Amazing!!! All other stores had back orders 1-2 months for washer and dryer sets. We needed asap after our order from Home Depot was set back until end of October at the earliest. We went in, immediately was helped, picked out our Speed Queen set on Monday and it was delivered today (Wednesday)!!!The two guys who delivered and installed were super nice and helpful. They showed us all the features and got us up and running! So excited to try out the Speed Queen brand.Whole experience was pleasant and quick.Thank you :)

Amazing is right!!! Just like the last review. My part was ordered thru Amazon but never arrived. After months of looking for the part. Someone told me about Miller’s. I went to their Alsip location , due to COVID restrictions I couldn’t go in so I called the number on the door. I spoke the customer service parts guy he was so pleasant and easy to work with. I left my credit card at home only had cash I went home grabbed my credit card, came back spoke with the same guy whom by the way remembered my name. He brought my part out in minutes he encouraged me knowing I was going to install it .Long story short...My son installed the new part snd I’m extremely satisfied. The best part the customer service parts guy left a good impression on me!!!!Thank you Sincerely another satisfied customer

I bought a commercial Speed Queen washer to replace one that was starting to act up. We didn’t have to replace it for a few months. When we installed the new one, it didn’t work. When I called to see what my options were, I was informed I was out of warranty on labor, but parts were covered. We picked up the parts needed and now we keep getting billed $526.00 for parts. I leave messages trying to resolve the problem, but no one ever returns my calls.Poor customer service and a brand new machine that didn’t work from day one. I won’t buy from them again!

I normally don’t write reviews, but had wonderful customer service here and was able to purchase everything for our new home in one place at a great price. We purchased not only our Maytag Washer and Dryer, but Jenn Air wall oven, SubZero Freezer/fridge, Kitchen Aid dishwasher and microwave oven. Nice people who are knowledgeable. I never felt like they were trying to sell me on something, they took the time to find what I wanted and needed for my family.

Great place for new appliances the staff are very friendly and the have a parts department on location for replacing maintenance items like light bulbs and filters.
