The staff are all super friendly and helpful, and knowledgable about the products. They have a wide variety of foods and supplies and its always clean and pleasant, and the animals that live in there are cute too!!

This is a great locally owned pet store! They have a nice variety of healthy, nutrition focused foods. The owner is very knowledgeable about pet nutrition and happy to help! I highly recommend stopping in if you are looking for advice on what will work well for improving your pets diet!

If youre shopping for pet supplies in the Alexandria area Eddies is really the only place to consider. The staff is fantastic. Theyre helpful, friendly & outgoing. If you truly care about your pet youll be in love with the numerous top quality brands of food & treats, none of that cheap, low quality garbage found at department stores.

Great people work there! Very knowledgeable! Very friendly! Have everything from cat & dog supplies to ferrets and reptiles too! And if they dont have something in stick they will order it in for you!

They are always friendly when we go in there and always willing to help and answer any questions we have about stuff and the owner will always go out of her way to try and help and figure out things we love going there and the dogs love being there when they do nail trims

Nothing I can say will explain The amazing service I received every time I walk in. Theyre always super helpful, very sweet and answer any questions I have. They dont push their products like some pet stores do but they will suggest and recommend. This should be the only pet store

This is the only pet store to go to in West Central Minnesota. The staff are animal lovers that are very knowledgeable about anything you can ask. They also have the best products on the market that will make your experience with your pet better.Ive shopped here since they opened years ago, but am just now getting around to adding this review because I love this place so much.

Its all natural flavors for our pets you have to see it for yourself I buy treats for my dogs and I trust her .

The employee was very helpful with what I was looking for. They were the only ones in alexandria that sold fake grass pad. For being a small pet store they had a lot of items to choose from. Then I showed the employee how long my puppy nails were and she offered to clip the nails and show me how it was done. Very very very helpful

I love this place! The people are so nice and know their stuff. Their animals look great and their products are good. I go there every other week for gecko food and wouldnt go anywhere else.

If you have any questions regarding animals, ask the folks here - and if they cant help, they point you in the right direction!As a super cool bonus, there are usually small friendly pets (usually a dog but Ive seen a cat too) allowed to roam the store and help you shop. On occasion, Ive seen a snake (in her enclosure, to be clear) and I got a see a bearded Dragon once as well!

Tried to make a quick stop for a chew to keep our puppy preoccupied in the vehicle but the employee (owner?) and a customer were too busy chatting about a recent vacation and eyelashes. Didnt have time to wait. Seems like they have a good selection of products but customer service could use some improvement.
