Total Wine & More is a great store for wine, hard cider and beer. Dont make the same mistake we did coming from D.C. In Virginia, liquor must be sold from a ABC store. Total Wine DOES NOT have liquor.Once you know that, enjoy browsing aisles after aisles of wine from all around the world and craft beer. Its one of the few places that sells Earthquake Zinfandel, our favorite red wine from California. Total Wine also has a half aisle dedicated to hard cider!The prices arent horrible.

This is by far the largest selection of wine I have ever seen in my entire life. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If they dont have it, they can likely order it for you.

Best place ever to get wine. Not so much that they carry all the wines and some beers but their staff are so welcoming on helping you out finding the items. Very friendly atmosphere.

They are always fully stock with what I need and if your ate a member with them they send you coupons in your email they saves you money.

Usually the people working their are nice wounderful and very helpful. But today I got a rude cashier. He (James) was working at cashier number 4 today unfortunately I went to him to check out. I love the employees their and never had a problem. But if I see him next time I go. Ill not go to his register.

Their online website gives you the aisle and side the wine youre looking for is on. It took me less than 10 minutes to find the Merlot I wanted, which isnt carried in most stores. I often pickup wines while grocery shopping and I havent found a chain yet that carries the H3 brand. They have a rewards program that you can sign up for and FREE wine chillling station, if youre picking up something and going straight to a dinner or gathering. The chilling station takes up to 10 minutes depending on how cold you want it.

Came here for wine since it was Christmas, and glad they have a huge selection of red wines, especially cabernet sauvignon since that is what I typically gift people. They had the wine that was sold out everywhere else and thankful I ordered it for reserve. Great service.

This is not my favorite Total Wine store but its okay in a pinch. The parking lot is difficult to maneuver and drivers get aggressive because its nerve wracking trying to exit at the traffic light close to the store. The selection here is okay, and I recommend using one of the wine apps to check average prices because they can be over priced. I was looking for a particular hard cider as well and the clerk said his contact at the cidery doesnt offer it. I went to Giant Foods in the same shopping center and found it there.

We set up a wine consultation for our small backyard wedding reception, and it couldnt have been more helpful! Even in a time of social distancing where we couldnt actually taste anything, we managed to describe our tastes to the staff member assisting us and this led to a fantastic event, and rave reviews from our close family in attendance.

Total Wine has my business for life. It doesnt matter what location I go to they have stellar customer service and selection. I am a craft beer drinker and a whiskey drinker and the selection will never disappoint. I have been to several locations in different states even and always will go out of my way if I know there is a Total Wine in the vicinity I am in. Good prices too! I have even requested some beer my local store doesnt normally carry and they ordered some in! Cant say enough good things about this company!

Love this location. They always have what I need and more. Requested a while back for them to have Crabbies Ginger Beer at their location because I was honestly surprised they didnt. A month later they had it in stock and continue to do so. They even get bulk packs of cans that I didnt even know cabbies sold! Needless to say I am very happy. Staff is always friendly and efficient as well.

Its an average Total Wine. They used to have a much better beer selection and have since condensed a lot of the foreign and craft brews into smaller sections with less beer stocked. If you are going for wine you will probably find good value low to mid-tier options. The cigar selection is adequate.

Store is clean and seemingly well-stocked.The only negative is the atrocious parking lot / exit when getting on Little River Turnpike. Exit on Duke if you can. Im not faulting Total Wine for that, but if going during rush our or peak grocery shopping weekend hours, be prepared to sit in some traffic.

The usual comprehensive Total Wine selection with very friendly and helpful staff. Special orders dont seem to be possible, which is disappointing if they dont stock an item

Total Wine & More is my go to for everything from cocktails, beer and of coarse wine! I enjoy my visit as I always end up trying something new. The staff is knowledgeable about the various wines with great foods. I love this location as its easy to park and get what I need. Overall, the savings, selection and experience is worth the visit.

Very knowledgeable staff that will help you find a wine that youll like and will fit within your budget. They are not pushy to get you to spend more than you want. They regularly have tastings. They have a large selection of beer, although a limited selection of chilled beer.

This is a really great store! Ben, one of the managers, knew his entire inventory, from top-to-bottom, and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.I highly recommend this store.

Nice organized place and some of the staff is helpful. But the cashier, Joshua, has terrible people skills. He either doesnt speak English or he is mute. He completely ignore me when ask how he is doing and when I said thank you very much. He also moved the band before I picked up my case of wine. Obviously not welcomed there. Will shop for wine somewhere else.

Super under rated place to stop to use the bathroom. Always clean and available. In a pinch any TW location is superior to conventional gas station bathrooms

Great selection of wines and craft beers can be found here...if you are into a nice bottle of Port, or more of a Reisling type of person...maybe craft beers are your thing...this place is definitely for you...additionally the workers here are always busy but if you find one and stop em and ask a question they will always help you out ..never had a problem with customer service. And the people that work here know their wines really well....some of em can even tell you about the wineries them selves as well...really chill spot to grab your libation of choice

All my favorite wines from Italy to Spain to Germany and everything in between.I searched and searched all my local stores for two different but specific wines....no one had them...except...drumroll please! TOTAL WINE!! This place is great. It is clean, well organized. Everything is in its own section & the staff was superb. If you havent been there yet & you like fine wines... get there...you will not be disappointed.most importantly you guys...the prices are reasonable. I love it & most definitely will be back as soon as I am done these six bottles I just bought. toodles.

Total Wine is great. They have so many varietals at reasonable prices, but they also have premium (expensive) labels. Nice beer selection, too. Highly recommended.

What else is there to say their selection is quite mind boggling. I would venture to say if you cant find it there its not going to be available anywhere around town. The staff are always very friendly and I have excellent product knowledge.

It is wine heaven. I stopped by after a late movie. I didnt have much time. Store closes at 10pm. I know the layout of the store so I knew where I was going. If youre looking for hard to find wines youll probably find it there. Its a large store lightly lit with many many choices of grapes. Store is kept clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Long lines are addressed quickly. Cashier know the sales and discounts. I wish the store had better discounts like buy 6 bottles get 5% or 10% off. Many wine related products can be bought. The store is not in Landmark Mall. Its on the other side of 395 in the LA Fitness stripmall but right off 395 exit. Check it out. Is GRAPE!!!!!!

This particular location has a fantastic and wide-ranging selection of wine, beer, and mixers. They give out wine tasting samples on the weekends and you can also hold your own private wine tasting event in a reserved room (highly recommended if you have the chance!).

The store usually has wine tastings for select products and they offer classes on select days. The rewards program they offer can help you save. The prices are very reasonable and competitive. This is one of the best wine/beer stores in the area.

Go to wine store. Coupons can really make it worth your while. Steve and Erwin have been very helpful and are my go-to guys when helping me pick wine. I will not buy wine from anywhere else. I recommend signing up for their rewards program.

A bit on the smaller side from other TW Ive been to. I live in MD so this is the closest to me. They do not sell spirits. Only beer and wine.

This is easily the Best TW&M anywhere in Virginia. Buyers like Vince and Kelly create an individual experience every time you walk in. Only wish VA would consolidate liquor sales like many other States.

Best selection youll find anywhere and the prices cant be beat. I like being able to order online (they even have an app that allows you to scan the barcode somewhere else and add it to your cart) and pick-up at my leisure. They now offer delivery. Or when I feel like exploring, I browse in-store, where knowledgeable staff can make suggestions based on your palette or what youre serving. Ive been steered away from some bad choices.Be sure to snap up seasonal choices quickly. They rotate stock constantly.I do wish they had a wider selection of dessert wines and some of the old favorite domestic beer.
