Great Hotel with neat and clean rooms. And cooperative staff but need to improve there services timing and responses.

One of the best places in this category I have ever visited.They gave our group great services and help despite the mess we created as we were all students group.They were ready to help us at all times and they are the perfection of true hospitality.I remember the Sardar ji who had such a strong personality yet so amazing at his behaviour .The food quality was genuinely great and amazing.We had only one night and day stay here but what a fantastic experience .The location Is just superb and close to the main city area.The location had 3 pubs and 4 restaurants just in the premises.What more could a party animal want besides this.

Hotel is good, in the room they have given attention to minute details to make the stay comfortable. Location is good. Lots of cafe and eateries nearby. Staff is courteous.They have their own parking . Room with breakfast charge 3400, though if we booked online it shows 2350.The items served at their restro are priced on the higher side . Hence its advisable to stroll through the market for better options. The AC, cleanliness, decor, etc all are good.In all if booked online for around 2400 its a perfect deal. Breakfast timing 730 to 1030.Their are many hotels with similar charges in the vicinity.

Stayed in Comfort Inn Alstonia Amritsar on Good Friday loong weekend. Amritsar is a beautiful city and so is Comfort Inn Alstonia. I had booked a Deluxe room with Breakfast for 3 people. Its a good hotel in the middle of the city. Ola cabs are easily available to Airport, Wagah Border and famous Sri Harminder Sahib / Golden Temple. The Deluxe room was clean with all the basic facilities. Staff was very polite and helpful. We all liked the brekfast here with variety of food and the quality. I ordered lunch 1 time, snacks 2-3times and tea. The quality of food was nice and the price were also genuine as per the quality of food. Its a very good hotel to stay in with family and friends.

We stayed there for 3 nights starting from 23rd August 2019. I booked the hotel solely on the basis of reviews that I got online and I must say my decision was correct for staying at Comfort Inn Alstonia Amritsar. Mine was a very late check-in request (11:30pm) which was accepted whole heartedly by the staff. We were attended by Mr Gurjit at the reception desk and I must say he is one of the most humble guy I met in Amritsar. He attended to all our concerns and queries very very nicely and gave us the best possible unbiased advices and options available in a very friendly way. Also would like to mention a staff with Mr Gurjit I dont remember his name. He also guided us and attended us in a very nice n humble way. Infact all the staff, reception desk, the gate durbans all were very polite and courteous and always carried a smile on their faces. It gave our stay a personal touch making our stay wonderful.Rooms are good enough for 2 people with enough space to accomodate a third person if required. Rooms are neat and clean, linen absolutely clean. Washroom pretty well maintained. Locker available in the room provides safety to our documents and valuables. Coming on to food..buffet was wonderful with the menu changing daily with options of juices, lassi both sweet and salty, butterscotch and strawberry milk too. Staff at the restaurant were very warm and attended all our requests whole heartedly. Best part being 24 hours room service and in room dining availability makes it a hotel far better than others.Cons: ventilation in washrooms should be worked on, fans in the room do make some noise, ac cooling isnt great in the day time. Rest all fab! Spent around 12 days at the hotel on a personal trip. Its the staff that make these places and this particular hotel has the best. Was treated like a family member. All my issues were dealt with promptly in a timely manner.The hotel is also located in a very newly developed location. A very safe, professional environment is given. Alongside the breakfast buffer the hotel provides a personal service to each customer. I have one minor suggestion, when food is ordered from outside - the process the delivery driver is escorted to the customers room could be improved.Thank you to all management and hotel staff.

This Hotel is very big and located in Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar area. You can easily reach there. This place is a very clean and cool place for the couple and for the students as well. Everything is available in this area like educational institutes, foreign agents, banks, restaurants, and many other departments are there. The staff of this hotel is very cool and nice to interact with a customers. The IELTS(International English Language Testing System) Speaking module is also conducted there. Many of the students come there everyday. Even you can also book room there for living.

The service is not that good, as well as the staff is not much humble. One can go for MK Hotel which lies in the same price bracket.

Bad facilities, very expensive, very poor service

This hotel is very beautiful. The management here is very good. Here everything is managed in a different way, such as the convenience of the waiter, room service and parking facilities are all divided in different ways and everybody in the service of the customer Time management here remains open.

Got two adjacent rooms one was renovated but the other was old and not well maintained.Also the bed sheet had some food stains.Breakfast buffet was good. Staff was well behaved

Nice & Cozy hotel, the location is really good. Its just 10-15 mins away from the old city and situated in an upscale area of Amritsar. The staff is really courteous, takes care of any special requests with a smile. We were allowed a late check out as well.

Nice place to stay food was also good as they have variety of options available in the breakfast the best part is the location as it is situated in the prime location. I stayed here for 3 days.I am giving three starts to the property just because of their carelessness in managing the property. I was locked in my room as the keys were not working even after calling the room service twice they took more than 10 minutes to fix it.

It was a good stay! The food was excellent and the staff superb! There was a staff member who was particularly helpful, accommodating and shared his knowledge about Prague with us. Unfortunately I did not get his name but it appeared he assisted the front desk and also carried our luggage to our room.

Okay location. Poor parking space availability. No valet parking. Have to park your vehicle on the road. Rooms are nice. Room service staff very hospitable and believes in service with smile. Above average breakfast. It is the dinner that was just not worth it. Food quality was way below average. Didnt enjoy food at all. However one should always go out to enjoy famous Amritsari food.

T.V remotes need to replace, old t.v remotes .Counter Staff need to improve their knowledge. I stayed in this hotel on 12 th night in room no. 204. This is an approved hotel for our company. The food and the room services were excellent. The room was very comfortable. The following incidents disappointed me.1. Around past midnight on 12 th the loud vibration and noise woke me up I had to call the room service person and the receptionist. They informed me that a party is going on in the hotel premises and hence the noise. I gave strict instructions to take corrective action and the same was taken care. Now how did the hotel authorities allowed the party with loud music beyond 10.30 pm which is not as per their rules. This is not at all acceptable for a 3 star hotel.2. I was not getting hot water in my bathroom. Only luke warm water was coming. After much haggling with the room service dept. the same was rectified.With the above incidents I have decided not to stay in your hotel in future.Sudheendra Sr Dgm BEL

Ok! This place is old. Not heritage vise but like they have the same furniture like since 10 years which has not been vacuumed. Cleanliness is an issue. A person too stingy about bathrooms and beddings and floors (like me) might not visit there again. But yes, it is an ok catch for good deals on travel apps.

Only room temperature was too hot during my stay in January it was winter down there but room temperature control was not accurate it was way too hot in the room apart from this everything was so accurate and well presented

It is a hotel located in the 10 km periphery of Airport and in a very good locality of Amritsar.Overall, rooms are clean and spacious. Food in the restaurant is of good taste and quality. But value proposition of food and cost for the same is not matching - food is quite expensive.The stay in hotel is also expensive compared to quality of the rooms.Overall, the place is worth staying if you are a business traveller or interested to spend only a night here.

Clean, hygienic rooms at a good peaceful location @ 20 minutes drive from Golden Temple.Tasty Breakfast and professional staff. I will go back again. Only thing is food tariff which is considerably high, which needs to be revised to be low so that guest do not go outside.....

Rooms are really too spacious

Such a poor service they are providing i came here for the IELTS speaking test of my Cousin, there is no facility for even washroom for visitor. I asked there from One security guard for the same he sent me to the very dirty washroom. Afterthat i told him about the condition of the bathroom. He replied that they dont have staff. Kindly make some arrangements for guests those are coming with students they are really paying huge amounts.
