In the past year, I hadn’t been thrilled with the service department. They’ve had quite a change up in staff since my last visit. Yesterday’s experience was reflective of the original, excellent service I received at Premiere, ten years ago. My service rep, Ted, was helpful, considerate, not overbearing, and treated me like I had a brain in my female head. He made recommendations, gave me options, and responded respectfully to my thoughts. Basically, he made me want to come back again, which is a definite improvement from prior service dept experiences. Thanks Ted.

Premier was great, they are so easy to work with and they want to help you. They are there to answer any questions that you have so don’t be afraid to ask . 100% would recommend Premier to anyone looking for a new car.Being a first time car leader/ buyer it was an amazing experience they made it very easy to get all the paperwork done in a very smooth manner. I had a great first time car buying experience at Premier! I worked with Phil and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful from the time we were emailing, to my test drives, and the day I actually picked up my car! Not to mention, he wasnt pushy at all and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. My daughter needed a vehicle asap as her vehicle was totaled in an unfortunate accident. We live in Vermilion this was the closet Toyota dealership. I am a big fan of Toyota as I have been a happy Lexus owner for over 15 years. My daughter is a Jeep fan. Our salesperson, Randy, was wonderful to work and dealing with our vehicle opinion differences. There was a chance she may have needed my assistance with financing as she has started a new three months ago. She did not want a Toyota and I was not going to help her buy a Jeep. Looking for a very specific Camry I met Joe Angle on Premiers web.....We discussed what I was looking for in a type of Camry. Joe wasnt very optimistic as it was a very specific car with specific wants and accessories but he said hed try his best to find one. He also said for me not to be disappointed if one was not available. THE NEXT DAY Joe called, said he found one that met ALL the the requirements and then some. We struck a deal bought the car sight unseen. It was the car I was looking for when it showed up.....Couldnt have been more pleased. it was beautiful. As far as we are concerned Joe Angle is the person to talk to about a new Toyota. Joe did due diligence, went the extra mile to met my wants and needs for the car. Thank you Joe!

Joe Angle was so personable. He recorded personalized videos of the SUV I wanted; I have never had that before. He answered all questions I had and made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. He was very detailed with his responses and was honest too. They are amazing there!!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend.

Well I have twice been asked to review my recent purchase at premier Toyota of Amherst. I deleted the first request and now they are asking again. Ok, here goes. I gave them 3 stars mainly because the salesman who I dealt with was polite, prompt and very helpful. The problem is that I never completed a deal to buy a car from them. I never even actually visited their dealership to complete a test drive. Nothing they did wrong. I just had a change of plans. I would consider them for any future vehicle purchases. So you see, they seem like a decent dealership but they need to do a little more due diligence on their follow ups.

I have always gone to Premier Toyota for my cars. They have always been honest with me and helped me pick the right car to fit my income. This time when I turned in my lease they saved me a lot of money. My salesperson was Phil Makela and he is terrific. He is patient and understanding and really helped me with understanding the new gadgets on my new lease car & helped me with a really good payment savings. They also have an excellent service department. I would highly recommend Premier Toyota to anyone looking to buy or lease a car!

Work was done to expectation and done in the time promised and price was fair.The ONLY issue I had was as a mechanic going from service area through waiting area with NO MASK ON. One other person went through with his mask below his exposed nose.

This is one of my favorite Toyota dealerships. I live 40 miles away and they get me in for an oil change a few hours after calling. They also identified a pending recall and took care of it along with my oil change.The waiting room chairs were safely spaced for social distance. Everyone is always so helpful and polite. My car was washed without even asking and protective plastic was around my steering wheel for my protection. PREMIER Toyota of AMHERST is always a class act and worth the drive.Always awesome service at this professional dealership.

Easiest New Car Purchase I ever made. Told them what I wanted and they managed to find me the deal I asked for. Handled all negotiations and pricing before I got there, then drove an hour and half to drop off my trade in and pick up my new truck and honestly expected some unpleasant surprises, but didnt experience any at all. Very honest, friendly and efficient process. Thanks to Matt, I got the exact Tacoma I wanted at the price I needed and a very fair trade in value.

I am very disappointed with my experience. Premier Toyota in Amherst doesn’t believe in following through with their commitments. Be very aware of their so called Certified Vehicles. Less than a month after I bought my vehicle the brakes were screeching. Discussing this with the service manager; asking how in less than a month the certified brakes go bad he stated we will work with me on correcting the problem next time I brought it in for service. Lies. 10% is not working with someone. It’s a smack in the face. Lip service is all I got. And of ironically the service manager I dealt with is no longer there. And it’s a shame I’ve had a Toyota going back to 2001. This will be the last.

I was seen rather quickly when it came to trying test driving a vehicle. I was just not informed properly upon buying power vs negative equity, etc.I was pleased with the welcoming/can do attitude, Just displeased with overall communication when it came to financing. If someone had said that I couldnt afford a $50,000 vehicle due to my negative equity, I wouldnt have bothered wasting hours of my time trying to get approved through multiple lenders.

The best dealership experience ever! We drove from Michigan to pick up our vehicle. We knew exactly what we wanted so that helped. Josh was amazing!!!! We handled all the paperwork via phone and text so by the time we got there the car was ready to go. We were there for about an hour, could of been less but we were on the phone with our car insurance provider. Signed a couple of paperwork and we were on our way back home. Hands down the best experience. Go see Josh you won’t be disappointed.

Most of the deal was able to be made before I even got to the dealership. Even in a pandemic situation everyone was very nice and polite, masked and distanced. This was by far the fastest Ive ever been in and out of a dealership. Couldnt be happier with how things went and how quickly the process went. I should also mention I drove an hour and 45 minutes to come here.

When you call up a dealership for repairs, you assume the parts they quote you are original equipment. At this dealership, that is not necessarily the case. I found out that the one and only quote I received was for lower quality aftermarket parts! I wasn’t told this. And oh yea, there’s a big sign leading into the Service Department that reads “OUR PROMISE … OEM PARTS”. Promise not kept.

I got to the dealership at 9:45, my appointment was not until 10:30. I was running way ahead of schedule and apologized for being early, but I had a lot of paperwork to do. They serviced my car and I was out of there by 10:45. Thank for the great service!

Im giving this experience 5 stars for the courtesy and professionalism of Dan Smith. He made it very easy for me to buy the car that I wanted at the right price. He picked me up for a test-drive and less than 2 hours later, the car was mine. The financing came through promptly with affordable payments. I am optimistic towards a long, low-maintenance ownership.Of course there were a few minor defects discovered within the first week of driving. None of these wouldve been deal-breakers had I seen them before, and Im not inconvenienced much by them now. No one should expect a car of this age, with this many miles, in this price range to be perfect. Everything that I need works great. A big upgrade from my last car.

We purchased a 2019 Toyota Highlander XLE from Premier Toyota and the buying experience was the best Ive ever had. Dan Smith, our salesman was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. He allowed us to take it home to test drive which was extremely helpful because my wife was out of town the day I came to test drive it. I was very impressed that the written quote he gave me showed the entire total (out the door) and no one tried to tack on any additional charges or fees at any point later in the process. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone.

Overall not a horrible experience. Salesman was pretty straight forward, super helpful and willing to deal, props to him, Dan. For the reflection of the dealership, the car was totally dirty(able to hide minor scratches and dents) although there was not many, but a terrible one on the hood that is haunting me. They gave me good opportunity to look the car over while it was in their shop(dark) even had it on the lift. They did put brand new tires and brakes all the way around which was very solid. This vehicle was a Q certified vehicle from the Toyota dealership which give you a 2 year 100k powerterrain warranty which is good piece of mind to me. Now for the absolutely worst part, financing. Now this is always a deal for anyone with experience buying a car at a dealer, but the manner in which my situation was treated is a 1 star review. I knew what I could get through my personal bank and told them off the rip of they cant beat that then I would choose my own bank, I was assured they could at least do that or better. Initial financing comes back and I meet with the finance guy and we sign somethings with limited explanation although Im reading over each piece. He tries selling me additional coverage which I get, but makes remarks to him using them for his Supra, like nice. New one comes and they mention not a word of what this next piece is but to sign here and I look to see an interest rate at double what we had discussed. The finance man Im working with looks at me dumbfounded and says its the best they can do. Now orginally I was doing a joint loan with my wife, but they had prior acted like it was no big deal I would be fine on my own. So we re do it as a joint app and they come back with another offer higher than my banks, I allude to going through my bank at which point he says they do not do that and tries to explain how it is no big deal, its only .6% higher. Why dont we all go to work and tell the boss we want less money every pay too?? I push the issue my bank said they can work with any dealership and they do it all the time, at this point the finance man is very defensive and frankly just rude. He goes back to the office and comes back with a final offer that does beat my personal bank with the remark the car gods are on your side today. Its not luck or fate, its being knowledgeable and having boundaries. My last complaint will be the amount of time I waited after purchasing my vehicle for them to detail it. The outside was pretty clean, rims still pretty dirty, the inside covered with armour all after spray, carpets and floor mats looked untouched, dirt, and dog hair was all over them. The engine bay was said to be cleaned up, but it was 100% untouched, the leaf in the intercooler was still there from when I looked at it. Now the cleaning didnt have to be a big deal, but if you say youre going to do that and hold me up an extra 30-45 minutes, it should be pretty darn good I would think.

Over all a good experience. Truck was ready when I arrived at the dealership. Dan was extremely helpful and was able to get me in and out in a timely manner. Only negative would be monthly price was $10 over what was stated over the phone. Would have just liked a heads up on it before coming in. They’ve done right by me since I bought my 2012 Nissan Rogue there in January. The service people are honest and friendly and when they give you an estimate that’s what it ends up costing. And for minor issues like the one I had fixed today they won’t even charge you. That’s about as good as it gets.

They were extremely patient with me for sure. The vehicle was ready when I arrived and worked with me in making sure that I could manage payments and leave in confidence of my purchase. Very excited to have found my car.

I chose the 2020 Toyota Corolla Hatchback mainly because of the Corollas long and impressive track record of consistent reliability. I was looking for Blue Flame Exterior Color (too much Silver on the road including me with my 1994 Chevy Lumina!). No Hatchbacks locally but some in Silver only, incoming... Looking further afield, found Premier Toyota of Amherst and they, reaching out 25 miles to me, advised they had a 2020 Corolla Hatchback on their lot but in Smokey Paprika, my close second color choice. With the help of Salesman Rob, a long distance deal quickly came together with only a minor glitch on my end which was straightened out with good advice from Rob.The deal all came together, with status updates and even an emailed video walk-around by Rob, with special shots I requested on the phone.Verbally agreed to on the Phone, this reach-out purchase became for real when Rob and Premier Toyota actually brought the car and paperwork to me for signatures and payment; DONE in less than a week!Learning to drive in a 62 Chevy Belaire and then owning a 67 Beetle (followed by a 74) sliding into this Corolla Hatchback XFE seemed, I imagine, like belting into the cockpit left seat of the Space Shuttle! Wow!And Wow, also, to Premier Toyota of Amherst for delivering More than I expected, in all respects. Im Happy!

Efficient attention to vehicle resulted in completion of needed service 15 minutes earlier than expected. Overall, a positive experience. I was between this car and a 2018 Avalon at another dealership, I ended up going with the Camry, and I’m glad I did.My salesperson, Jon Green answered every question I could throw at him, even when the answer may not have been what I wanted. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was parked up front and clean, and my paperwork was mostly in order and ready to go. They took a quick look at my trade, made their trade offer which was actually a little more than I’d expected or wanted, and still honored the originally agreed upon price on the Camry. Their finance guy got me a better rate through Toyota Financial than I got ahead of time through my credit union and Capital one, so I ended up financing through Toyota FinancialI wish they could have sold me a Toyota Platinum extended warranty, but they just sell an aftermarket branded one, so I did end up purchasing that from another Toyota dealer, but overall, this was a pleasant experience. There were a few minor issues at delivery and shortly after, but they were rectified pretty much immediately.Great car, great experience.

Aaron and Chris Massaro were the 2 service department people that we interacted with. We were very impressed with the friendly fast service as we drove into the bay area. They explained every detail even gave us a car so we wouldnt have to wait over an hour for our vehicle to be serviced. We were impressed with the whole dealership, it was our first time at this dealership and we will definitely return.

This was my very first time buying a Toyota, and it was an amazing experience at Premier. I never felt any pressure from my sales person Tariq, he was genuine and sincere. I have met and done business with many car salesmen in my life and by far Tariq was the most professional I have ever encountered. He had answers to all my questions and really went above and beyond with getting me into a vehicle that was within my budget. I now own my very first truck, an awesome 2020 Tacoma. I can’t say enough about Phil at Premier Toyota in Amherst. My car was totaled on April 10th i got all the paper work i needed and had 7 days to find the perfect car. Phil went above and beyond to “find” my 2019 highlander, had it delivered to his dealership sent me a personal video of the car and all the features it has. By the time i came in today he had everything ready for me and all i had to do was sign a few papers! I have to say this was ine of the quickest ssles I have experienced. I was looking for a particular LS car, they just got one in and were responsive. I had been to 4 other dealers that either didnt respond back or olayed hardball. It was well worth the 2 hour drive! Sales was wonderful and finance got me in and out. Great staff and wonderful selection!

I have purchased many autos throughout my life and this has been the best experience I have ever had. Gavin’s approach was not pushy, arrogant, nor did he come across as degrading with me being a female buyer. He is respectful and honest and truly wanted me to be pleased with the experience. I have been their loyal customer for last 7 years. When Shane used to work at the service department, I would never have to worry about anything. He would told me up front and we got it done. If I told Shane that I need this fixed, he would done it before I pick up my car. I was there for my pick up service, I told Chris that my audio system will not connect to my phone and he said that he will take care that the day I pick up my truck. I asked him to fix the issue. He looked at few things and said that I need to make a new appointment. I told you that I had issue and he should have fixed it that day but he wanted me to come back to other day. I never went to anybody but Shane at Premier Toyota but now I am looking at other options. Thanks Shane for helping whenever I needed him.

Sales experience was great. Staff were professional and friendly. I purchased a 1 y/o certified Tundra. One thing I was disappointed with was that the tire tread was below 7/32 on a certified vehicle. Other Toyota dealership I bought certified cars from has always put new tires on.

Jon, my salesman, was very helpful getting me what I was looking for. He took the time to listen to me. Very kind, polite and know the different cars there. Hes the one to see when you go there.
