Best place to have tastiest food ever!The place is veryyyy well maintained, well decorated, well organised.The food quality is awesome. Sitting area is comfortable with indoor and outdoor eating arrangements.There are 2 services available that is the normal restaurant ordering type and second buffet system.Buffet system is a bit expensive i.e. ₹350 per person but definitely worth the go.You get tremendous food satisfaction.Good place for foodies!!!

Cant give a lower rating so giving 1 star. Very very bad experience. Worst type of hospitality ever seen. I am also from the hospitality industry but wont do what they did even to my enemy. Went there for lunch on the way to wagah border on the 4 th of March in out time in Amritsar. Food was nothing great, service very slow. Looked a bit busy but it cant be an excuse for that slow service. When asked for the bill it came after 10-15mins. Then when paid by card the waiter says there was some error in the process ( did not even show the error message) then swiped the card again. Then on checking the bank account the next day, the transaction was done twice and double amount was deducted from the account. And then on calling the restaurant, the person answering the call started giving excuses saying that the cashier is on leave then the accountant is on leave. After following up for 3 weeks he says that the transaction showed only ones in their system. Then on sending the snapshot of the bank statement he accepted about the double payment, and said he will transfer the amount to my bank account, which didn’t happen for a whole week and he also stopped answering my calls. So when I put a review on the social media, he finally called up asking why did I put the bad review and asked to take it down and the money will be transferred the next day. It has been 3 days after that he is not answering the calls or replying to the messages sent. For me now it is not about the money but about the ethics. It is very bad on the part of the restaurant. Would not recommend to go there. There are many other options which are better in Amritsar.

Restaurant is good but service is not good

Not recommended, they charged 45 INR for a 20INR water bottle and almost charges double of MRP of each and every item they sellNot recommended at all.Do inquire about charges before dinning in as they have hidden charges on each and everything thing.
