Well, I love this place, for obvious reasons. But, they made it quick & convenient. A wonderful security guard, greets you at the door, gives you a form, fill it out, & give it back. Dont forget: a copy of your drivers license.

Even though there was a long waiting line to get inside, that line moved quite quickly and they take your temperature before entering the building.

I drove there and dropped my ticket off at the drop off box. I was not going to send it in the mail, someone will see the lottery office address and it might not make it there, then it will be gone because it’s a bearer bond ticket. And even though I signed it, if it’s thrown out, I still don’t get it. Safer to go there and drop it off. At least I know it got there to process.

Winning is wonderful in all but there has to be a better service seeing as the lobby isnt open to the general public yet, Ill be on my second week of waiting to receive my check by mail its already stressful to send a lottery ticket by mail without the thought of someone messing around with your mail or it not getting to the location.

Fantastic experience. Takes 1/2 hr or so to process info and print check but you can meet new people or bring tix in to scratch while waiting. Great efficient,friendly employees.

Very polite very quick

The Florida Lottery Office was a really pleasant visit actually. It was my first, but hopefully not my last, time there. I was pleasantly greeted by staff members who were super nice and did not mind answering any questions that I had. Also, the service was surprisingly quick. My overall time from arriving there and leaving was about an hour, give or take a few.

I love coming here... means I won a good amount of money! If you dk that you can come here vs going to the main office in Tallahassee then youve been driving too far!

Ridiculous that they have not opened the regional offices to some level. The crowds are going to be unreal after over 2 months of waiting. The governor is very hung ho on opening the economy so get with it. Millions and Millions of dollars waiting to be collected and put into the businesses of Florida!

Everybody is always super sweet and courteous. My checks are cut within 30 minutes or less. I accidentally put down the wrong social last time, but instead of putting me off the guy simply looked up my info from prior winnings. My only complaint is that they say the winning amount out (too) loud.

A great place to visit Id like to make it a habit took about 45 minutes total to get processed and get my check but Im sure they get way busier than what I saw so the best thing to do is get there first thing in the morning when they open but still if youre there youre getting money so its all good

Exciting to go with a winning ticket. But prepare to be there at least an hour on a slow day. A Monday? Forget about it. I was told it takes hours to all day. I was there once on a Monday and it took close 4 hours. Others had been there all day. The process is not bad, nor the employees. But prepare to wait, maybe take the day off.

I walked out with a 1000 dollars. Whats not to love?
