Store associate asked me to put on a mask or they wouldnt serve me despite the fact I am wearing 99% filtration nasal filters which are higher quality than an N95 mask, well the associate herself was just wearing a plain cotton mask which cant filter a single virus particle. Great job discriminating against your customers based on appearance, its cool Ill just take my business over to ABC instead.

Something that I love for this location is the people, always open to help. Like today, Jake was an amazing help with his expertise explained all and his recommendation was perfect.

The store is clean, well lighted, and things are generally easy to find among their huge selection. Parking and carts are plentiful. I took off one star for the manager who was inconsiderate, dismissive, and utterly unhelpful on multiple occasions and one star for refusing to honor my tax exempt certificate.

They are always so helpful when trying to find specific items. Tasting is awkward when we all have to wear masks, but thats the new way for awhile. Checkout is always quick and parking is plenty. I just wish they had more locations throughout Central FL.

So many wines its a little overwhelming but the employees are great and help guide you along. They are very knowledgeable and help you easily find what youre looking for.

By far the best place to find your favorite wine, beer or spirit. The staff is very knowledgeable and everything is well marked if you just want to browse around. The store is super clean and they have tons of supplemental items to complete the shopping experience. Its the Home Depot but for booze.

Came in with my boyfriend to buy an assortment of drinks. At checkout we realized he didn’t have his ID on him so I went to purchase instead and they would not let me. What in the world. He’s in his 30s and I’m 25 with my ID on me! He doesn’t look anywhere near young enough to be 21(sorry hunny). What a waste of 2 hours. Now this store is out of the way on the way to the get together we are going to tomorrow. Gonna pass by ABC now cause it’s on the way. Lost business of a few hundred dollars. -.-

The place offers plenty of safely lit parking places. As you walk in it is big and roomy like one of those big box stores but that is where the similarities end. The employees are eager to help and offer opinions and facts when asked for them. They were very helpful. The variety was very plentiful as well. There is something for all budgets and tastes. I walked away with more knowledge of wine that i did not expect. Nothing personal against the alphabet store but this just seems more family like even though it is a chain as well. This definitely is on the repeat list.

Inventory is online with either order ahead or just location of items in store.When you cant find something thats in stock, the staff will tear the store apart to find it.Staff provides recommendations of their favorites on the shelves, especially for steals and deals. When they dont have an item, they will recommend other places you can go to find.Prices are generally good and competitive, though appreciate that you are paying a bit more to have a better selection of options.All in all, recommended for ease of shopping, price, and selection
