This service centre has both the franchise for Moto-Lenovo and Xiaomi. The service is satisfactory. Generally they tell to leave the smartphone and then the engineer checks the material. Some minimum charge for the engineer is applied. Then they inform the customer over phone and state the proper solution of the issues.

Lol..! Its just pick up point. Its not service center. Receptionist told it will take 1 months to repair my lenovo phone.

Worst experience....my mobile have only incoming speaker and mode key problem but after given in this service station my start key and volume keys also not working and not giving satisfy answer for that... really worst experience ......pl dont go there

Its merely wastage of your time. Even in warranty period, they deny free service and give excuses. Suggest you to go outside and repair the phone in warranty period.One friend told his warranty was over, and service executive gave excuse him to have extended warranty. Might give u honest answers, but the charges are high. If your device is not on warrenty better to get it repaired from private mobile repair shop.

Staff is not good..They are doing timepass and not give satisfactory response in their free time. As there is no lunch break mentioned but they forced customer to wait in the noon time.

It is such waste of time , staff litterelly dont know how to behave with customer.
