Must visit place if youre visiting Amritsar, food is very authentic plus cost saving . This is very old and famous restaurant inside the market area of Amritsar, which is nearby Golden Temple. When they serve food, they ask for sharing a plate with the partner youre travelling, so the wasting of food is less. Just incase if you dont like it or if it is too much for you . Well they also serves very tasty and authentic Indian sweets. Overall experience is fabulous + yummy !

Went to this place searching in Google on 8th Nov 2019, morning 10 AM. after seeing the reviews, hence am giving my review so that it helps others. I ate alu Parantha, it was delicious and just like home cooked. The owner takes care of customer nicely.

Ill give 5 stars because its clean, best for Indian food and the Punjabi food is also great as the prices are also good. So yeah. Its family restaurant as well.. Strongly recommend you for lunch and dinner. Not for Italian

Food is really good and it will be good crowded and they dont have any reservation or waiting. You literally have to stand next to the table so that you can quickly grab the chairs as soon as others are done.Very heavy food. I suggest not to take more than 1 thali for two people.

I dont know, what people see in this place, visited place yesterday after rating on Google. No proper sitting arrangements, moreover served food which was prepared in morning. After being caught shamelessly justifying the quality of food. Pls dont hesitate to speak reality.

Had Alooo paratha here and could not stop myself from ordering another one.... Amazing taste and perfect blend of home cooked food and the typical Punjabi street food. The overall quality was far much better than the other restaurants and the most interesting part was the special green chutney and yoghurt with which the paratha was served! Will recommend all the people visiting Amritsar to try this hotel. Also very good hospitality by the restaurant owner makes you want to visit again.
