Im studying pharmacy at this university. The department of pharmacy is one of the famous and renowned in KP as a well equipped in terms of top level research labs and highly qualified faculty which helps the students learn and grow up with innovative ideas and high quality research in the field pharmaceutics and pharmacy practice for the purpose of having vital contribution to community health and the field of drug research.

University of Swabi is a one of biggest HEC Recognized Educational institution, The University of Swabi aims to improve its students, faculty and staff with an education and learning experience of the premier quality, offering a comprehensive platform of education and professional program, encouraging the personal, social, academic, and career growth of all students, faculty and staff; adding to humanoid knowledge; contributing to the cultural, social and economic progress of society through ground breaking research, acquisition and application of knowledge; and contributing to the encroachment of learning and to the growth of human resources in Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and rest of the country.

Swabi University is the dream come true of the parents of the students of the district Swabi who they were to proceed their children to Peshawar for their higher studies although a stressful decision but very much necessary too.UoS is fulfilling the cause of higher education at about the doorstep and at easy approach specially for the poor students who they were not able to study in some other city with high accommodation and transportation costs.Hope and praying that the university would illuminate the students in quite sophisticated way so that their level could beat and compete the top other universities .Allah bless us all.

University of Swabi (UoSwabi) previously Awkum Ambar Campus was Upgraded to UoSwabi in November 2012 By KP Government.

I was browsing through google to see if there is a name of university of swabi. It gave me immense pleasure when I saw a well organized website of the university of swabi and its operations in a very short period of time. I pray this university become one of the top universities in Pakistan. Swabians are highly intellectual, They previously lacked educational facilities due to which people (Lower class) were unable to go for higher education. The administration of university should use various mediums to publicize the University and should keep their standards of education. The admissions should never be granted on the basis of social links like (Abdul wali khan university). Best wishes!
