This is my favorite pet store to go to. The staff is always friendly and quick to help if you need anything. They can be pricey with certain things but overall most items are very affordable. Also, they have things for almost any kind of pet- reptiles, birds, rodents, etc.

I have been shopping here for years and I am biased toward local businesses but the staff at Huron Pet Supply is always helpful, kind, and knowledgable - always earning a 5-star review. They carry a great variety of products on the healthier end of the spectrum and they even started carrying Prowl when I asked them to several years ago because I didnt want to order it online. I had another great experience there today and had to share.

We got a new puppy and he was ready for a gentle leader while we were out camping near by. Huron pet supply was the first store open on a Saturday morning. A few weeks latter the buckle on it stopped latching. I didnt have the receipt but I took it back in. They exchanged it no questions asked. This tells me they not only sand behind their products but also with their customers. I know where Ill be going for all my other needs. You wont get that at a box store.

Great store, knowledgeable staff. My dog had an eating disorder. Huron Pet helped immensely by providing guidance, and gave us a lot of food samples to help us determine what she would, and wouldn’t, eat. I’ll be buying all pet supplies from them, moving forward.

Great customer service. Love their Stella & Chewy Raw dehydrated foods for dogs. They will return dig food that your puppy will NOT eat. And my puppy was super fussy! They have high quality pet brands.

I have been shopping here for about 10 years. They have a great selection and most products are high quality, Made in the USA brands. What sets this place apart from the rest of the pet stores is the passionate and knowledgeable staff. Earlier this week, I dropped by to get something special for my Shepherd who just went through major surgery. The gentleman I spoke with was legitimately concerned about helping me find a good product to engage my GSD during recovery and above all things, was healthy for her and not going to interfere with her multiple medications. Right now, she is happily playing with the “Everlasting Treat Wheeler” and staying away from her stiches. It was a perfect remedy for the boredom my dog faces during her recovery, and my biggest concern right now is my dog tearing into her stiches during recovery...and I could tell this staff member was equally concerned. I can tell you, most local pet store employees won’t take the time with you. This is why I keep coming back.
