They are always in hurry to sell their product not knowing what customer wants .It was second time that this happened . Same thing happened 3 years back. They should explain their products then offers rather finalizing the sale in 10 minutes. Afterall customer will spend in lakhs for it.

Very bad serve. I was done last free service of my car. They were handover my car after doing this. However a few days engine noise. Unfortunately a call was received from this service center regarding servicing. I was said regarding problem. She told that our representatives will go. After a month again one call recd from service centre and I was again told. But number of months passed neither representatives came no any call recd

Very bad experience, At the time of insurance renewal you people promise so much, sir take policy from us we will provide smooth claim process and service coupon. But at the time of availament neither coupon were given nor service. Last Sunday that 29.09.2019 I went you so called prime service centre where I conversed with one of your workshop manager, I told him that I want to have service and claim as car went under some damage. He advised to process the same as on 2nd oct as this is closing time insurance person wont attend. Today I went there found it is closed. First it was false promise from insurance team now i have been misguided by your workshop person. Very bad experience. Never i will take service from your agency. It is big NO from my side.

The place is situated on the main road. They provide you with each and everything you want. Staff is very helpful. You can also take testdrives of cars on sunday. I wish there should be a 0 star. Sales department is good but servicing department is very pathetic. They will waste your time like hell. My car K10 was giving sequealing sound from clutch that is a manufacturing defect of clutch assembly. I went 3 times to them wasting my 2-3 hours each time but they didnt provide any solution. They treat you like a fool. Go for Jackson, Hanson.

Worst service!! I would not even want to give this place one star but it’s just that less than one is not possible on google. I was given the date and was not contacted by them as the service was not complete. The most pathetic experience ever. People have no idea about what is going on. No manager. Nobody to control. The service was not done. My vehicle was not washed. And neither I was contacted regarding some part whaich was not available with them. I went to this place apnly because of the reviews by all these people but I guess they were of no use. I would never ever recommend anyone to goto this place.
