Everything she told me has been exactly what she said or better. This company truly cares about you the driver, and it shows. From her calling me after my initial week, then a month later and so on! Very professional, work and safety conscious! I can’t say enough good things about her!This too carry’s over to my immediate supervisor Jessica, she too tells you exactly what’s expected of me and always ask if I’ve got everything I need to do my job effectively and safely!This as well goes for Brad, Darin, and Brittney too! I’ve had my CDL A for 5 years with no tickets or accidents, and according to the lady who administered my road test, I failed. From the mouth of their transportation supervisor...the pay is terrible, the work is terrible, the scheduling is terrible. They’ll have drivers run overnight and not get back until 4pm and expect them to run again as a team that same night. So don’t expect to get home if you’re looking for something local.

I have worked for Team One Logistics for over a year and I have not had any problems with upper management, HR or my immediate supervisor. I have read the all the reviews below and for me personally a lot of those NEGATIVE things just does not ring true- take it from someone who had worked in a lot of different places. First of all, I’ve never been in a place where the upper management works just as hard as I do. They are easy to talk to and open to ideas. I don’t feel like I have to hold my opinion back (and yes, I definitely have had some). Everybody has bad days and I get that, I truly do, but when you work for a company that wants, not only to succeed but wants everyone on their team (all employees) to succeed right along with them, that just says something great and positive about a company. All of my experiences with Team One Logistics were good. My experiences with Kathy Walsh and Teresa Elliot were that they were helpful, friendly and bent over backwards to make our drivers happy and informed. If they didn’t know to answer to a question they went and found out and called me back ASAP. Their jobs were probably more difficult than we realized because we were involved in a startup operation but they always made time for our questions and concerns. We felt like they cared about us and they never left us hanging. I would definitely recommend this company.

Was very excited about a new career with this company with a linehaul position. But unfortunately it unraveled quickly. They had issues with eld after MULTIPLE attempts to get this situation corrected and no avail. And a hostile dock manager cursing and flipping me off i told him i was not taking the load without the eld working properly and after using paper logs for over 30 days. The law is extremely clear only 8 day out of 30 unless they have a exemption letter from fmcsa which the driver carriers i spoke with safety a couple of times and thought things would get resolved. Until today hr called and told me that I would need to go to a meeting and be wrote up for abandoning equipment BY the person that the complaint was in regards too. I have driven for 17 years and have no tickets or accidents and iam not going to start now drivers need to protect their cdls. Its very disappointing that i sat and watched videos and people talk about safety and they dont even implement their own policy! To me safety is more important then money and when the hr guy says i understand your protecting your cdl but thats not the way we operate, its time to move on.

Im not surprised to see so many say they experienced discrimination. I myself also felt the discrimination when applied and denied employment. Not only myself but my boyfriend as well only difference is he was hired and discriminated against inside the company. Actually lost his job today with no warning smh. Their hr is hours away no in house Hr department they go by word of mouth with no legal discipline plan in effect. All jobs Ive ever had required a verbal (which requires a signature from employee showing that it was given) then a written (again with signature) finally termination but I guess theyre the only company who doesnt follow these steps. And tbh Theresa basically told me to my face how they discriminate nd doesnt hire women sexist much uuuugh

Ive worked with Team One for over 6 months so far and the best thing by far is the help Ive received from Julio Gonzales. If its an issue, concern, or just a question he goes above and beyond to make things right anytime of day. The man gets things done when you need it done.

I have been working with TeamOne Logistics for 7 months out of college and it has been the best decision I have made. The growth is stunning and the culture is above any other company out there. The opportunities are endless and we are one big family.

Management is terrible and they don’t treat all their employee’s equally whatsoever.. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to work for this company. I worked for them only 2 DAYS!! I was fired for reporting a bullying/harassment incident, including me and another coworker, because I was threatened by him. I asked Richard, the person who hired me, why I was being fired.. He had no actual reason for letting me go but the person who threatened me was not consequenced at all.. Don’t even waste your time... The money may sound good but it’s not worth what they put you through.

My Hr manager Julio Ginzalez was awesome.. He was always positive and helpful and always tried to answer any of my questions.. The William sanoma/UPs warehouse team one is based out of needs a lot of work to be honest.. The head boss at that place need to learn how to be more positive and grow on his communication skills. A little to pushy, rude at times and just a his way or a highway feel. That makes it like a dictatorship then a team trying to accomplish a common goal and to get paid. The rollers, conveyors and equipment is horibally bad and they want greatness from us but dont give us the tools needed to be great .. From telling us to use sick time on o.t saying there is a buddy system for things over 70 lbs but we never use it when loading. There are people who weigh less then some of the freight and they have to get 225 ctns an hour no matter if theu are small or huge and if they dont get their numbers even if they are 5 short they can be sent home. Ending in a loss if wages. Sometimes we work 3 plus hours before a break... I started in April and when I started there were 12 leads and 4 senior leads and to to date. There are 2 leads and 2 senior leads... And not to mention the associates... So there is something wrong here that is getting worse and i want the best for folks there.. If we can just get it fair good communication and equipmtnet thats not falling off at the legs and equipment that actually works. Theu can do some real progress & succeed...

I was even asked “have I ever convicted a crime” when that is illegal now! My white friend said she didn’t ask him that. Ladies and gentlemen all I can say respectfully stay as far away as possible from this company I happen to work twice for two different accounts and I have to runaway from it, if you trying to get hire here ask the recruiter to be 100 percent clear with you about the job that you about to take the advertising on jobs are way too sugar coated them what you will really do or get pay it’s no even close to whats the reality all I’m saying do your research before you take the job I’m not saying that all accounts maybe bad but as head of house or a family supported double check before you getting in.

Terrible company... I called a guy named Julio for a position that was posted online that i found. I called him around 6:30pm and when he answered he was VERY rude to me. He asked if i had read the add before calling him because it said the information about the job online and that it was after 5pm and he only takes calls from 8-5. I went back and looked on the add and it did say that he only takes calls from 8-5 so i wont be calling him back. He was rude and disrespectful and made me feel really stupid. I wont be applying to this company for a position ever because i dont want to be treated like this as an employee.

Spoke to a recruiter name Theresa Elliot about a position in Kanas. She asked if I had any felonies which I told her I have the right not to discuss since GA banned that box. She argued with me saying I know my job and duties.

As I just concluded a 14 day stretch of jumping through hoops to get the ball rolling as a driver and was just told on a phone call that bc I have a felony over 10 years old that I wasnt eligible to be hired after holding a a impeccable driving record over the last 18 years NC of things that may be .... this is completely unacceptable under any circumstances. This is a very poor company to judge anyone over something that happened over 10 years ago. Keep you trucks I dont need them.

I spoke to a recruiter name Melvin who was helpful. However, it took a recruiter over 1 week just to call me in regards to a job for Honda in Alpharetta, GA. $75,000k a year which you won’t make, and a team run where you will not be home!!

I worked for Teamone for several years had and outstanding record had an incident with low hanging fruit damage on truck was about 200.00 or less first offence they fired me took my 3 weeks vacation lied and told me I would have a safety call it was two weeks before I knew I was separated Robert Graves, Tony Totter, & Randy Williams was not available to discuss why it was necessary to terminate me. Not to mentioned I paid for health insurance that never paid one medical claim!!! I was forced to run illegal running routes etc. that required teams. Also 95% of management is corrupt and prejudice!!!! They do not care about safety as they claim not to mentioned they try to ruin your record to prevent you from getting another job!!!! I was one of the best drivers they had but for what ever reasons they cut my throat and rehired others that had major tier 3 accidents hitting buildings, and trailers and tried to hide damages this company has major ethic problems.

My company has been receiving numerous calls in regards to TeamOne. The CEO has not yet resolved this issue.

The sales team has not yet called me in for an Interview. A few months back Rusty was suppose to give me a call and never did. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Blacks must not be allowed to work in your corporate office.
