I frequently shop there and it used to be better. I understand how the pandemic has affected every establishment, but I bought a large package of the bottles of Lipton Green Tea on September 7th and it was expired since August 31st. I didnt even know that could expire or I would have checked. I called the store to alert them and they didnt even offer to replace it. That stuff is not that inexpensive.

The cashier and bagger were very rude. They didnt even acknowledge my presence or greet me. They just continued gossiping. I let John the manager know that I was very displease. Total disregard for customer service.

My go to store.....well stocked, clean and good prices.

It was very easy to find things and pay. The employees arent rude and they help you when you ask.

Great food, great service, great prices. I love the meat selections at the butcher, the vegetables are awesome with a wide selection of locally sourced and imported fruits and veggies. They ice cream selection is always awesomeThey have weekly specials, with new specials every Wednesday. They have really good baked goods and frozen foods selection.

Now, i like starter brothers in my neighborhood. But, this one is much smaller. A big guy w/ broken leg it was very hard to get around almost impossible.

I like their products when they are on sale otherwise they can get a little pricey.

Always happy to shop at Stater Bros. Market. Easy and friendly.

Today I almost got hit by a young man pushing a Dolly who was coming out from the back. He didnt slow down or say excuse me. I have a broken foot and I had a hard time getting out of the way. This was a reminder of why I dont shop at this location. Its not the first time something like this has happened.

Very friendly staff. Always have time to help when you need it, especially since Im short and cant reach top shelves. Cashiers are friendly, knowledgeable and havent made any mistakes when checking me out. I visit 1-2 times a week. My favorite grocery store for 50 years!!

This is a very clean store

Been shopping at the same store pretty regularly for 40 years. For the most part they are equal or better than most other supermarkets in my area. The quality is good, selection is fair, prices are competitive, lines at the cashier are almost ALWAYS long so that would be an epic fail (as the youngsters say) at all their stores. Must be part of their core values or mission statement. A shame because it could easily be avoided - they could learn a lesson from Trader Joes, where long waits at checkout are NEVER a problem at any of THEIR stores. The reason Im writing this review is because I just went online looking for a supermarket that sells duck. Staters came up as one of them, but I was just there yesterday and thy didnt have it NOR do they ever have it, so they say (I asked) except possibly at Easter time?? Anyway, I really would like to give it 3.5 stars but the review parameters do not allow it, so I rounded it up to 4 stars.

Great sale prices, great meat department with very friendly people to help you. Sometimes their pre packaged produce (ie shredded lettuce, steam in bag cauliflower) are out or not available but overall I enjoy shopping here very much. Ive switched from a hard core Vons shopper.

I gave it a 1 star because the employees here are the worst ever,,,they are very snobby they never say thank you and I asked one employee for something and he sent on the wrong direction they dont even know where anything is. This store is 3 minutes from my house but would rather drive farther and go to Ralphs.

Always shop from Stater Bros., not only because its the closest but also because they constantly have very good promos and competitive offers. Also they got a very good selection of Wine and Beer; and the Butury section has very nice stakes for really good price.

I come in here constantly. Friendly staff... and convenient location. I use to have this place as a 5 star but decided to drop it 1 star. Mainly because of one employees attitude on multiple visits. I do enjoy coming here because of the location and staff... some people just need to learn better communication skills. When Im suggesting you have a bagger when u have alot of people waiting. Its nothing against you personally... its that you clearly need help and cant handle it all by yourself. Its your job to assess the situation and act accordingly. Not make excuses to the customer. Like this place should be a team... and I didnt see that. Guess Ill have to start bagging my own items so people dont have to wait due to lack of employees. I also think this bring your own bag or buy a bag thing is throwing the employees off... its like not as streamline as it once was. Its like a circus at the checkout sometimes.

I came into this Stater Brothers to get bottle water. As Im coming in I get greeted by a young man who ask me if I needed a cart. Employees here are very helpful they are great. I once was told by a Sr VP when customers come to your store they have to feel welcomed like they are at Nordstroms everyone likes going there because they are treated right. This store is a Nordstroms of grocery stores.

Not the most modern appearance, but clean and well staffed. They also accept Android Pay, which is a big plus.
