It’s been 3 years since we came here and was looking for a Mustang GT. I must say I’m so glad we went to Charles gabus and purchased a mustang from them! Was even treated as if I didn’t have enough money for their car(s) so I suggest you listen to the bad reviews and go to Charles gabus! Service seems to constantly be overbooked. Employees wandering around the lobby talking to each other, meanwhile simple tasks like oil changes take 2+ hours to complete. I will never be here again for a purchase or service, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else either.

My boyfriend has been on the hunt for a truck for over a year now. He did some searching online and input information on their site regarding specifics on the ideal truck he wanted. Cam, one of their salesman, reached out in hopes to help find a truck. Today, we drove an hour and a half to find the perfect truck. As we got there, Cam was there to greet us. He was very kind and showed a very personable attitude. He was very knowledgeable about features and other specifics that were included with each vehicle. After hours of searching and test driving, we found the perfect truck. Cam’s supervisor, Casey, then helped us with pricing/trade in rates along with great detail in protection plans. We were then able to sit down with Jake who helped with financing and completing the purchasing in a quick and easy process. I want to thank every one of the gentleman who were able to make this process successful. I may not have gotten to do any shopping today, but I sure got to have dinner with one happy boyfriend.

Brought my lincoln in for service and a recall, scheduled over the phone. Guy told me I could get a loaner or rental while being fixed. Bring car in a week later, no loaner and enterprise wasn’t renting cars there due to the virus. Why they didn’t tell me that over the phone instead of wasting my time is beyond me. Had my car for 3 days and fixed a leaky tire, inspected the recall and had to order part. Told me what the bill was gonna be. Bring car back to finish repair, no loaner...again. Decided to wait, didn’t take to long fortunately. Go to pay and bill is over 200 dollars what I was quoted. Car is fixed and works but doubtful I will come back.

I am a habitual purchaser from Dewey, until recently. I traded in a vehicle to purchase another from their lot. Turns out they do not look through or inspect vehicles traded in as a gentleman showed up at my house asking for details on my old car. When I contacted the company, we were made aware it was my fault for the gentleman showing up to my house. It’s sad a company as great as this one has lost the values of protection to their clients.

I called to make an appointment for service on my Powerstroke, and delivered the PU in good faith at the appointed time. I was told my problem would be diagnosed and I would be contacted with the a solution to the issue. That is when the waiting began. After waiting all day I sent a text after hours, stating that I wanted to be clearly on the same page with what I had been told. I received an auto response back stating the text had been received, and I would hear back when they opened the next day. I waited another 5 hours the next day with no response, so I called , and left a message. I finally had an employee with 23 years experience return my call and said they were 2-3 days behind, so nothing was going to happen any time soon. I told the employee with that kind of service I would be coming to pick it up.

Worked with Hunter in sales around lining up a 2014 Toyota Trail Teams Ultimate Edition and had a great experience! The folks at Dewey Ford are extremely nice and cordial! Loved the whole shopping process. Now here’s the catch I’m from California so I had to travel to Iowa to complete the purchase process! All in all, a really great purchase experience. The whole Dewey Ford crew were great to work with. I highly recommend them!

I did not have a very good experience here. Im an Ankeny native and was trying to support the local community. I bought a used F-150 with 65,000 miles on it approximately a year ago and had nothing but issues with it. Dewey helped with some of those costs seeing as how the 4x4 system broke as I was driving away with the truck the day I purchased it. However, I still ended up putting $3,000+ of my own money into the truck before finally decided to sell it. I approached Dewey hoping they would treat me fairly and help me get out of that truck and into something different. To some extent I understand they didnt know about some of the issues either, but they are the big dealership with the huge service department that checks these vehicles out before they sell them. It always seemed like all they cared about was making more money off of me. They offered me $5,000 less than what I bought the truck for (from them) 12 months prior and that doesnt include the $3,000+ that I put into the truck out of my own pocket. I ended up trading my truck off elsewhere for almost exactly what I paid for it. I wont say Ill never buy from Dewey again, but I will certainly try to avoid them, when possible.

They said sorry dont care.UPDATE*** I would like to clarify that this did not happen to me... Dewey Ford sold an unsafe truck, theres nothing to argue about that (see the attached photo). And, after thoroughly discussing this with Dewey management they told me to take a hike. I wouldnt put my life in their hands let alone my families. Be safe and go to a different dealer. Were satisfied with our trade in value and price. The financing and paperwork was a breeze. Were confident we made the right decision going to Dewey.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Dewey. The entire process was a struggle. The only reason I continued with the purchase was due to not being able to find the vehicle specs and mileage on the surround areas. They state they are a no haggle dealer so the negation process was stiff. After agreeing to a price, I went to sign paperwork and take the truck. Now that the vehicle was clean, I could see there were more cosmetic blemishes than I expected. When I asked the salesman to have it buffed and touched up, he was shot down by the general salesman and said they would offer a paint pen so I could do it myself. This infuriated me that my large financial purchase was displayed as unwanted business. I could not walk away due to the sale of the vehicle I was passing on. The morning after purchasing, I found the windshield shattered on the roof line seal. Now I’m at the point of returning the vehicle. They started looking at pictures and saying it was in my possession when I interrupted and told them to replace the windshield or get the truck back. I also purchased an accessory through the dealer. I was told someone would set this up the next business day and a 3rd party install company would call me. So while I was dropping the vehicle off with the body shop, I checked on my accessory install. The salesman had never sent the paperwork on. After I left with the truck, the salesman was hard to reach and never got back to me on multiple items. I also called and spoke to another manager just last week explaining what I’ve wrote here. Said he would pass it up the chain. It’s been 5 days since I’ve made that call and no one involved in my sale has called to question my displeasure. Very poor operation. Just a corporate store ran where people are treated as a number... Head to shottenkirk or Stivers if you want to be treated like a valued customer

I took my vehicle for service due to a recall and everyone there was super friendly and helpful including the cashiers. Ernie Simon was the service person assigned to my vehicle and when I returned to pick up my car he had it washed and didnt charge me a dime. They even hooked me up with a nice rental car for the day. I did not go to this dealership to purchase my vehicle but the next new vehicle that I shop for I will be going to the Dewey dealership first. Side note they have a huge play area for little kids inside the service area for the parents that have to take the little ones with them to the dealership. Thank you all for being so amazing!
