Great value and service

My experience was at first good the car had a small problem that we thought had been rectified , back three times for same problem had nothing but trouble since they had fitted a second hand Sam unit not belonging to that car now in Mercedes wating for correct part at a cost of about £ 2,000 to put right all the problems this bodged job has caused , my advice is to keep well clear .

Used this company last year and wouldnt step foot back in there, very judgemental asking me what I wanted with a certain car (27yr old wanting a 6 series), dressed casual and being a young couple clearly didnt go down well. Kept falling over their feet with the finance details then asking me to provide things I physically couldnt due to employment status being self emp. As we were having trouble financing I decided to offer cash, he wouldnt take. So I offered pay by card, he suddenly didnt do card payments, even though he had took the deposit by card 10 mins prior. Offered bank transfer and wanted me to send just under £10k but wait a week for my car incase my end was dodgy. No thanks, steer clear, they kept the deposit though obviously as they do. Whatever you do dont go in there if youre young, dressed casual and earn good honest money, you get judged as if your money isnt as good as anyone elses.

Can’t praise Simon and his team enough ...was looking for a Jaguar XF for a while ... was a tad older than I wanted but the mileage and condition was fantastic just as he said ... the car was fully mot,d and the full service had been done including changing fan belts and even the cam belt had been changed .... which gives me a great peace of mind ... fully valeted and turned out looking great ... don’t know if you can tell that I’m more than pleased with all at AP HYNES and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them :-)

Recently bought a Hyundai Coupe from A.P. Hynes. Great service - lovely people and not pushy at all. Were kindly able to accommodate us turning up without an appointment to see the car. Was in great condition, they even sorted out a new timing belt for me and re gassed the air con before we collected it. Gave us a very good part ex offer for my old car. Also left us more than enough fuel in to get back to Sheffield. Great customer experience, we as a family have bought cars previously from A.P. Hynes and cant recommend them enough. They find reliable cars in great condition, Im sure I will return one day. Trust me these guys know where to find good cars!
