This place is perfect if you love your dog and want the staff to feel the same way about your pets that you do. I had a wonderful experience, and so did my dog with the grooming service. He loved the treats by the counter too! Prices are reasonable for the incredible service offered here.

We are dedicated customers at Fidos. Not only is at a great store for pet supplies, but we trust them with our beloved dogs, Lula & Theo. Hannah is our groomer and she knows us and our dogs very well. Our pups love her and theyre always happier when when theyre groomed and clean and sparkly. During this time of dealing with the virus, Fidos employees will do whatever is needed to make us comfortable. If youd like, they will pick up the dogs from the car, and bring them out when theyre ready. Every time we pick them up they are adorned with bows and a bandanna, and it always makes us smile. The picture with this review is right after their appointment. Its difficult to see but Lula has very cute bows in her hair. Fidos team is always friendly and upbeat and you can tell they love our pets and they get a kick out of their humans too!

Fido’s Market is our go to for everything dog related. Grooming services are the best - Lori does an amazing job and our dog adores her. The selection of food and pet supplies is very good. And the staff is super friendly and helpful!

Tried to call about store being opened and no one answered. Google showed open so took a chance. Made it to the store with 30 min to close and was turned away from doing a self wash because they were “almost closed”. Not sure how long it takes others to wash a 16 lb dog, but it takes me no longer than 15 minutes. Guess I’ll need to find a new spot.

I really think Ive found my go-to groomers. My dog gets really nervous every time I go to the groomers and no one can ever get anything done on him but, here they were able to calm him down and get him washed, cut and ready to go. He always comes out smelling and looking fresh. All the groomers do a Wonderful job, Barbara did my dog today and did an Awesome job! Overall great service!

Doesn’t matter if you’re loyal to this store, they lie about their prices and increase them without warning. Owner is delusional and rude. Our groomer has an injured wrist that caused our dogs grooming to take longer than usual and they charged us for the extra time. The owners excuse was our dog had mats, that’s nothing new, he’s always had mats and will always have them because of his type of fur. I do not recommend anyone bring their pets here. The owners do not deserve your hard earned money.

I have been a Fidos Market customer for two years and continue to be very pleased with their service. The owner and employees are always very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products they carry. They are great at answering all my questions, making recommendations for my dogs with allergy issues, and placing special orders for what I need that they might not have in stock. Highly recommend.

Took my doll face English mastiff Ava here for a self wash and got nothing but exceptional service. Very clean and welcoming. They were also very informative about their services and products that they offer. These are some good folks at this establishment. Thank you guys I’ll see you soon.

I took my mini Aussie to Fido’s for the first time today to get groomed. Hannah did such a great job! She was very sweet and knowledgeable. Everyone there was so accommodating to our schedule and it is a very welcoming environment. This is my new groomers and dog market for sure!

We go to Fido’s to use their self dog wash station, it’s awesome for me and my large pup that has a hard time getting into the bathtub! Their dryer is also super helpful so he’s not soaked when I take him home! Staff is so kind and helpful and the wash station has everything you could need.

My dog and I always feel welcome when we come in. The store is well stocked with just about everything our 4 legged friends need. I appreciate their dog wash room as well as how they give back to the pet community. Highly recommended.

Employees are very nice. The pet wash station is convenient and nice. I just wish it was a little bigger and had outlets to use my own hair dryer. Will be back in the future though.

The best place in town for all of your pets needs! The selection of raw food, supplements and treats is amazing. Also toys, accessories etc. you can get almost everything you need here. The entire staff are super friendly and helpful (we use Barbara for grooming who does such a wonderful job of grooming our mini golden doodle). They also have a great rewards program and the prices are very reasonable for such high quality products. My boy is thriving and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for his needs. I’m so glad I found them for all of their sound advice when my boy was just a tiny pup!

I have been using Fido’s to have my 2 Cavachons groomed and they are amazing! I also love the way they have their dog treats either in a pack or you can buy individually. They have everything you need and more. They also love the animals they groom and your dogs will love going there.

We frequently use the self-bathe room and its wonderful for our big dogs. It also has a powerful blow dryer thats a life saver. The groomers are so gentle with toenail trims that the dogs dont even mind. The staff is amazing too!

We found Fidos Market by searching WAZE for nearest groomer. Fidos did not come up as closest, but because of the reviews, I chose them to groom our ShizTu, Piper. We went back a second time today, and Hannah once again did an amazing, beautiful job on our sweet girl. Hannah gave her the cutest homemade bows for her pigtails - one-of-a-kind day of beauty! They are so sweet and easy. I love to buy our dog treats there too! Always have great deals, and its close to my home.

My two cats of 7-8 years old have never been groomed before but their furs are so matted that I have to seek a groomer. I was more nervous of the experience than the cats. I did not know who and where to look for. I googled and through Thumbtack, Fidos Market responded immediately and held my hands throughout. The groomers were there at the door waiting for us, the store has all the attention catered to our needs (with appointment made), and they knew instantly what to do with their years of experience. Jack and Angeline were confident, caring, considerate, loving to my kitties, instigating thier skills of solving the fur problems they know best, and all the time cheery and reasuring. Jack was able to hold the cats skillfully and he was unperturbed when my kitty took a nip at his hand. He maintained his professionalism and caring throughout and loved his job, loved the kitties and loved the people who come to him. Angeline was the groomer who did the shaving - Boy, she has everything under controland you know shes been at it for a long time. I am thankful I found an awesome, REAL, groomer when I was just shooting in the dark finding one. I cant recommend them more ! Please bring your furbabie there - They really know what they do and they do it with such care! You walk out with your pets knowing that they have been handled with so much love and skills.

Super easy self wash station and large selection of treats and chews

Took my dog to the self serve dog wash. Worth every penny of $15 to have shampoo and towels and dryer provided, as well as scrubbers. No lifting your pup into a tub as theres a ramp for them to walk up. Tub is at waist/chest height so you dont have to lean over. Plus they provide aprons to keep you dry. Very nice sprayer gets all the way under the dogs coat. Its the cleanest shes ever been. And one stop shopping on the way out to replenish our favorite treats! Love this place!

I used Groupon for Dog Self bathing and drying. excellent facility and very warm people who help you with all basic needs for cleaning your pooch and drying.I would highly recommend this place.

A good place to wash your own pet. This is the first place i have used a self service dog wash and my first experience was good. I would recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner, as the only problem i had was that they put a little pump of shampoo and conditioner in a little bottle and they really watered it down. Would be nice if they had ear cleaner as well as brushes. But overall i had a good experience! Just gonna bring my own shampoo next time:)

This is a great place to get your dog groomed - I took mine in for the first time and the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable so i immediately felt comfortable leaving my new dog in their care. They dont try to upsell you on unecessary services and prices are very reasonable - in fact, they pointed out i could save money with the self-serve dog wash. Great spot.

Love this place. Love the service. Love the products. My cat, Jameson, is doing much better since I started buying food here. Jameson has grain allergies and is more playful and exhibits less stomach irritation eating the organic, grain free limited ingredient foods from Fidos Market than similar type products from the big chains. And the prices at Fidos are competitive or better than the chains on grain-free foods too!! FIVE STARS all the way!

The entire team at Fidos is so knowledgeable about pet nutrition. I have been feeding my pets Answers raw, pasteurized frozen food and have seen such great results with their health. So grateful that Nancy told me about the store! The freeze dried treats are a big hit with our fur babies!

I had my dog groomed at Fidos today. I was told he would be ready in 1-1.5 hours. After receiving the call, I was delayed in line and traffic. I received a call while on my way to pick up my dog. The store clerk was unbelievably rude to me on the phone. She told me that the groomer had been waiting on me for some time. My response was that it had not been that long, but she wanted to argue with me, basically calling me a liar. I told her I would be there in 10 minutes and she would not have to worry about me coming back. She was still fussing at me when I hung up on her. When I picked him up, she still wanted to try to argue with me. I cannot believe this store will make money if they treat all of their customers this way. I must also say that the groomer is very good and nice, but it is not worth being made to feel like a criminal in order to have my dog groomed there.

These gals are great. Ive never met such knowledgeable and loving dog people...including vets and show folks. They are totally dedicated to your pet and not just there for the sale. They have all of the very best foods available and know which one would work best for your dog. Since weve met them we havent been back to the vet! I highly recommend that anyone with a dog and a passion for doggie health and wellness meet these people and support them. Truly a rare find.

I brought my Old English Sheepdog in for a bath and groom. My dog looked worse when I picked him up than when I dropped him off. He was still dirty and he smelled awful. Add to that the fact that he was dripping wet and you have an idea of my experience.I paid 100.00 for a poop track that was nowhere near my dog’s rectum and some water to be poured over him!!!! They should have worn masks when they accepted payment.

Pretty bad experience getting a mini groom, a first cut for our Labradoodle pup who is just 4 months old. First off, the staff rendering the service was not friendly nor seemed experienced handling a puppy. Secondly, the charge was $60 rather than $45 which was stated over the phone, even after noting the weight of the dog and breed. Finally and most importantly, the cut was really bad! He came home looking like a stranger! The hair was shaved off the top of his muzzle and he looked nothing like a labradoodle pup ever should! Dont know about the products they carry but never going back there again!!

I now buy all my ACANA dog food from Fidos Market.If you are interested in buying quality dog food for your dogs then stop in a visit them for a while and you will learn a lot.
