Customers are treated really well.Variety of Gold jewellery is not that much as you would expect from such a store but they make for it with excellent service and plenty of staff which help you at every step of your purchase.

Amazing customer service, we went to buy my sisters and her would be husbands wedding ring, in Amritsar. They offered 2 staff to help us to finalise the design and also took a pain to explain or provide knowledge about different kind of diamonds in the rings. They offered us refreshments, we spent an hour at least to finalise the designs.They had a wonderful feedback diary at the exit of the showroom, to write our feeling about the service in comments and we surely did complimented that.We would like to thank all the staff of Joy Alukkas in Amritsar for a wonderful service.Thank youBest wishes and regards,Arminder

Very bad experience.

There are no words to say about the dealers . The way in which they interact with the people is seriously awesome . They satisfise the person who is gonna buy a simple thing. Their dealing is seriously excellent as compared to Khurans jewellery house. I seriously loved going their. The coffee is also very good .( dealers - Surinder pal and Amarjit singh) Are very polite to customers .
