Everything was well but ran upon a vending machine that sold me a $3 dollar water when I chose the selection for a monster energy drink. Took photos of the stickers on the machine so anyone seeing this can also identify it. Good selections of shops but only trust the vending machines you can see the product in!Update: They did provide a refund for the transaction after calling the number. It takes 2-5 business days for them to refund. Hope this helps others to be cautious.

Busy!!!!!What else to expect a week before Christmas!!There was a traffic jam entering, but once you got through the initial jam, it was smooth sailing.Great selection of stores, the landscaping is beautiful. I especially loved the enormous fireplace! The restrooms were clean and orderly.We found some great prices at Victoria’s Secret.

I miss shopping like everyone used to before the pandemic. This was a great spot. I found all kinds of deals here and most of the staff were pretty nice at all the stores. Good food too.

Clean parking lot, varied retail spots and overall, outside is aesthetically pleasing. The shops have clear, updated COVID guidelines, and semi shaded spots to rest or let kids play. Essential in the summer. There are several indoor service centers with public restrooms, and sanitizer stations.

I love shopping here because its open, every store is easily accessible, and after parking, you can clearly locate your next store just by having a look around which means you could walk to the next shopping adventure. Parking is limited especially on the weekend as you can imagine, so youd be wise to keep your parking spot. I consider myself pretty friendly and I love people interaction and so far each encounter with store associates from Adidas, Nike, Puma, has been really great! I tried Bubble Tea for the first time and it was super tasty and refreshing. I did a little research on what the bubbles were made of and turns out, its tapioca starch. Now, this was disappointing since I thought they were fresh fruit balls Nevertheless, the highlight of my visit was MOD PIZZA! if you havent read my review, quick, go there right now and read it then visit Mod Pizza for yourself. Great place to shop! Not too far and a great selection of stores! Just wish there was more parking available as its always difficult to find a good spot. If Im not mistaking there use to be more parking in the middle but they added more stores.

Really enjoy going here, just make sure to be patient with parking... could take forever to park. Lots of store choices.

I love this place, all my favourite shoe and garment brand outlates are there. They always have some kind of deals. Restaurants are also there for snacking.

Good place to shop. During summer less likely to get shade. It Can be crowded occasionally.

Williams leather is about done here. Only two of the jewelry stores were giving any sort of perception of deals. Otherwise good weather for an outdoor mall. Busy but not an insanity.

Love the variety and of course the discounts. The only issue is parking during holiday season. Shops and walkways not packed yet no parking.

Very good collection. And good price as it should be as an outlet mall. Lacoste, Kate spades, has good collection. Gap collection is good as well. My go to outlet mall.

Love this place. So many great deals on all of our favorite brands like Nike, Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klien, Vans, etc. The list goes on. So many great stores to choose from. It will take you more than 1 day to go through everything and you will almost always find what youre looking for. Stop by and find out for yourself!!

Good place to shop if you can ever get in and find a place to park. This place was very poorly planned. The layout is not good for pedestrians or drivers. They should install little bridges where pedestrians need to walk across the entrances/exits like they have in Las Vegas. I avoid this place as much as I can.

These outlets commands aesthetics and incredible assortment of clothing articles, including other things. Its huge and, unbelievably, despite people damned the pandemic to satisfy some of basic human needs. Well, indubitably, human are social beings. We went to the Vans store, and we were welcomed with excellent customer service.

It seemed like everyone was wearing masks and trying to keep six feet apart. Just about every store had someone going around wiping down surfaces. Got some really good deals. Went Saturday and ended up going back Sunday.

Not bad but mostly clothing, shoes, purses, etc. Could use more non-clothing stores, food choices and maybe a cell phone repair place.

Lots of brand name shops. Sales ongoing at all stores. Friendly customer service in all the shops Ive been in. Food area small and crowds up fast. Parking is tight and fills fast; go early.

I highly recommend to go during the weekday where it not crowded but however if you want a good deal then get in there on the weekend.. I have been there like serval time ... it seem perfect place to go shop there!! It has many stores!!

I have to say I was very disappointed the prices are very high. I stopped in the Ralph Lauren polo shop and for a regular polo pullover shirt I think they wanted 168. Yeah then you get a 30% discount I wasted my time stopped in the Nike outlet store and couldnt find my shoes so didnt buy anything. Then went to gap outlet and I didnt like one thing in there store. And finally lucky brand store. Again I didnt find anything I wanted or liked and honestly I was ready to buy some stuff and I found most of the stores I visited didnt have anything I wanted or they where way to high for a outlet store.who also agrees

Lots of stores and choices for anything you could be looking for and the prices are excellent. This is a great place to shop in Allen TX.

They get all my money at Vans Levis Nike and Adidas..you definitely will find something for you your kids or somebody.. I love carters for kids

This place was huge! Nothing like the outlets by where I live. So many nice stores and for a Friday it wasn’t too crowded or busy. Can’t wait to come here again for some more shopping!

This place is a hit or miss for deals. I would avoid this place on the weekends. I would only go here during the week and early in the morning.The stores here are varied and the offer a wide selection of items. Be prepared to battle long lines if this place is packed. Also, if this place is busy, the parking is a nightmare.During the holiday season, go early or be prepared to wait.

My daughter and I were shopping today. We wanted new leather jackets. We got nice ones at Wilsons leather. Great prices although it sad to be losing Wilsons permanently.

Almost like any outlet malls with discounts on premium goods.But has a lot of walking to do and to find your retail stalls you would like to visit as the mall has many shops but we didn’t find a directory to guide us. We didn’t get to visit all the shops.

Thanks to Allen Premium Outlet Malls, i was towed away on Christmas Eve. I have been shopping at this mall since it first opened, and i will never shop here again. The towing company was hired by the Allen Outlet and is a very poor representation of this company. I have nver been treated so poorly in my life, and to think, right before Chirstmas.I am taking my money to Firewheel. Beware, do not park and shop here!!

Great stores, most stores only allowing a certain amount of people in at a time due to Corona Virus.

This is my most favorite place to shop! I get my steps in on a nice day and snag great deals!

There are a wide variety of stores to shop from, which is a plus if you want to do a lot of walking and shopping, but getting anywhere inside of the mall itself is insane. People are always crashing or fighting for spots, and it can take over an hour to get through the traffic to even start looking for a spot during busier times.With Covid precautions in place now, we were yelled out of a business (Great American Cookie) without any warnings because there was a 3 person max, and we didnt see the 2 small children inside with the 1 adult. Customer service could definitely stand to be improved in some of the shops, but I would say most are much friendlier/more considerate. The limit is not that small at the larger stores either since there is more space - it also doesnt seem that any limit is listed or enforced at larger stores. I imagine its too hard to keep track to do so.Every time I have been in the area since Covid hit, Ive noticed Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory being closed. Not sure if bad timing, or they are staying closed for the indefinite future because of Covid.There is a small playground on the north side of the complex, where there is overflow parking that is being expanded at this time and I believe with additional businesses being built as well.A decent amount of outdoor seating in a variety of settings (eating at a small bistro-style table with fold out chairs near food places versus relaxing with Adirondack styled ones around a firepit, near regular shopping stores, etc.).There are also public restrooms around the complex, which have a decent number of stalls in relation to the size of the complex.

Love to come here again & again. There was quite rush today due to weekend & holiday season. Parking was tough and had park in the paid parking zone ( one time payment of 7 USD, however value for money). All My favorite outlets are here.

Great shopping mall, stores we=e the high cost ones, for name brands like Nike. Area was very clean, it was busy, but lots of reminders about distancing and wear masks. Had Starbucks, yeah, only couple food places. Has a everything is $7.99 store. A $1.00 store for womens makeup and stuff.

Went to the Hanes store. So much on sale from 40 to 60%, plus they accept military discount. A very nice lady tried to resolve my quest with alternative solutions even if it meant redirecting me to another store. Now thats customer service A++

Depends what stores youre going to, the stores I went to were good, if you go Im definitely recommending Wetzels Pretzels its soooo yummy

I’ve been here a few times and would normally give this place a better review but the shops are not adhering to the COVID-19 mandates and thats bothersome. I don’t know why employees feel the need to pull their mask down when they are speaking but it’s annoying. When you have people walking around in your store without one you’re supposed to give them the option of wearing one or leaving and that never happened even though it was pointed out. People are simply money hungry that they no longer care about people’s well being. The traffic here was a nightmare as always. The biggest kerfuffle was with North Face which had a line that wrapped a good ways down blocking entry into other shops and they weren’t enforcing the social distancing rules at all. If these are your customers waiting in line for your product then you are responsible for them.

My wife enjoys coming here but its simply too crowded for my taste. Im not a huge fan of big crowds and if you go on the weekend thats all youre going to see. Also, Im a little biased since I dont like clothes shopping and there arent any book stores.

Always a great place for shopping and whenever my wife wants to shop its only place she wants to go. They so many brands and so far it is nicely designed. Although after the renovation they have upgraded the place because we have visited outlets a gear before. Now they have a lot benches installed after regular interval of distance and restrooms are easy to locate with the help of sign board.Also as compared to last year premium outlet have more options to eat now especially the opening of Starbucks at heart of place is really nice. Earlier they have very few choices.Parking is still a little problem but you will get eventually after sometime and some patience.Overall we always love to shop here and in future we will be.

Convenient and some stores are price savvy but not really a outlet to me but Ill shop there over Towneast and Northpark
