I had a truly amazing stay. The heritage mansion dates back to the British colonial time and the decoration made me feel like I was living in a place from back then. In every corner there are beautiful old-style sofas, chairs and tables. The staff was very attentive and warm. They welcomed me with tea and pastries, and a basket full of snacks in my room. They brought good night chocolates and gave me a home-made soap and a Sikh metal bracelet. The breakfast buffet and dinner were abundant and delicious. The organic smoothies, in particular, were amazing especially the cleansing greens. All in all, I had a wonderful time. Many thanks to the hotel staff for making this experience awesome!

Delightful boutique hotel on the outskirts of the city on a private road. We only booked for one night but were very impressed by this apparently humble establishment that we subsequently discovered to have hidden depths.Service couldnt have been more welcoming. We arrived early but were accommodated and when requested, an early lunch of paratha was provided.Highly recommended.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The staff were super friendly and always available. It’s clean and the breakfast was quite tasty.It’s a unique little hotel that can be hard to find, and we found that most taxi drivers didn’t know where it was. But it’s a cool little place with lots of history and it was fun to just spend some time at the hotel while we were in Amritsar

Fantastic and unique place. It is a historical, museum-like mansion filled with antique pieces. It makes you feel like you are in a different time. There is a very nice patio and a garden setting where breakfasts are served. The Dev Chand suite was spacious and very nicely decorated. The bed was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing. I had a body therapy in the Spa called Arak Malish and I loved it. The massage therapist was very professional and the massage was pretty well-done and relaxing. The staff were friendly and charming overall. If I come back to Amritsar, I will definitely stay here again.

We arrived very tired after a long trip by train and the reception was like home, everyone with a smile and hot tea to warm up.I emphasize the customer service and the quality of attention given to the guests, no doubt that a beautiful place makes it spectacular its people and how predisposed this will help you, that we find here, thanks to all the staff for making our stay in Amritsar a memorable stay.The giant room without words and with a desk to work a little (If), the super comfortable bed and the bathroom always clean. They even leave you details every day like a little box with chocolates on the bed and a card indicating the color and the God of the day, fruit, cookies and peanuts.The food of the restaurant was amazing with vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes for all tastes and without spicy, super rich breakfast, healthy and abundant buffet.They also have a massage service where we could had an hour of relax by doing an Ayurveda massage, they have different types of massages with different times of duration.In conclusion the place is spectacular to enjoy all its facilities, interior gardens, living rooms, terraces. I recommend it 100% without a doubt it was a great success to stay in this wonderful charming heritage hotel.

Had facial done at this place and overall it was a great experience.As I stepped in the spa room, it was lit with candles and had beautiful ayurvedic aroma. Then I was given disposable garment. It started with a soothing foot bath Followed by the facial which was done with all the organic ingredients in their pure form. The spa experience was relaxing and will go back with no hesitation.Overall the spa was very hygienic and clean. It was worth every penny.I would have given this place a five star if I was not asked for a tip by masseur

Located in the heart of Amritsar, this place is a blessing for peace lovers like me. Eeach corner of the place has huge trees and plants that are well nurtured. We were invited for lunch and a foot spa session and loved the entire experience. The meals are the most healthiest as they have home grown vegetables that are prepared with simple ingredients and a dash of love. The rooms are beautifully decorated and maintained very well. We were very fond of their outdoor seating area that helps you to connect with nature.

A wonderful hotel, with large bedrooms in an heritage house of Amritsar. The food is especially tasty and good. The staff is very helpful.

Fabulous Boutique Hotel. Very rare kind and very good. I would want few things to be corrected from older people standpoint.Have more variety to food.Hot Water Setup isnt that great. Have buckets available to ensure water isnt wasted. Have bigger heaters. Have Driver Room.

We were 2 couples in 2 suites. The only place in 7 weeks of travel that we could open the door to blazing sunshine and enjoy several different places where we could sit in relative privacy. Ranjits is an oasis down a lane off the main road and lovely and quiet at night. All staff absolutely charming, special thanks to the lovely breakfast attendant who was unswerving polite and smiley whatever the request. Would happily recommend.

Hi, I stayed here with my family and elderly mum on two different occasions; 30 Dec - 1Jan and 2-3 Jan 2019. We were very excited about staying here as it looked like a very interesting place.The staff were very friendly, helpful, generous( free gifts, e g. chocolate) and professional. Also, the massage service was very good but other wellness options advertised on the website were missing.Unfortunately the hotel itself was disappointing in providing a good basic service, particularly the lack of consistent hot water and effect heating in the rooms; staff were good by providing us with hot water bottles and extra duvets, would prefer it if the heating had worked. The restaurant was absolutely freezing and for this reason we decided to eat out.This hotel for me is not a 3 star at the moment, however with proper investment it can be.Im sure its a charming place to stay in the warmer months.

Small attentions such as little gift upon departure , checking that your change is the right one , family type of welcome , making sure we know how to go to central part of the city , and very important in Indian cities , absolute quietness and calm .

Property and building is lovely with garden and courtyards. The bathroom in our room did not have hot water and took two complaints to get it fixed. The bathroom was old and musty with a scary looking bathtub. Owners run their own taxi service out of the hotel and charge a premium. Breakfast room is very nice with delicious breakfasts.

Peaceful, tranquil. Gracious staff, just heaven on earth. Even the dog is lovely.

We were delighted with our Ground Floor Deluxe . From airport pickup till drop 4 days later - everything was much better than expected save for poor WiFi speed ! The old world charm of the property , its furniture , artefacts , maintained in perfect condition was super. Deepak and his entire Team right down to the adorable mascot Daschshund - Chochi made every moment of our (4) nights memorable .

Not only does this place have character, it has AC and hot water in abundance. Security and seclusion were excellent. Shopping within a block, and a reasonable cab ride to the Golden Temple. The hotel arranged for a competent driver/guide. We are not foodies, so will leave a review of the small hotel restaurant to others. Really loved this place. Great contrast to hustle and bustle of the city. Staff is very helpful.what strikes you most is the serenity of the place. If you are in Amritsar, you must make this your homefor few days. I am from Delhi and my guest was from Lahore. She even thought it would be worthwhile to crossborder and come here just to spend some nights here in peace. It felt like home to her and she came from big landlordfamily of Pakistan and used to such luxuries.

This hotel is unique in every sense , once you enter you realise you are transported to not a hotel but some neighborhood bungalow filled with antique pieces.ocation is very close to airport and even Harmandir Sahib. Event close to upmarket area Ranjit Avenue. What we were amazed with was the grace with which every member of the place greeted us and Made us comfortable. Food was of highest grade . We had makke ki roti and Sarson da saag , it was fabulous to taste. Overall it was a fabulous experience. Loved it Lived it.

I stayed with wife from 20 sep to 25 sep 2013 Ranjits Svaasa Hotels in Punjab. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the amenities are on par with what one could expect of a hotel of this class.
