Seemed to be quite busy with Holiday shoppers. My family had a wonderful time. Found some wonderful unexpected deals. It was great to see an area mall bustling with business. We ate at the food court which also was full of people. Great day!!
Really enjoyed the indoor shopping on a rainy afternoon. The Mall is very clean, good variety of stores & the food court was also very well sanitized (try the bento box at the Japanese place)
Its a good Mall, I like the Apple Store and there is a good kids play area when all the covid stuff is over
I visited GNC inside of the mall. Id gone there for a specific item that Id found online and the deadline to purchase on sale was December 31st, but the employee shared that I must have read the info wrong on the site, and advised Id have to pay full price for the item. Sometimes we make mistakes, but i know the information I read and the date, and drove 16 miles to get there. My thoughts are that in times like these, someone couldve done something to make me a happy customer. Im not saying give it to me free, but at least they couldve offered some sort of discount. I left , and wished them a Happy New Year
It was nice and not too crowded. Just wish the hand sanitizer stations actually were filled up with hand sanitizer for guests to use.

I grew up going to the Mall, hard to believe that they are going away. Its really fun around Christmas and can be productive for getting everyone on your list a present! I had a bit of a drive to get there but will be back.
Trying to find new Jeans sucks. Stopped in the Altamonte Mall, there is a nice handful of stores including barnes and noble. It was a clean mall, surprisingly there was a good amount of people shopping. Lots of sales going of Abercrombie, Hollister & America Eagle are having 40 to 60% off sales. H&M and some other stores are having sales too, not sure what. All in all, a very nice mall. Definitely will be back for more Jeans.
It is a pretty fair mall. We found what we were looking for. It was not crowded at all. Everyone was wearing masks.
Not crowded, safe CDC guidelines, must wear mask ..shops have the holidays theme. I would recommend this mall for safe shopping experience

Apple Store Express pickup is the best thing ever at this mall! Great service and better pricing through the manufacturer then at the Cellular Stores!
My kids love shopping here. It’s clean, has several stores, and lots of food choices! Bathrooms are pretty clean as well!

They have a great selection of stores. If you have worries regarding COVID they have automatic doors for touch less entry and all shoppers that I have seen are using masks. It would be great to have more quick hand sanitation stations.

Went here for an Apple appointment , was easy to locate the Apple store inside the mall and the mall staff / security was very helpful answering questions
Not crowded. Visited Dillard, Bath and Body, Pandora and Cinnabon. All maintained social distancing, masks, limits on customers in stores.
Nice and clean, most stores open, and most people keeping face covers on all of the time.
This mall isnt ultra exciting.It is a good spot to walk around indoors.There are department stores, food court, and chain shops inside. We like the Barnes and Noble too. Plenty of spots to browse or shop.

Love shopping at this mall its very large they have a food court with a lot of different food choices. The movie theater is really nice too. Its my go to mall when I want to do my shopping.

We have been patiently ( unpatiently) waiting for this store to re open for it seems eternity. I was so very happy when we went in last week and it was open. My hubby has been wanting to get me a ring that I fell in love with for our Anniversary back in March. It was the floating halo ring and it is GORGEOUS . They had one left in my size and they hunted for 30 min to find it. The only problem is , its so beautiful that Im afraid to wear it all the time. Im afraid I will ruin it but Any WAY, the girls were very kind and patient with me as I was trying on everything. . My son wanted the old fake ring that I was wearing in the intern, but wanted a special blue box and bag like mine for it ....which, the girls gladly provided for him. On top of that, they cleaned my old fake ring before they boxed and bagged it up for my son. Its not a 5,000 $ diamond that I lost years ago, but IMO Its more stunning than the real diamond was ,and ,thats the honest truth.

The mall and most of the stores are taking necessary Covid-19 precautions. There are 6 markers everywhere, stores are limiting total capacity and sanitizer everywhere. The only concern is the people, with still some not practicing safety. The one thing I saw at the Oviedo Mall that I wish was at Altamonte Mall is the food court cleaning. They placed a placard which indicated if clean or recently used (green=clean, red=used/dirty). Stay safe all and God bless!
This mall is small enough to get around in easily. I hope all the stores survive!!
Spent a rainy afternoon wondering the mall. Didnt see to many specialty store which was a little disappointing. The mall its self was lively and clean. Prices were good.

Always good i was at the eye examination place and Elizabeth the manager is the best . Every manager needs to be like her. and her crew is so awesome
The mall is located in a very easy to access area. The mall itself has enough parking for more than enough people and has plenty of stores to keep shoppers entertained. The mall is well kept with helpful staff, who are enforcing the CDC guidelines. I would definitely check out the Altamonte Mall.

We’ve been visiting this mall for a number of years when on vacation in the area. Weekdays it’s nice and quiet and has the full range of stares in a more compact mall. Always plenty of parking - it’s a great place to go.

We had not been to this mall before and wanted to check it out to see how it was. We drove about 40 miles to get there and would not bother to do it again. It is just a regular mall, the stores are okay. We were not impressed with the Macys at all, in fact The Dillards was better. The malls in Orlando are much better and much nicer.
Nice, clean mall with a lot of shops and a very good food court. They have an elevator in the center of the mall which helps if you cant walk or (dont want to)!

From what ive seen its quite the mall, a bunch of different stores and enough to say that right about anyone will find what theyre looking for and if you get hungry theres a few select food stands and even a few outside of the food court

We visited This small for the first time last week. It had many of the Usual stores as well as high-end stores. However I did feel it needs a little renovation as it seems a bit run down and dirty. But then again we are new to the area.
This is a tranquil mall compared to the hustle of the outlets. You will find a great variety of shops and some good bargains. Would recommend. As always staff are friendly and cant do enough to help.

Personally, I dont think they have many good shops in here. Especially these days, a lot have closed. I guess the movie theater here is alright, but its always PACKED. If its a movie that recently come out, garenteed to have a full theater
Amazing for girls night outs has a playground for kids. All types of foods if you have a sweet tooth or not they have great food. 10/10 is great. All the staff are kind and friendly to kids

Great Indoor mall with a great variety of storeS. One of the cleanest malls in Orlando. Has lots of parking and great varoety of food restaurants, even includes a indian food location.

This is a very nice and clean mall, came here from Daytona and they have way more stuff compared to us. But, I dont like those people who harass you into buying something but its fine, the food was very good I bought at the food court and I enjoyed my time there would go again.

About 80 % of the stores are still open. We ate at the food court and they had it set up for social distancing. Very enjoyable time.

We have been going to this mall since it started. The mall is clean and has stores we like to shop. It is close to our house and has a decent food court. It has places to sit waiting for your spouse to shop if I am tired.

Went to the mall to purchase greeting cards and was quite surprised to see there was no longer a Hallmark Store in the mall. There also was no other card store there. Mall does have nice selection of clothing stores.

Who doesn’t like food . This food court has it all Greek Food , Italian Food, Mexican Food , Chinese Food , I personally favor the Italian Pizza and who doesn’t like pizza. I have had better pizza and it was at New Smyrna Beach, however that’s a long way to go so I have tried their pizza 2 times so far at the Altamonte Mall. So if you have a sweet tooth and like Ice creams they got you. I noticed they keep the tables and floors clean here and also the rest rooms are located about half way down the court. So wash up stay safe if your out and about. The malls are designed to get you to shop and that’s why we really go here. I have favorite haunts I like to eat at but mall food is not my main stay of course. So along the course of course I love Dillard’s, Macy’s and Penny’s . One of them always has me at the register and all my credit cards have something on them from each store. I’m building a bigger walk in closet and upgrading my work clothes and painting clothes . All that said it’s only rival is the Milinial Mall off Conroy in Orlando. Most of us need a good brisk hike so walking in this mall could get you in the next size down. Whatever your reason for shopping for walking for eating for anything this mall has it all . So hence the 5 stars because they have everything and the bonus is security that has a consistent presence.
Its good to come here for limited items no big shopping because there are only few stores open inside. Quiet compared to normal Covid safety is in place it was pleasant

They have an Apple store with tuns of reps ready to serve customers, plus I had to stop into the shoe store to check the kicks!
Quite a large mall, all looking smart and modern, clean and bright. The normal shops here, although a high proportion of shoe shops and women’s’ clothing shops. The food court has about 10 outlets, with plenty of seats. Plenty of free parking.
