Worst experience ever. I dont say theyre rude, Ill say theyre never been taught to communicate. A lady will talk to you with such a voice who doesnt want to talk to anyone, but still she will talk and cut your phone call when you will ask something. My courier from surat is pending. She told me that anyone will not come for a single courier, so I have to come, but when I went, there was no such location. This location is actually in Katra Ahaluwalia, near telephone exchange, not this one where youre reading this. I cant go to their actual address, because I was never been there, and also its their responsibility to send the courier to the customer. Its a request to not to use this service, because they didnt value, if youre sending something important or not. Its better to walk by foot, than using their service, lol. But it was more than worst. Im not posting any picture because I didnt reached at this address. Thank me
