It was pretty nice place to buy a car. They did what they could to help me. My truck has a recall on it. And I dont have any kind of credit card to get a loaner. The truck that I bought is the only thing for me to drive. But they are working out something for me to have a loaner car to drive until my truck is fixed. How many places goes out of their way to make sure you have something to drive. I will definitely be back. my whole family has always bought their vehicle from Mike over the years.

I bought a 2020 ford fusion in June. I bought my car from Jason Nuckels and he was nothing less than excellent. For the service department at the Alexandria location, i cannot say the same. I has been nothing but a hassle with them. A few weeks ago, my check engine light came on and I was informed that it was not a big deal and I needed to understand that Ford does not make perfect vehicles and it would be over a month before they could look at my car. Today, I took my car for its regular oil change. I usually do “The Works” package like I did today. My car needed an alignment as well. I paid my $132 dollars and left. After I left, I looked over the “check up” paper you’re given. Everything was marked green. I went to that service appointment knowing my front left turn signal was out. I noticed that on the sheet “Front Lighting” was marked green. I found that odd considering I have a turn signal out. I called to make sure that turn signals were covered in that category; they are. If I can’t trust ford to check something as simple as a turn signal how can I trust them with bigger things? When they seen a young female they automatically dismiss you and assume you have no idea what you’re talking about. After this, I will not be taking my car to Mike Castrucci Ford of Alexandria again for any service.

Took awhile to get what I wanted but it was due to the manager being busy. My salesperson Daivd Robinson was so polite and apologetic over is waiting so long.

I drove 1h30 to this dealership and I was not disappointed. I purchased a used F150. The vehicle was better than advertised, the price was below the average. They made the entire process easy and simple. No pressure, laid back they let you try vehicles as much as you want. It was relaxed not the typical dealer games. No extra or additional fees, no processing fees, no gimics, etc. This is the best dealership Ive ever been to. A great experience. If youre looking for a vehicle this is the place to go. I love my car. I dont like the service department at the Alexandria store. They never checked the tire issue even though they said they did, or they would have noticed they needed air. They assume women dont know anything about cars and blow you off.

I drove 300 miles to test drive a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium 4WD. My experience at Mike Castrucci was very pleasant. My communication before hand was with Tina. However the day I could make the drive she was off that day. Not a problem, she referred me to Roger and he communicated with me and made it happen after our test drive. They noticed another issue during the inspection and it was all fixed at the same time. Times given for completion were beat and the vehicle was done sooner, cant always expect that but it was great.Wouldnt use a different Ford dealer in the tristate.

Over the past few years, we’ve been extremely disappointed with this Ford dealership when it comes to Service. They’ve overpriced us and have taken an absurd amount of time for repairs. They never call us back after making false promises. Do not go there for service needs. Take the extra drive and go to Airport Ford.

Sooo, I went shopping for a used SUV during a pandemic. Which is a super bad idea! I went to multiple lots with pathetic customer service and no ambition for their job. Then I met Andrew in the used car section showed me every suv available in my price range. Good and bad. He left me contact information to make the process easier. This is only 4 stars because I feel like “the boss” could of gave me a better deal since I was paying cash. But besides that excellent service on Andrews end. Definitely see Andrew if you want good customer service.

What a great truck buying experience with Mike Castrucci. After several miserable visits to other dealerships, Mile Castrucci was a refreshingly different. We will definitely use them for our next purchase. It is well worth the drive to Alexandria.

So I get a letter in the mail stating that mike castrucci is offering black book value for your trade. They are also running a sale with 84 months 0%. So I sent a text to the number to get a value for our trade just like the paper says. It comes back with a really great number so I decided to make an appointment. We arrive and text drive the vehicle we were interested in. Set down to discuss and come to find out they are not offering the value that I was quoted or is the sale price good with 0%.I went back and re read the sale ad. Maybe I missed something. Nope I read it correctly.So how do you expect to run an upstanding business when you are lying to your customers right out of the gate.

ROGER LYONS IS THE BEST!!!!! Roger worked with me for days to get me my new SUV. He made sure I could reach him and he was available day or night, even after hours. He checked in with me to make sure I had everything I needed several times without being pushy at all. I drove a long way to look at and pick up my SUV so he made sure everything was in order and done ahead of time so I wouldnt have to wait. Scheduled first oil change and tire rotation. They had me in and out in record time.

Worst service experience I have ever had from a car repair shop. Was lied to about service interval on transmission. They claimed ford recommended 30,000 and after looking at the manual for the truck it is 150,000 miles. After bringing this to their attention they back peddled and claimed that’s what he recommended. Also other issue I had was claimed to be not be causing an issues but is still not working. I brought this to a service reps attention and was lied to again. Do not use.

I tried taking in my used 2019 Ford Fusion Titanium after the EPAS suddenly went out. They wanted to charge me $2,864 to fix it, and they couldnt even tell me why it quit in the first place. I just purchased this car 2 weeks ago, and Ford seems to refuse to address problems with their EPAS system. They are the only ones who can fix it, and they are the only ones with access to the parts required. If you want safety guaranteed, I would suggest Toyota or Honda instead.

Was surprised how quick and easy the sale went on my new car. My salesman did a very good job of helping us and getting us familiar with our vehicle. The reason I cannot do 5 stars is because it seemed that they only had 1 vehicle that was at that price point. And the ad didn’t say that it had scratches (which they are fixing) and that it had 3000+ miles on it.

They have whatever you need at a reasonable price.

Good customer service begins with the service adviser and Christina was great! She is very professional, yet personable and friendly. She assured me from the very beginning that everything would be taken care of and she personally made sure that happened.The short block had to be replaced in my 2018 Fusion and thankfully it was under warranty. The service team took good care of me, by putting me in a loaner car, etc. A couple of months later, I had to take it back in due to an oil leak at the crankshaft seal. The problem was taken care of, no questions asked.Although I was very pleased with the service from Castrucci Ford, I am disappointed in the Ford brand. The short block had to be replaced in my 2018 Fusion, with less than 25,000 miles.

I got a great price on a car and they actually gave me way more than I thought they would on my trade in.

I bought a new F-150 and Explorer from them at the same time in 2017. The deal had been worked out before we got there. Once there they tried to take $3,000 off my 11 F-150 trade because there were a few pencil eraser sized nicks in the paint on the front bumper. Told them, lucky they had a shop where they could fix that for probably $100. They wouldn’t budge so went to leave and magically they could make good on the deal we had made in the beginning. I know they are in business to make money, but it’s wrong the way they deal with people.Now, that 17 Explorer I bought from them is leaking oil and coolant. Called to have them work on it and after finding out it is under the power train their schedule is full for over a month. I proceeded to ask if there was anyway they could get me in because we can’t keep driving it with these issues and that we had bought the vehicle from them. Their answer is still No.I was on the fence about going back if I ever needed to buy a vehicle, but you can bet I never will ever again. I called Haag Ford, who I have never bought a vehicle from before, and they could see me in two days. Guess where I will be buying my new vehicles in the future?

Not a good visit today. Had my car in for service. Appointment was Monday @ 9am. When I called them that afternoon, they hadnt even looked at it yet. They called my husband Tuesday afternoon to say they couldnt duplicate the problem. Get dropped off to pick up my car and they couldnt find my key. Then, after finally locating my key, they cant find my car. Seriously! Going to drive two counties away from now on and go to Airport Ford for service!!!!

GREAT customer service! I called and set an appointment for Saturday at 1pm. They got me in and out in no time. I couldnt have done my own oil change for what they charged. Definitely worth the extra drive to get it done. If your looking at Airport Ford, they are rude and want 4 hrs for an oil change. Castrucci was done in less than an hour. Strongly recommend them for your service needs! They even did a preventive maintenance check for no extra charge and was honest about up and coming maintenance. This is how a service department should operate!

Went into purchase a 2020 Ford Explorer clearly listed on their website. Found out that they were using it as a loaner vehicle and tried to get me to buy a different one I didn’t want. Also lowballed the two trades I had by a combined $6k. Walked out and went to Fuller Ford in Cincinnati and they sold me the Explorer I wanted at the price advertised and gave me that missing $6k that Castrucci wouldn’t. Fuller Ford earned my business and Castrucci lost my business for life. Too bad, I’m in the market for a 2020 Ford Escape later this year. Go to Fuller Ford where they will appreciate your business and stay away from the bait and switch of this place.

Awesome service and care!

I have purchased 4 trucks as well as mustang and other vehicles over the years. My F350 required some recall work and preventative maintenance filter changes. I was provided a loaner car as the work took two days to complete. After picking my vehicle up I later discovered sealant all over my backseat and floor mats. Further examination founded it to be smeared across the front two seats as well as the door panels. Furious to have my $65k vehicle care not given a damn about I cleaned the mess and vented on the Ford survey. Recently (few weeks afterward) I was contacted by service manager offering to make it right by detailing my vehicle. I declined the offer. I furthermore will not be taking my vehicle back to that dealership for any service. When the customer’s vehicle is negotiated why chance a second time. Hopefully the service department conducts some training to The Who don’t care about what they are working on. Yes I am a Ford stock holder

Castrucci Ford Service in Alexandria is absolutely the very worse service I have experienced in over 44 years! Having to wait literally hours for a 10 minute fix, lack of a call back after ordering a part, put on phone holds and passed around numerous times, and given a shoulder shrug from the head of service when trying to calmly communicate my frustrations and then still not getting it right. I went to the Dealer in Montgomery and was so refreshed with the best Professional Care quickly. Dont waste your time with Castrucci Ford in Alexandria, its a waste of Farm Land!

The Sales Team is not Trustworthy. They gave me much lower numbers in conversation, to get the ok to pull my credit, I filled out the applications and they applied for a much higher amount.I was approved but that’s not the point. It is a deceptive practice.
