It was only a single day stay at This Hotel yet we had an awesome experience which was full of luxury & enjoyment. There staff is friendly yet thorough proffesional.Food was tasteful as well & thanks again to the staff where they considered our request to serve dinner after 11 pm.We wish to come back soon to get pampered.

Excellent hotel at the budget, rooms are large enough and clean. Food is delicious and excellent hospitality.Roof top terrace and pool has an amazing feel. It has a huge LED and a bar too. Location is good at central place and no crowd around the hotel. Lots of market around for any needs.

Utterly bad bad experience . worst new year ever such irresponsible staff, we (being local) still booked a room with them to celebrate New year and they ruined it badly by giving us a table as we are some extras or waiters or siders the staff named komal and trilok they sold our prior booked table to some other people for more money and they had the audacity to say that we can take our refund back and still didnt arrange the table for us.she lied to us saying that she has booked a special table for us it was the worst new year ever . we didnt had our breakfast which was included we checked in at 3.00pm on 31st December 2020 and checked out the same day 10.30pm all of the people over there know this. we have proofs that we booked our table many days before and pass is also there there are some evidences where we knew that the staff manipulated us and they agreed to it too

I usually write a hotel review a month after the actual stay so that i will mention the lasting impressions1) beautiful looking hotel from outside2) 256 sq ft room includes the bathroom space, thus room is small and gets too congested when an extra bed is placed.3) staff is courteous and polite4) breakfast was amazing, you can see it in pictures below, different varieties and the staff made sure that things are served hot and on table.5) charged for extra water bottles in the room which i personally do no like as it is a basic necessity

I booked the banquet hall for a marriage party and the assistant manager Naveen Kumar was handling the marriage function. He is so nice and handled everything very carefully. But a lady was standing on front desk named with Neha Nair was so rude. She actually dont know how to handle a customer.

Its a good hotel close to Airport, Railway station . Rooms are clean and well maintained. Rates will be approx 3500 + tax inclusive of breakfast . Swimming pool + gym + banquets available. Food quality and taste are also both satisfactory.

I opted for this hotel as it is somewhere in between Central Amritsar and the airport as I wanted to catch a flight early in the morning. It is a hotel of the Best Western franchise who have hotels all over the world. Standards of service are pretty much the same. I like it, staff really make an effort, rooms are comfortable and food is good. Size of the room is good, mattresses sleep fine. Like in most hotels in India the local guest tend to talk more loudly than in other countries, but it didnot bother me. In the vincinity of the hotel are restaurants, coffee places and so on. Otherwise it is a peaceful surrounding

Very Unprofessional and Rude behaviour from Staff. Really Disappointed. They didnt even allow my Friend to visit. We have booked 2 rooms here as we have some important meeting but they clearly said No one to allow inside. This type of behaviour from a hotel like this is not Good. I already prepaid the whole amount. So when i asked about my friend to visit they said you can checkout now but we will not allow anyone to come inside. Very bad Experience

A decent place to stay...i wont say extraordinary coz of the rooms n services...plus I found it a bit expensive..I mean not value for money... cleanliness, parking and other basic needs are good...P.s its a personal opinion

The staff is polite, spacious hotel. 100% dust free as far as I could see. The rooms spacious, in budget, and the room service was quick. Ordered a few items for dinner, they were tasty, served hot and within 15 mins. The towels and amenities everything 10/10. Loved my stay.The morning breakfast had alot of options to choose from, i preferred south indian and to my surprise 10/10 again.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Amritsar ! Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.Note, this is not a 5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. 5 stars for banquet hall and food of best Western merrion hotel. This hall can accomodate around 100 people very easily. Their menu is very scrumptious and delicious. It is the best for small engagement or other parties. I loved the ambiance of best western and easily accessible. Mr. KJ Singh is very humble and professional person. He is the one who manages functions at banquet hall and does hi job brilliantly. My engagement function was done here and I am happy with their service. One thing I would like to suggest them to train their waiters a little more. Although they have done amazing job, since they were so young they need more training in serving food section. Otherwise, GOOD JOB

I had my younger bros shagun ceremony at Alure-Best Western Amritsar.My experience had been quite amazing, seamless and hassle free for catering more than 150+ pax.Sales manager KJ Singh was very helpful and a thorough gentleman.Operations Manager , Naveen took a lead for our event and made it just awesome. He is your go to guy for all your family functions and gatherings. His efforts and experience in his domain is just amazing.I would highly recommend this hotel and its party hall.A special thanks to KJ Singh & Naveen for all their hard work and providing us an outstanding experience.Will book it again with no doubts !!

This was my 2nd visit to this hotel and this time my 2 years old kid was also with me. The hotel staff was very good to us. They helped with washing and sterilization of the feeding bottles. And provided porridge for my baby also.The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It had all the basic amenities. I would love to visit again but please bring the food prices down.On demand washing and sterilization of the feeding bottles. Food for my baby.

We spent a week in India and spent one night at the Best Western in Amritsar. We got an amazing deal, I shouldnt say how much because youll all want to pay that price. The hotel is everything you need, beds very comfortable, great showers, very tasty breakfast. If I could give them six stars I would.

Good pick up service from the Railway Station. Late night food service. Well behaved staff.

I stayed here for two days, dated 7th March and checked out 9th March 2020. Service is excellent. good experience on service view point but the whole point of booking a room is the stay. So I come here from a cold country which has temperature in -, so it obvious that I would need a AC room for a convenient sleep. Here is the catch in booking a room in this hotel. If you want a/c and the other room wants the heat then you have to ADJUST with that and after a while they would switch the Heat on and you have to bear and ADJUST with them. You don’t get preference to sleep in AC room even if you like it or not .... dose that not sound bad !! Like it’s super bad .. both nights i woke up with sweat and totally had a bad experience. Plus, on top booking at one the top notch North American hotel brand, an educated would expect some point of comfort with a warm courtesy apology and work towards working on the problem by the front desk person. Instead I was given a big attitude by the front desk person saying that’s the hotel policy for 10 years and no one has complained. So technically he meant to say how dare I have a problem when no one had one yet. If I was in an Indian brand hotel, I agree I wouldn’t be given priority, but this is North American hotel and I am from North America and will make sure to report to main branch. Plus I will make sure that non of my friends, colleagues and family are made aware of this pathetic policy and specially not stay in Amritsars best western.To the public reading. If you want a indoor self released water park experience in the room then, vola !! Go head and book this !!Have great day

Aarvi (receptionist) was so rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. We gave our Canadian government ids and were being asked for Indian ids or our passports (which we weren’t carrying at the time). She told me and my husband to cancel our booking right away if we can’t provide our passports.Somehow, we found a picture of our old passports (not sure how they accepted THAT) and they were fine. She gave a smirk to another front desk guy working with her which made my blood boil.Additionally, she stated that we should have read the terms before booking ! If this is the picture of India you are showing to foreign nationals, it is pathetic.Coming from a culture where customer service and communication skills matter the most, it took everything in me not to teach her a lesson.Best Western Amritsar, please give some basic communication and customer service training to your staff. Teach them to be polite.DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. The room wasn’t swept and there was dust/hair everywhere. This is a 1 star hotel (not four star by any means). Book another hotel.

Modern hotel, with a unique concept of playing Tom and Jerry near the lift of every floor. Has a rooftop pool and highly expensive in-house dining. The toiletries are good and chic but the bath fittings are kind of worn out and seemingly old. Their staff feels slightly in-experienced at a lot of times and low on management skills.Otherwise a good hotel, , location is far from Golden temple (5km) but works as a safe alternative to the premium 4/5 stars of Amritsar

The Hotel is situated in a good locality away from the hustle of the market the staff is very courteous and friendly. The rooftop restaurant has a lovely view and the food is awesome. Overall a very good experience thumps up to the staff would love to stay with them again.

I booked an executive suite. Only issue is with amenities which require mainetenance. All Bath tub taps where not in working conditions. I requested an iron, which was not good to use. Poliete staff. 4-5 kms away from golden temple for which auto may charge you around ₹100. I would recommend to stay.

Extremely Poor experience this time... am a repeat customer been staying in this property at least 10 times before but now it will be my last choice.... Discourteous front office staff.... Specially NEHA at the front office.... I was this time charged for the ice that I ordered in room.... hardly 50 bucks but no courtesy offered like before that I was never charged for the ice.... requested Neha but typical rude behaviour she out right declined ...... very poor behaviour to a repeating customer.

Its one of the best hotels in locality and the place is very admirable and decorative . They provide many facilities like room service , restaurents , vallet parking etc but its expensive so its rated 4 star according to me and also there are many other better options nearby so thats also a major reason for 4 stars .

We stayed at this property beginning of this year. Could not get round to writing a review earlier on. We had a very comfortable stay, rooms were very clean, excellent breakfast. Live music in the evenings and excellent food in the restaurant. GM Lovelesh Sondhi and Aarvi at the front desk, excellent personalities, always willing to go extra mile in guiding/helping guests with their requirements. We had an enjoyable stay and strongly recommend this hotel. We wish we can pay another visit to this city and stay at this particular hotel., Keep it up.

There are some changes require if they want to give 4* facility. mattress and lift need replacement and breakfast sitting and food need little improvement. Rest everything is good. You will not regret if you stay here.

Have been staying at this hotel for the past 4 years , every time I come to Amritsar .The staff is friendly and professional. The food is very good and rooms are well appointed.Have never had an issue on parking space , the hotel has a good and secure parking space ( not covered )The housekeeping standards have dropped somewhat over the past years. The housekeeping staff is polite and hardworking , but could do with some professional training for improving standards

Beautiful hotel! Probably one of the best hotels in Amritsar. Large and comfy rooms that give you the feel of luxury in low budget. Good hall with an accommodation capacity of 200-250 people. Food is good. Bar is the best thing here. A great amount of liquor available along with some good snacks! Overall a good experience.

The hotel and room was good but the housekeeping was very lousy. We have to ask fro everything twice and they had not prepared the room for triple occupancy. We even have the housekeeping some fruits to cut but when they returned some of the fruits were missing and they denied that they were even given those fruits. The room service tea tasted bad and overall not a very pleasant experience. Although the breakfast and lunch was very good and staff there was also quiet prompt and good.

Avoid this property.I have stayed in 100s of properties by all standards this has been the worst of all. This property is a blot on the name of best Western. The staff is extremely rude. They lack even the basic manners. I am not a fussy guest but if I am forced to write this you can understand. Even the management is helpless and unable to deliver what they promise and commit. I have attached the image of the pool.I regret the decision of choosing this property. Avoid this property and save your time and money.

It was a wonderful experience with very warm and helpful staff that made our stay memorable and comfortable. Any request for service was attended to within 10 mins. Initially there was repair noise and we requested for change of room to which they immediately complied. I am very glad that I chose this hotel for my stay. Keep up the good work.

Stayed for a day, and i must say, they never make you feel that you are paying for your stay.. They make you feel like you own the place.. And i even got a free room upgrade.. A part of sanitary was malfunctioning and needed repair but they replaced it instead and said that theyll fix the old one but not on cost of causing us any inconvenience.. Highly recommended
