about your luck but we are calling to tell you we dont have your dishwasher and have no clue when you can get one. We asked what happened to the 200 they had in stock and were told they must have sold them. How could 200 dishwashers of the same brand and model be sold in less than a week for one thing and the other is, if we were first in line for delivery, how did 200 people get in front of us? We asked those questions and were told we dont know. What kind of customer service is it when you wait until the 11th hour to contact a customer to tell them you dont have the product you paid for and dont know if and when you will ever get it. They tried to blame it on COVID but COVID didnt check the inventory, take our money, and schedule a delivery and it certainly didnt make them wait until the 11th hour to call us to let us know we were screwed. They offered to give us our money back, thats mighty nice of them. It wasnt until my husband said he was going to be at the show room the next day and get answers about where our dishwasher went (that was supposed to have our name on it), that they told us they would give us an upgrade. We dont want an upgrade since the upgrade does not have the features we required. This is the second time we tried WS and the second time we had issues. We will NEVER consider WS again. Theres too many other places that sell appliances and hopefully care enough about their customers to at least have the courtesy to give them more of a heads up than waiting until the night before delivery to tell you they arent holding up their end of the deal. What a terrible way to treat a customer. We wont be back!!So Adam, you only had 3. Thats fine but if you had 3, what happened to the 1 you had for me. We scheduled the first available time for delivery. Assuming you didnt lie about that, you had 3 in stock and we were first in line for delivery. How did we not get one? Thats the mystery you cant seem to solve. You had inventory and we scheduled the very 1st possible delivery time. Doesnt add up for us.

My 1-star rating is specific to the service model, not the appliances themselves. This is one of the worst service models ive ever encountered. It is NOT customer centric at all. Both times weve waited for weeks for someone to service us and both times the repair person has come with the wrong parts, so we wait again. The ironic part, is theres a built in delay in the process to ensure the technician arrives with the right parts but guess what....they dont. And its not the technicians fault, theyre very capable, friendly people who also appear to be frustrated and are apologetic for not having the right parts. Based on the customer experience of these service requests, I would not recommend. I dont know if its a parts inventory issue or the service model is just flawed, but someone should really look into that.Update: 3 weeks later, still no resolution. The tech came and left not having the right parts and he said hed order them ASAP. A week goes by so we call, oh the parts have been ordered but theres no tracking so we dont know...but youll hear from us by Friday for sure. Friday comes and goes, so i guess ill have to call back again today and spend another 20 mins on hold. I appreciate your response to my review but they do seem a bit canned. My question would be, what steps are you taking to resolve this non-customer centric service model.Update Again: I just got a call saying that they cant order the parts for my washing machine. Theyll give me a credit towards a new one, so now i have to come into the store, pick out a replacement washing machine, spend more money, and wait longer im sure for it to be delivered. 3 weeks go by and now this?

The prices were the same everywhere, so we bought appliances for an entire kitchen from them. The day everything was supposed to be delivered, the fridge was not in the truck. I do not blame this on the delivery staff at all, they were nice. The second day the fridge was supposed to come, they didnt show up and no call was made. So we called them instead and they said the fridge didnt make in on the delivery truck. The day that we finally got the fridge, the delivery people are the best. We talked with some family friends and they had a similar situation as us. Something wasnt delivered and there was little communication. I really just with the organization of delivery was better.

It was terrible. I ordered a freezer just before Christmas and it was not delivered until Feb 1. My salesman never called with updates. Only updatesI got was when I called in. Then delivered a freezer that was not mine as the one I ordered was discontinued. No call, just tried to deliver it. Then the next one they delivered the corner was dented in. I refused that as well. Finally on Feb 1 it was delivered. I would not buy from them ever again. Terrible customer service.

We went with Warners Stellian because theyre supposed to be known for their excellent customer service. That is far from what I experienced. I walked into the store already knowing the refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher to order. I needed help picking out a downdraft that was compatible with the range. The sales rep sold me a unit that worked with it. The day came to install and the range / downdraft instructions looked they were NOT compatible. Called Warners Stellian, talked to Adam. He said if the sales rep said the units were compatible, they were. And that no installers were available to talk to and that we declined their installation service so its our problem. Our only option was to call the manufacturer of the downdraft unit. So I did. Manufacturer confirmed - not compatible. Called Adam at SW back and told him, he said thats not true and he was calling their rep. He called me back and said, yeah they arent compatible and the only one we have that is compatible is $1100 more, do you want it? He was rude, entirely unhelpful in a situation THEY put us in after spending thousands of dollars. This affected how the cabinets were built and the quartz countertops. Completely ridiculous! I will never recommend or work with SW again.

Bought a dishwasher from these guys, it lasted two years so I called them, of course Im out of their warranty, so I pay to have a service tech come to my house, the dude doesnt even look into the dishwasher to see what might be the issue. Instead he calls some other tech to see what may be a common issue, dude get your hands dirty at least look at the control boards. Anyway gives me a part number for the main board that I already tested and told him was good. Leaves.... Then warner stellian calls me and wants 400 dollars for a 130 dollar part, and recommend that I just buy a new dishwasher bc the tech could do it for 600 cmon guys really !? But hey they have great deals right !?

HORRIBLE!! If I could give them zero stars I would. My elderly mother recently purchased and entire kitchens worth of appliances from them as well as a new washer and dryer. They never showed up, never delivered and never called her. The store manager, Chuck Wilson, explained there was a glitch in their system and absolutely assured her the appliances would be delivered the next day. Once again - no delivery and no communication. She was told Chuck was then out of the office for 5 days. Sales manager John Colby was paged twice and emailed twice. Never responded either. They have no clue as to what is going on and seem to avoid communication at all costs. Their attitude is we dont know and we just dont care. My mother will be cancelling her order and purchasing elsewhere.

They have become a joke! They no longer stand behind their products. They throw their sales people under the bus, and lie to make money. I bought a whole house of appliances, third time I have done that here over the years. I have a refrigerator that makes the worst noise while in defrost noise. Twice a day for 45 minutes. Cant even be in the same room! Three different repair guys come out, they all say it is JUNK, and cant fix it. The salesman told me they refuse to show this model to customers....because of the problems. ( but they still sell it) Service is a complete and udder disappointment! Lies, terrible response time, and unqualified. Salesman told me since it was under warranty I could upgrade to a better unit, spend several hundred more dollars to get a unit that is satisfactory. I was willing t do that..... But wait! The Store manager said, no, referred me to service, they claim the unit is just fine LOL and if I want to return, because t still is under warranty, they will charge a 25% restocking fee! So even under warranty it will cost me another $400, to return it, plus another several hundred to upgrade. BEWARE. Nice people,until their junk product fails, then the greed comes out and they are unrecognizable. Never again! Werner Stellian should be ashamed of what they have become! Not how the old man ran the place!

This place isnt even worth one star. Their service is absolutely HORRID!!! We moved into our new home over two months ago and our builder purchased Warner Stellian appliances. The ice-maker and water dispenser in the fridge did not work from the beginning. We called Warner Stellian and informed them of the problem. After two months and over 15 phone calls, where we have informed multiple Warner staff of the problem, we still have no ice or fridge that produces water. We have six appliances provided by Warner Stellian and their service sucks! Buyer Beware.

We are repeat customers. Very happy with dishwasher we bought a couple of months ago. Now a GE gas stove. Not so much. Sales experience was fine. Delivery guys were good too, but one burner did not work (on a brand new unit) and there were handprints on the front that wont come off. I wish I had made them take it back rather than accepting the service call. We waited 10 days for delivery and now another 5 for service. And when my wife told Dallas from service that she had to work until 11am, it was really like tough !@#$. You get a 3 hour window. REALLY?! After spending $1000 on a defective stove and its all about their schedule. Color me really disappointed. You can bet Ill share this experience with as many folks as possible.

We attended the”Real Deal” big over hyped sale on Saturday 21st. We were excited about the sale and we had pre-shopped for appliances for the entire kitchen. We were told if we waited until the Real Deal sale we would save about $1K.We got to the sale early, waited in line and were second in the store…….boy were we disappointed. The sale hype indicated items would be below cost, floor models and scratched and dented items.What we got was just over $ 600 dollars in savings and it was only because we bought a scratched and dented floor model, none of the other items were marked down enough to put up with the hassle of being at the sale.The only thing even marked down close to cost was the open box, floor models, everything else wasn’t worth the hassle. It really seemed just like being at Best Buy or the Appliance Warehouse. Nothing special about the sale or Warner Stellian.Probably won’t be back…………..Sale ads and sales clerk over way over hyped about the sale. There weren’t any big discounts that all the other appliance stores don’t offer. Very disappointed in the sale.Warner Stellian took an event we were excited about and turned it into a disappointing transaction.

Great selection and employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. However they were hindered by having to go spend 5-10+ minutes looking up each item at the desktop computers. For example I was looking at a dishwasher. Guy goes to look in computer, comes back 5 minutes later. Wash rinse repeat over FIVE times!! Why not give employees tablets?!

Ive been a long time customer of Warners Stellian but Im moving on. I see no advantage of them over a big box store. The store personnel themselves are helpful and knowledgeable but their service department is entirely rude and unhelpful.I purchased a replacement dual wall oven and a replacement microwave range hood in December 2019. Because we were approaching Christmas, I didnt care to bother with the installation myself, so I decided to just bite the bullet and pay for installation. The installation of both items added an additional $500 to the invoice but I felt that it would be worth it to have it done quickly, completely, and correctly. They came and installed the new items and I found the microwave installation went great. However, I was far less than satisfied with the installation of the wall oven. They installed it ok, but didnt bother to program it or adjust the settings. The oven from factory was not calibrated correctly. When we would set 350, the oven would read 225, so it was grossly off. This was really perplexing as would think that ovens should be precalibrated, but apparently not. I called Warners Stellian service about this and they basically told me to recalibrate it myself. I told them that I had paid for the service and asked them to come out and do it. They told me they dont view it as their job to calibrate ovens for customers and that its left to the customer and that if I wanted them to come out, it would be another service fee. Things escalated quickly from there and it became apparent that Warners Stellian had no interest in providing complete service. Ridiculous. I felt I had paid a significant fee for installation and the job should have been completed correctly. I called the store in Apple Valley and spoke with my sales person that I have used for the last several purchases and she agreed that was unacceptable and that she would call service on my behalf and get them to correct the issue. Its now April and its been crickets ever since. I have heard nothing from them. I had asked for them to correct the calibration or issue a partial refund of the installation fee. If youre going to do a job half-a**, then expect to receive half the fee. Since I havent heard from them, I have since gone online and researched how to calibrate the stove and have done it myself.At this point, I expect that I wont hear from Warners Stellian and they wont hear from me. Which is sad, because I really used to believe there was an advantage to dealing with them. However, I see no advantage to working with them any longer, as the service level expectations at the big box stores (Home Depot, Menards, Sams Club, or Costco) is really the same. That to me is kind of sad. The family appliance store is no more. Im afraid Im done with Warners Stellian.

Were recently purchased a Whirlpool top loading HE/low water washer with gas dryer to replace a 30 year old pair that had only needed minor service twice over the years until they just wore out.Claire, our salesperson, was friendly and knowledgeable and explained all our options and answered all our questions. The price was good due to an extended Black Friday sale. I understand todays machines are not expected to last as long, and extended warranties are worth considering, but that would have put us out of our budget. We had needed to schedule our delivery about a month out. Somehow there was a mistake with the date, but she called with plenty of time ahead to confirm, and was able to change it to the correct date ,no problem.On delivery day the guys Chad and Chris called and arrived almost an hour ahead of schedule. Because the city we live in has stricter requirements for installation we knew it was going to be more involved but they were friendly and efficient and installation went flawlessly. He took time to explain what he was doing. The washer cleans better than the old pair did when it was new. We are quite satisfied deciding to spend a little more on this pair.

I purchased a fridge and a range at the same time. i was told they would be delivered the flowing week on a Wednesday (about 10 days). on sat., before the delivery, i was told the range was on back order and would be in the first week in February. almost a month later. since they only deliver to my town on Wednesdays, it would be delivered on the 12th. i called on February 7th and was informed that if would be another couple of weeks. i sold my range right-away as i did not want it around as i could live-without it for a couple weeks. its been 6 weeks with no range. kevin beck, the salesman, was very helpful in the purchase process. that is the only positive thing i can say. he told me the fridge would be a week but never said anything about a delay on the range. i believe he never know this as the Saturday before the delivery another person informed me of the delay. i paid cash for my purchase and they are refusing to refund me the same way i paid. my customers copy does not state this nor their site. will be drafting a formal letter soon. this place is a joke.i will never do business with them again.

Sitting in parking lot of apple valley locatio . Was inside store for 35 minutes. Knew exactly what I wanted and walked directly to it within 30 seconds. Stood around waiting for sales. Half of staff didnt have a customer and were at sales desk on the computer. 35 minutes and no one asked if they could help or offered assistance. Didnt even acknowledge I was in the store for 35 minutes. Walked out. I was a check writer. Going to Home Depot. Same product, same price

I would give them a 0 star, but Google makes me give them at least a 1 star. I bought over $15k in appliances from them including a warranty. They never gave me the warranty documentation, and they withheld that the warranty was provided by a third party. Within a year, my refrigerator broke. They fixed it and I had a similar issue within months. The following year I had the same issue. Two years later the same issue. After the third time, they made me pay $99 for them to come and make sure I wasnt lying. Then they charged me another $320 to fix the problem, even though it was the same problem they didnt fix earlier and the manufacturer had a recall service notice on it. After four months, they told me that the warranty actually began two months before I took ownership of the appliance. While they charged me to fix the recalled product, I watched as the repairman broke another part. They then made me hire another repairman to fix the part they broke. Selling an expensive warranty for a product that takes 9 service calls in four years, and over $500 I had to pay for a part that they never fixed is NOT service. Apple Valley Warner Stellians has the worst customer service. They ordered me the wrong fridge which would’ve been OK with me in the long run but everything else after that was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The fridge took three weeks to get to my house, the manager has no customer service skills, when they delivered the correct fridge the second time the delivery people walked all over my house with their wet shoes and then the new fridge that I have has door dings in it and to top it off the delivery people did not remove all the tape and packaging from inside of the fridge. If you made a mistake I understand, but everything else after that should be perfect. That’s how you get return customers in case you didn’t know

Great sales person, great customer contact for delivery etc. However, purchased $7500 (before sale price) for a new kitchen suite (fridge, stove, d/washer, microwave) and after 2 weeks and maybe 6 washings the d/washer broke. Waited 72 hours for someone to call me back then another 5 days before the part was supposed to come in. It was days before xmas, and I had to beg and plead and told them I wanted a new d/w on the Monday before xmas. Which they did, and were back in my good graces. But, now not 2 weeks later, I woke up on Saturday and went to my fridge to get water, and stepped into a flood on my floor! Water was streaming out of the front of the door and had overflowed apparently all night. Then the fridge and the freezer were not working. Thank goodness we had a chest freezer and moved stuff to there, however EVERYTHING in the fridge had to be thrown away. We immediately called on Sat am, when they opened and was told I would hear back by the end of the day. OMG! Not a word! So now we are 2 days w/out a fridge, and totally frustrated. Are these 2nds whats the deal here? I did get an email with details of the complaint. Big whoop! In the email it said to text - so near 4-4:30 pm when I did not hear anything back, I texted. And the reply text said they are avail. Mon - Fri x to x.......Well again - geez.I have always been pleased w/Warner Stellian, and felt much better after they fixed the issue w/the d/washer......but not comfortable in future purchases with this track record. I need to buy a new washer and dryer and Im thinking Ill have to shop elsewhere. I am also waiting on a grill cover we ordered back at the end of Oct. (we got the grill) but have not gotten the cover, so it sits in our garage....uncovered and not in use. The people I had talked to thru these ordeals have been apologetic, but that doesnt fix the problem. Im sorry, does not cut it. Action speaks louder than those words.

Buying appliances can be confusing with so many makes and models. But at Warners Stellian the shopping experience was very pleasant and stressless. The sales team is extremely well knowledge on each make and model. The staff is very friendly and happy. The purchase went extremely well. Delivery was very timely and prompt. The delivery team took extreme care with the appliances and entering our home. They also were informative on the machines we purchased. We will NEVER purchase from Warner Stellian ever again! We recently built a custom home and were forced to spend more than $30,000 in appliances. This organization is completely incapable of servicing any equipment they sell. Their technicians are not trained on the higher end equipment. We ordered a built in coffee maker that worked for two weeks. They have now had the unit for more than 6 weeks and cannot fix it and only then did they order a new one that will require another two weeks to install. Their service department is not set up to provide service in a timely manner. The customer service agents are not trained at all and the manager of the department NEVER returns calls. When they finally schedule an appointment they use an automated system that does not allow you to select the time of day for delivery/service and if you cannot hold an entire day you are forced to reschedule. Stay away from this organization. The ownership and management is TOTALLY non responsive to any issue or concern. I was stunned that a customer that spent this much money on integrated appliances would be treated in this manner. If you are using Homes by Tradition or any other builder I recommend you INSIST the builder use a different supplier, especially if it is a higher end appliance.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and pleasant. There was no high pressure sales tactics. I was able to receive my new range within 4 days of purchase. The notification of delivery was done via text message with a confirmation returned the same way. On the day of delivery, the driver was ahead of schedule and we received a courtesy call to see if they could deliver early.All in all a great experience. I had a number of things happen with my washer and drier purchase.1) The drier has a big dent in it. I returned it rather than taking a credit.2) New drier here, but 2 of the 4 pedestal feet missing. They installed it on the floor, without the steam feature and put the pedestal in the garage. Then parts were ordered.3) They forgot to turn on the cold water and came out again.4) Arriving with bells on, they came back with the pedestal feet and installed the drier.5) Then we started receiving F3 & E3 errors on the drier, over heating. Called and they came out to service. It needs a new control board. They ordered it. At the same time MY RANGE went out. lol I had them look at the 13 year old $2,000 KitchenAid , $1,212.93 to repair. There I was out looking for a stove. Visiting a couple of other appliance dealers in town did not yield skilled sales people or a very good selection. So, back to Warners Stellian again.Marc, tired to hide his name badge when I walked in, but I found him. lol I had been doing my research on ranges. He showed me the range I seen online. He then looked up another model I had on my list and found it had more features for the same money, sold!Im awaiting the drier repairs and resetting the drier 3 times each load. They assured me, my house wont burn down.

Purchased a bad Oven Warners will refuse return:Received oven from Warner Stellion on June 6th. Service call June 24 to replace bad console. Tech replaces console July 9.Display console still does not function. Spoken with service dept. 3 times and went into retail location to schedule another tech visit. Now, August 16, Im told item is no longer eligible for return after 30 day return policy.I even purchased their $200 insurance to not deal with the manufacturer! Will be notifying Dept. of commerce on the unethical sales practice.

Zero Stars if we have the option! Ordered completely new kitchen appliances and they delivered a refrigerator that was damaged. The delivery person noted the damage, we called Warners and they noted the damage and its been 3 weeks. No discount, no new refrigerator. Go somewhere else for appliances. Another week has passed and Warners brought out a replacement refrigerator that was ALSO DAMAGED! omg. THIS IS AMAZING! Im on my 5th contact to resolve this issue. I now have spent hours on Warners Stellian problem that they wont resolve. Spent hours from my work and the cost of me fixing their problem is mounting...
