We were very happy with the service, even happier because they were able to accommodate our last minute booking. The driver was incredibly amusing and entertaining and he happily obliged to take us wherever we wanted. He took us to secret, off the beaten track places where we could enjoy all the local food and culture away from tourist crowds. Definitely recommend!

I am located in France and had to booked a cab for a business trip in Amsterdam for 3 customers. I did it only few days in advance.Everything was just great. Its easy to book and pay online, then you receive an email confirmation and a dedicate contact just in case.I had to contact mine for some internal issue. She was very pro active and quick to answer.On top, car was clean and confortable.I highly recommend this compagny

Excellent fast e-mail responses. The drivers, gracious and knowledgeable, showed up on time both at the airport when we arrived at Schiphol airport in Amsterdam and at our B&B upon departing to the cruise ship terminal. Good, liberal cancellation policy beat other competitors who were also more expensive. Vehicles were in first class condition. We will certainly use them again whenever we need a taxi!

Absolutely fantastic service.As a company we book at least 10 taxis with Amsterdam Taxis Online on a monthly basis. Sometimes we book only a few hours before or we change times/ locations and the team are always happy to help.Definitely recommend & great customer service.

The taxi NEVER SHOWED and we have now MISSED OUR TRAIN. In addition, after speaking to someone they said they would have the taxi driver call us and he never did so we tried calling back and they blocked our number. My family and I are in complete shock. Watch out!!Completely unprofessional.

Great service! I called other taxi services which were full (for a very early ride). The driver called me when he was 7-8 minutes away from the house, which allowed me to come down and leave at exactly the agreed time. Smooth drive, friendly and very professional. Would save the number up for future reference.

Great service , I occasionally arrive late but it is never a problem.Always great help with my heavy luggage , no extra fee even when the driver waits 10 minutes for my arrival. Literally all I have to do is take my seat and everything is been taken care of , which is not a problem at all because until now all drivers have opened my doors.

Liars first they say 40 euros fix rates from Amststerdam center when I called.on arrival at schiphol he charges 69 euros he said that is possible if you have booked online. very disappointedthanks for quick recponsethis ride was not online reserved i have called them and ask for ride Schiphol Airport he told me flat rates for airport. he did not mationed flat rates are only apllicable for online booking.

I imagine this company would usually run perfectly, but if you are booking a taxi within an hour of wanting to travel, make sure to book by telephone, not online. I received an email confirming the booking, but no taxi arrived, so I had to call to book another one. The taxi therefore arrived 20 minutes after my original booking. Other than that everything was great.

Amsterdam Taxi - Online is a great discovery! I was ordering 20 taxis within 3 days 19th June - 21st (from/to airport and inside the city) and was amazed by the professionalism of the company. I was always getting fast responds to my emails, when I called everyone was speaking English and employees were explaining all details. I had a few situations when my delegates missed their flights, so the timings went completely wrong but I called Merel and informed about last minute changes and it was all handled for me. Company made me sure that there is nothing to worry about and that was very important for me especially when you are not located in Amsterdam and you can just rely that everything will be okay. Cant say more than it was pleasure to work. Very cooperative, when my Amex credit card didnt work, we agreed on payment by invoice after all services are done. And cant express how I was happy when I received detailed bill with each trip and rates. I believe, my accounting department will be happy as well :)

Just excellent , Me and my boyfriend travel a lot and we occasionally forget our belongings.Which is never a problem because if we dont have any money on us we can pay either by card or pay the bill afterwards or we simply book + pay it upfront , never have we sat in an old aswel dirty vehicle and we both also love that all the drivers are dressed professionally in a suit and tie.

Ripped us off. Ordered a taxi for the airport early in the morning for Amsterdam airport. Taxi came and he says his meter is broken. Riiiiigght.Then says it is 53 euros to the airport which is the most expensive cab i have ever taken to any airport ever.Go with some other cab company.

Visited Amsterdam for a business trip.5* service right from making the booking online, three day stay in Amsterdam, all the way through to being dropped of back at the Airport.Amsterdam Taxi-Online even contacted me to double check the telephone number of remaining passengers as the lead passenger had to leave early. The driver was waiting for me within the arrivals hall with a name sign. I will most definitely be using Amsterdam Taxi-Online again.

Keurig op tijd. The taxi made sure he was there early but only charged from the appointed time. Hij neemde de korste weg. He took the direct route to save me time and money. Leuk chauffeur en auto. A driver picked me up, however he made me change cars halfway through the trip to his colleagues who then took me to a backstreet and made me pay triple the rate, wouldnt let me pay by card, and held my belongings until I was able to walk around and find an ATM to withdraw the cash. Very scary experience! Stay away from this company.
