Depend on who you talk to there will be different answers to your one question but unwilling to help and keep dodging you like you a parasite. I also did a return there given the cashier my online receipt and still she return me the wrong amount for my return. I realize that after returning home looking at both receipts call in about the problem and customer associate guy say i had to bring both receipt in for adjustment. I have wonder couldnt they pull up my receipt and my order number through their computer system today to fix the problem instead of another long drive up there just to fix it.

Just starting to gather some things before the baby comes...Super super helpful and knowledgeable staff.They basically have everything you could ever need! Quite amazing.Only ding and reason I’d not give them 5 stars is cause their bathroom (men’s) was dark and dirty. Kinda surprising.

The store seems to be gearing towards an online store, than brick and mortars. They send discount vouchers out that can only be used online, but have an exclusion list longer than my arm. I wanted to specifically look at strollers, which needs to be done in person. At first finding help was a little difficult, but once I did, the guy was great. His name is Zak. If you want to know something about strollers and an honest option, get Zak. That why I gave 4 stars instead of 3.

The general manager and his staff were great and offered wonderful customer service me and my wife drove 2 hrs to this store and I would do it again, they are amazing

Employees are not very friendly I never get greeted or even get asked if I need help looking for an item. The items are never where they are suppose to be I always pick up a toy and it ends up being more in the register because they don’t stock up in the right place.

All of the ladies at the Registry center are AMAZING. Cindy is especially fantastic! Honestly, all the staff have been great. Again, ask for Cindy!

This location is AMAZING. A special shout out to Sai, in the baby furniture department. I drove over an hour to this location for furniture, and she took over an hour with me making sure I got all the pieces I needed at an amazing price! She was able to apply 20% off discounts and I left with a full set of Bassett Baby furniture, and a glider with matching ottoman for a cheaper price than the set I had ordered from Rooms To Go!Sai was extremely patient with me and allowed me to change my mind on furniture as many times as I needed! She also made sure to fully explain to me the arrival time and delivery!

I get so frustrated anytime I need help from anyone here. Waited in the stroller isle for 10 minutes, finally asked for help and no one ever showed up. I’m pregnant and also have a baby and my time is precious.

Great store! I can always rely on them carrying everything I need from before birth through childhood. Great selection on everything. And the best part is that they will take any competitors price and accept the 20% off coupons from Bed Bath and Beyond! And you can can pretty much return things at any point, as long as you have a receipt, theres no deadline for returns.

Great selection! Tons of car seats and strollers to choose from. Very helpful and attentive staff. The associate helped us adjust our current car seat and recommended a car seat for when our 5 month old outgrows it.

I’ve been to this store three times in the last 12 weeks and each visit is worse than the one before.The men that work at this store are beyond unfriendly, borderline rude. Ive never waited less than 25 min to checkout. All checkout lanes remain closed except for the customer service desk. (Would it really kill someone to say hi, how can I help you.... or even “you’re welcome” after helping get an item off the top shelf?)We will not be registering for gifts here.... everything in the store can be bought for way less at Amazon, Target, or Walmart.

After spending thousands of dollars here in the last year, they would not accept a measly $40 return because the item was not in resaleable/new condition. Not the kind of policy you expect from a mega retail chain. Amazing how one bad experience will make you never step foot in a store ever again.

Just spent a few hours here with my wife and parents, and we could not be happier with the experience! Really, most of that is directly attributable to the unbelievably helpful staff member, Thomas, in the stroller section. My wife and I are expecting our first child later this year and decided we should start figuring out what products we want for our baby. We started with the strollers and were lucky enough to come across Thomas who spent an extraordinary amount of time educating us on strollers/ car seats based on our needs but also giving his candid opinions on what the best products/value points to consider, regardless of prices. We literally learned more in the time spent with him than we have in months of talking to friends and family that already have kids! He was incredibly patient and informative walking us through every nuance we didnt even think to ask about. Likely will furnish our entire baby room from buybuyBaby solely based on him!The store itself has a great spread of products and at economy to premium price points. Its clean and well maintained. Go there and ask for Thomas - you will not be disappointed!

Organized much like a Bed Bath & Beyond, buybuy Baby does have a good variety of baby items that you dont always see in other brick-and-mortar stores - like glass and silicone bottles, and cloth diapers.Unfortunately, they dont have a great variety within each category (like only 3-4 options for diaper pails) and are conspicuously missing the lower-cost options. They also are very inconsistent with pricing individual items. I saw at one point 3 boxes of the exact same bottle, but one box was priced $9 another $10, and the third $15, with no tag on the shelf.The staff is also a bit overly helpful. I got asked by at least 6 different sales reps if I needed help.

Clean store, decent flow. No one available to print at registry area (and you cant do it yourself?). Check out line was pretty long when I came in but cleared up as I checked out. Checkout team was helpful and pleasant.

We bought a brand new Maxi Cosi Pria 85. When we opened it at home, it had an old, used, broken, puke stained seat inside the sealed up Maxi Cosi box. Later, we noticed there was a shipping label on the box. Someone sent back their old seat sealed up in a this box and someone stocked it on a shelf without checking the contents. OPEN EVERYTHING AND CHECK YOUR PURCHASES CAREFULLY! When we immediately called customer service, they said they can only help with online orders. So here’s to hoping that people in the store tomorrow believe that we aren’t the thieves so we don’t lose over $200.

Great stuff but bad customer service. Also their 20% coupons can’t be used for anything worth while. Waited over an hour for help today only to find that what the guy told me yesterday was wrong and I’d wasted my time driving here and waiting around.

The store is very clean, but the staff could be a little more visible/present. Most are friendly enough, but you dont see many walking around. I also wasnt crazy about the pressure we got from the photo place even though we didnt go to that area (we were on the other side of the store).

I stopped by to pick up a baby gate, and was in and out in a flash. Erin was a huge help and definitely knows her stuff! She even carried it to the checkout counter for me :)

Do not register here. Worst experience ever! The customer service is non-existent. The staff gives bad, inaccurate information, there is no follow through. They over promise and under deliver. I have never experienced a store where every single interaction is a bad one. My daughter and I spent 3 hours scanning things for her registry, yet after doing everything correctly and giving it back to the registry staff…all the info was lost. All of it. Also, I purchased things on the registry, gave the staff member the registry printout at the time of purchase, asked them if the items were marked as purchased, was assured the items were, yet they werent. Several family members had the same experience at different locations. Terrible. We will close this and go elsewhere. This is supposed to be an exciting time, the indifferent staff and poor management make it frustrating.

This is a very large baby store. It seems just like a babiesrus store. The employees are always around the corner either helping a customer or asking you if they can help you. I found their prices to be a bit high, they have a vast product selection. I give the place a 3 because it is just your average big box retailer, nothing fancy...

Friendly staff, variety of baby products that are perfect for every baby shower. I love the wrapping station... makes the gifting process a bit easier.

Asked a worker to help me get something down to look at it. She looked at me and said rudely “um, I only started here five days ago. I don’t know how.” And turned and walked off! Thanks Buy Buy. I’ll but my things elsewhere.

Large store that was extremely neat and well organized compared to other buybuy babys I have been to.

This is not the best location in the area. The employees are barely helpful and take forever to ask if you need anything. My wife and I created a baby registry at the location and left before we were done because they were so unhelpful. We ended up finishing the registry in Snellville with a much more pleasant experience.

Erin ROCKS! We went many times after their Rock the Registry event May 2016. Then we went on the hunt for a stroller I loved. She helped many times.Stroller: We ended up getting a stroller on clearance that was the Mountain Buggy Cosmopolitan. It broke after 9 months of use and BBB does not do anything with it after it leaves the store so I had to deal with MB themselves. It has been a nightmare lasting 4 months now as their warranty replacment was worse then the one that broke. Still that is not BBBs issue but worth noting so others do not buy them.Carseat: in May 2016 we bought the Recaro Rally Convertable carseat on sale. Love it! Recaro saved my husbands life so why not get them for a carseat. It is heavy but amazing. She was born in Sept and has used it ever since. Highly recommended.
