I received the most beautiful roses for my 25th wedding anniversary I have ever received from Holiday Floral. 25 gorgeous full red roses with ferns and a unique variegated green that set off the flowers. Extremely happy. I would definitely recommend this florist.

When you buy a specific arrangement for Mothers Day with a sentimental meaning behind it and what you receive is not the arrangement you ordered and its of a lesser value than you paid. When we called to get this cleared up the owner explained that they were out of stock with the particular vase and since its Mothers Day weekend they cant just call everyone to tell them that they are out of stock. I understand that Mothers Day is very busy but it happens every year so its not a surprise when it gets here, perhaps they should hire more people. The fact that the owner would not make things right and was extremely rude has no place in the world of e-commerce and brick and mortar stores going by the wayside. I will never recommend this floral store to anyone.

Always was pleased with this company!C today and couldnt have been more disappointed in the rude customer service I received!! I was blown away!!! I thought it must be a new employee and I should report her to the boss... I asked of she was new and found out I was speaking to the owner of 17 years. She made me feel like she couldnt care one bit that I was displeased. I hope she finds her joy and feels better in the future. Shes lost her smile and Im looking for a new florist!

I ordered a specific flower arrangement for my wife for mothers day. Paid 100 dollars for the vase( with special meaning) a different vase was filled of a lesser vaule. No call or email. I understand its a busy week for mothers day... But poor customer service for a local flower shop. I had called to explain my situation and the owner was rude and would let me finish talking. The dragon did credit me 30 dollars, but doesnt fix the issues w the vase. The vase was supposed to be the birthstone for our child that we loss.

Ended up going through a 3rd party source. Who wired it to this company. Called to verify and had the worst encounter with the person who answered the phone. Wouldnt let me speak nor ask questions. She told me if I was so worried about my delivery I better not leave til 7pm which is their closing time. Well I work out of town. I hope they deal with this behavior accordingly. For its unacceptable!!! Being a business owner myself, this is truly unacceptable. On a positive note. I spoke to the manager name Diane and she was extremely helpful and courteous. I hope they hire more Dianes for their business. So itll continue to thrive.

Helpful staff: Vicki, the owner, and Diane, the designer. These two are a phenomenal duo. This shop delivers to Hopkins, Allegan, Gobles, and Bloomingdale. They take custom orders for funerals and weddings! Cannot say enough about this shop. Job well done!

I ordered through telefloral and they filled the order through Holiday Floral Shop. I ordered a large spray on a standing easel, for a funeral. I was contacted when they did not have flowers shown in the arrangement. I said no problem with making some color substitutions. I did not get a standing spray on an easel. Not a single rose in the bouquet. It was a much smaller arrangement not even in a decent Vase. THe vase was one of those meant to be in another container or planted. The arrangment was made up of the much cheaper carnations and mums. I am guessing they assumed since I used telefloral that I was out of town and wouldnt see that they did a cheap arrangment in place of the more expensive oe I ordered. Buyer beware

Ordered for a funeral from photo online. They said they would do their best. Not a very delightful person on the phone but she said they were tge only florist around. I dont believe they should charge a $10 delivery when the flowers for the entire funeral were going the the funeral home already. The picture showed 10 roses on one side with a few different lavendar flowers. Not even close. There were only 6 roses in all. I was embarrassed sending this bouquet of flowers.
