The only complaint I have is the way they did the tire rotation. I marked my tires and found they only removed the back and put them in the front without flipping them. My understanding is they are supposed to put the rear passenger tire on the front driver side and vise versa on the other rear tire. Other than that the service was good.

The overall service was okay however the price I was quoted was very deceptive. At my last oil change, the technicians recommended having my brake pads replaced. My husband was informed it would be $199. We decided to have them done and scheduled a return appointment.Upon arrival for the appointment, I asked again before giving them the keys how much the service cost. I was told $199 and proceeded. Once my vehicle was ready and I went to pay the bill was over $400. I asked if there was some other problem with the car as this was unexpected to me. Only at that time was I informed the cost is $199 PER AXLE. The only thing the dealership did was apologize for the misunderstanding. My husband and I didn’t both misunderstand. On both occasions, the ‘per axle’ part was omitted from the cost estimate.As a result, we will have our future services performed elsewhere.We have purchased 4 cars from this dealership and were looking to buy again soon but it definitely will not be from here.

My experience was above excellent. I have bought vehicles before. It was not my first rodeo. My salesman Sadrac, had detailed explanations for answer questions with differences in trims, and foremost he was not pushy. He did not try to force or rush me into a decision. He had the upmost respect and Customer Service. I went look 3-5 times before making a decision after I had my mine set before even looking. He altered his schedule to make sure he was there each and every time. Furthermore to represent his care and Customer Service, he follow up weekly with a call to make sure everything is still okay and overs to help with scheduling maintenance services. The workers were inside without masks. Then the service was long and and confusion with a part they said they had and then come back to me and said they didnt have it.

Well my daughter and I got out to look and to compare the trucks. We were actually very seriously shopping to buy within the next 6mths. We wanted to compare the styles and models to other brands in prices. Even though they had a small inventory I felt both the GMCs and Chevys were well represented and could offer a good basis against the Fords we had just looked at earlier. A salesman came out and I explained what we were doing. But when he asked our time frame and I told him within 6mths, he lost all interest. Did not seem to care to show and explain the different models or help us compare to the Fords. Guessing he just didnt care to make 2 cash sales commissions. Must not wanted to be out in the TX sun like the Ford salesman who spent almost 2hrs with each of us going through each model and comparisons.

Worked with Cameron in sales. He gave me a firm price over email before I came in and they stuck to it. Car was just as described, and there were no hidden fees or anything sneaky. They even helped me out on a trade-in and the whole process was seamless and felt honest. Would absolutely recommend Cameron and the rest of the staff to anyone in the market for a car sick of hidden fees and sneaky financing!
