I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Urban Hardware! They have ANY & EVERYTHING! Not just Hardware, but lovely HOME DECOR finds... Christmas Decorations. UNIQUE gifts, and a wide assortment of BEAUTIFUL plants! The staff is VERY HELPFUL. Ana and Mike are always so pleasant. You will not be disappointed.

Visit Urban Hardware once and you will never want to return to either of the giant big-name hardware chains ever again. Although the selection might not be quite as extensive as what you can find at a corporate store, they still have a wide variety in every department. The exceptional customer service provided by the UH team is what really sets them apart from the competition. You dont ever have to hunt someone down to ask a question because at every turn there is a helpful and friendly employee offering assistance. Added bonus: the store is well-lit, clean and organized. Double bonus: UH is locally owned!

I go to this store on a regular basis over Lowes and Home Depot. There is personal service, good products and no big crowds. The staff is friendly and makes it point to acknowledge you, and even remember if you have shopped there before. True, their prices are not the same as Lowes and Home Depot, but I am sick of the rude and uncaring employees at the big box stores. I would rather spend more and feel respected than feel like cattle like at do at the other stores.

Deborah is excellent in the window covering and Outdoor furniture department. She is fabulous!

Many of the employees here DO NOT WEAR MASKS and openly mock people seeking to be socially distant. My husband and I have visited this store on four separate occasions and have had issues each time with employees not wearing masks, pulling them down and stepping close, and saying loudly that “masks are just for show”. I really loved this shop prior to the pandemic, but I cannot justify spending money here with these irresponsible practices occurring. Be warned- if you or a loved one is at risk, AVOID THIS STORE!

They have a great outdoor and garden section. Staff are always available and knowledgeable for questions. Definitely prefer going here when I need something for a home improvement project.

Gorgeous home hardware store. It’s sparkling and new, and the selection is top notch. Bigger than Ace but not quite as extensive as Lowes. Folks were great and the quality and selection were pretty much all you could need. They helped me out to the car, too! The cashier noticed that my goods rang up $1 over, and updated the price without hesitation. Good peeps.

Great small town hardware store feel with the added benefit of carrying extremely high quality brands not found at your typical hardware store. I really appreciated the customer service and will always try there first before going to a big box store when I can. Keep up the good work!

Great place for ideas, however the prices on average items is much higher than other hardware stores making it difficult to consider using Urban Hardware as a go-to for typical HD or Lowes trip items. Very clean store and friendly staff, just very high prices.

I don’t disagree with all the great reviews regarding Urban Hardware...that is during normal times. But this is not normal times. I’ve shopped there twice within the last two days and very disturbed that I did not see a single employee wearing a mask. I work on the front line in healthcare and come in contact with COVID 19 positive patients every single day. It’s for real!!! It greatly angers me to see a business that doesn’t require their employees to wear a mask. I asked the cashier why she wasn’t wearing a mask and she stated that she was just tired of wearing masks. Being tired of wearing masks won’t make the virus or the risk go away. It’s grossly irresponsible for a place of business to not require their employees to wear mask. It puts the individual and their customers at risk. It’s a reckless and inconsiderate way to run a business. It’s unacceptable to be playing Russian Roulette with your customers. Please conform to the safety guidelines issued by the CDC and other medical experts.

Wow.Urban Hardware is my new favorite hardware, decor, grilling, gardening, home needs store. Everyone there was exceptionally nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Colby in hardware was an incredible help and knew everything about all their products and offerings. They made a lifetime customer today!

This store is awesome! The selections and service is impeccable. The four gentleman that opened up the store came from a larger corporate hardware store and know exactly what theyre doing. This should be your new go to place for your indoor and outdoor needs.

Very nice store, but dont go here an hour before they close since the employees are only focused on closing tasks. I browsed the store for a bit and wanted to go see the selection of outdoor plants they have. Get out there and its all locked up (at 7:30). They dont close until 8. I asked an employee if I could look at the plants and was rudely told that they lock the plants up at 7:30 typically. Poor customer service. I was really excited to pot some plants tonight! Oh well.

I decided to give this place a try this morning, since its the closest hardware store to my house. I waited till 8am instead of going to Home Depot or Lowes at 6am. I went to go in and all the doors were closed and the employees were outside not able to get in. I guess the only person who could open the doors decided not to show up. What a waste of my time.

Great new hardware store like an upscale Ace. Friendly and helpful staff much more easily accessed than Lowes/HD where I can only find help when I dont need it. When I was in recently, they were actually lowering prices on some items to match Loews/HD! UH is like comparing a community bank where you know the people to a big regional bank.Suggestions:1. install a search window on your website2. keep some carts available inside the store. I often go to a store intending to buy one thing, and end up buying several items and need a cart.
