You were diligent in helping me track down my friends for the flower delivery and even made a replacement fresh arrangement after several days elapsed in the search for my friends new address in Altoona. I highly recommend Petermans and especially Andrea!! Andrea has a great eye for detail and great customer service!! She helped me with many creative ideas for a funeral spray for my uncle!!! She even emailed me pictures of the spray when it was completed!! It was phenomenal!!! She kept me abreast of when it arrived at the funeral home. Being far away, I was not able to attend the funeral, but I am sure my cousins will respond positively soon about the spray!! Thank you Andrea!!!

I recently ordered an arrangement for my mentor who was having a small wedding ceremony this year.I must say, my mentor adored her bouquet of flowers as they looked exactly like the photos online !The customer service is amazing, not to mention its a family owned business!

I went for a stroll around the neighborhood and foumd myself window shopping at a beautifully kept buildimg. The Chriss lights along with the beautiful bouquet of flowers. it was refreshing, that was until I seem the price Holly cow its been awhile since Ive purchased any and its prob gonna be a little while longer. Its just not in the budget this time of year.

Ok for my anniversary last year I ordered flowers from pro flowers and I was not happy with them. So this year I decided to stay local and let me tell you I was amazed at the difference. The flowers I ordered for my wife floored her!! Simply amazing!! I will never go anywhere else. 10/10 for Petermans florist! We used them for my grams passing in April during the beginning of the whole Covid mess Andrea was amazing! She got exactly what I wanted for my gram. And most recently this week for my paps casket spray as well. The flowers where gorgeous and the service from the staff was amazing. The prices for flowers are not too bad but to charge $25 to deliver flowers to Roaring Spring because they do not deliver there is a bit too much..I can see charging some to deliver to a place that dont deliver to but to charge $25 is a bit excessive

I ordered some flowers for an old lady way out in the forest on top of a hill. The address wasnt easy to find, the road icy and I didnt have her phone number. Petermans staff made four unsuccessful attempts to deliver it. Finally they had to replace the flowers with fresh ones and made a successful delivery. And thats after I told them that I wouldnt ask a refund if they didnt make it. It meant a lot to me as the woman was my host parent twenty years ago and recently lost her husband. Petermans kept me informed by email the whole time and I cant recommend them enough!

I ordered from Petermans Florists for my mother-in-law when she was hospitalized. Due to a delivery mix up at the hospital, she never received the flowers. Petermans went out of their way to send a fresh bouquet to her home and they were absolutely lovely. Their customer service was fantastic. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very polite and professional. I will order from them again! Well done!

I picked up the flowers and they were a different color than i asked. so i called and they said to bring them back, yet i got them and they were even worse. the flowers were very tacky and were a completely different color than i asked for. i didn’t even want to wear them with my dress because it would look dumb since they didn’t match. i’m very unsatisfied. i paid $50 for something i don’t even want to wear. to add to that, i wore it for not even 15 minutes and it fell apart.

Since I have always lived away from home, I would have to order long distance for flowers. I always chose Petermans. Almost 20 years ago, I ordered a Peace lily for my nephews funeral. Ten years ago I did the same for my brother in laws funeral. My sister has half of each in a huge flower pot growing together after all these years. They had to have been very healthy plants to have thrived at all, as I know the ones from my husbands funeral 8 years ago, didnt thrive. So I think Petermans should have more then even a five star rating.

Ive gone to Petermans countless times for flowers, boutonnières, corsages, and recently ordered a bouquet for delivery since Im no longer in the area. They are always more than happy to help and explain and pick flowers that complement each other if youre kind of flower dumb (like me). The flowers are always high quality and last pretty long. If you need anything floral done that you care about, I highly recommend them.

I found Petermans when sadly planning my mothers funeral. The service was exceptional and the arrangements were stunning! The owner, I cant remember her name, was very kind and caring when helping me. I would highly recommend Petermans.

Megan at Bedford Springs Resort recommended Petermans for my daughters wedding in May. In February, I met with Andrea to order the centerpieces for the reception and discuss the outside arch. Since the flowers my daughter wanted for her bouquet would not be available in May, I asked Andrea if she would contact my daughter in Philadelphia with suggestions for her bouquet and the attendants and send pictures of suggested flowers. Andrea agreed to do this , and I contacted my daughter with this information, Nothing happened. After weeks my daughter sent Andrea a picture of the dress the attendants would wear and asked about suggestions for bouquets. Nothing happened. Emails and phone calls were not returned. My daughter researched and sent Andrea a picture.of a bouquet she liked. Andrea then got in touch with my daughter and bouquets were finalized. My daughter is a busy attorney handling many wedding details and this was an unnecessary aggravation. The flowers used at the receotion were of poor quality and the votives which were part of the centerpieces, though paid for, were not there.

I was very disappointed with the phone customer service and the entire tone and energy of this floral shop, I simply tried to make an order for flowers for my dear mother in law ...as no one knows anyones own battle its important to be kind to everyone kinda like the golden rule ...my mother was tragically killed a few years back so this weekend being Mothers Day isnt easy to begin with . I was calling from out of state willing to purchase a $200 order to simply be delivered with no specific time but today or tomorrow 3 miles away (I mapped it) granted I know its my fault a little last minute and all but kindness on the phone and maybe some latitude would have been appreciatedjust were busy and we cant guarantee it and were sold out .. And were actually only taken open orders tell us what u want t spend and we will put it together well thats ok I will make other arrangements ... Im not sure who owns this shop or who works there but their customer service skills need to be re looked at I apologize if your busy and not happy with your job but if you dont like it , there are definitely different choices. You can make . Every holiday is busy but at the same time Im sure at the end of the day you would like your numbers to be in the black and make money ... I wish u the best. But you will not get my business and I will be sure to let others know ...Sincerely, former customer
