Excellent food, specially Buruste Berikutz and a very scenic place right under the Altit fort. Gardens all around with apple and walnut trees. Rabbits running around and light music coming from the music school nearby. Beautiful view of the mountains from the cafe. Operated by the amazing ladies of Hunza. A must visit place for anyone coming to hunza valley

This cafe is run by women only and they are most friendly and sweet females I have came across. From cook to waitress all are women and they have some amazing hunzai food and local food as well. Dou dou soup is a must and chap shuru... They also have a good variety of local food like daal makhni and their apricot chicken is a must try. The views from the balcony showing the river and the mountains is experienced best with their hot cappuccino.

Visited Cafe Kha Basi with family for lunch. We ordered Chap Shuro, French Fries and Chamus (Apricot Juice). Chap Shuro was freshly cooked, Chamus was made of fresh apricots and french fries were big in size and quantity.The location of the cafe is really exotic with historical Altit fort on one side and the spell binding Royal Gardens on the other. Highly recommended.

This café is located near Altit fort in Hunza valley, the view is absolutely amazing!The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. I highly recommend the noodle soup.

We had listened good reviews and the fact that it was being operated solely by women had made us look forward to the trip. The food was too average a quality, lots of flies on the food and we were made to wait for longer than usual with no sense for a queue. People generally book prior appointments, but we thought the service depended on who would do a larger order. Very disappointed. Really wished it to be nice in some way. Only good thing is the setting and placement of the cafe but then thats about it. Possibly the only thing atleast I didnt like in Hunza

Very well managed place for traditional food. All kitchen staff female. There is royal garden in surrounding. Very romantic place.
