I never recommended to anyone to visit there because According to my perspective The main thing is oil which they used to give the massage and that oil is expired. I think no one noticed that thing . What else should we expected from there ??

Im very disappointed from your staff members how they talk with their customer. When I visited at your O2 SPA in Amritsar the Spa Manager was taking to me nonsense. He dont have manners that how to talk with lady. He used rubbish language during conversation.

I was made to feel really welcome. Great communication from start to finish nd a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Really happy with my haircut nd i also took spa treatment first tym. My hair therapist is mr. Raj vry friendly with his customers nd really a professional in his job. but finger crossed it lives up to its reputation.thankyou vry much. As a first tym client Will return soon

The worst massage ever. Either she was high on something or plain disinterested. Or she was not even a masseuse. I had to tell the masseuse to give me disposable attire for the massage. I dont know if the spa runs as a spa The rooms are also so unwelcoming. Peeling walls. No ambience. The worst ever shoddy place in the name of a spa. This is for the spa at the Radisson Blu near the airport
