Very rude salesman. I visited in person and any question I asked it seemed like I was bothering them. He just kept telling me over and over how they cant get any appliances right now (I understand COVID has really backed up the supply chain, and thats why Im shopping early). Instead of saying well do our best and help you find something, it was just who knows, maybe we will, maybe we wont. I like to support local, but it wont be this place.

Salesman was pleasant enough and product was delivered without issue. The issue comes from the service side. Don’t expect anything to move quickly or for them to communicate at all. I have a cooktop needing a new igniter and it has been over a month and a half and it’s still not taken care. Several voicemails and calls to the store got me nowhere. I’ve had one phone call to confirm repair date and that’s only after I called the owner and went off. This is being repaired at one of my rental homes and I gave them the renters info to call and confirm date and time and now the day for the repair is here I get a call from my tenant stating he hasn’t heard from them at all. Not sure where the issue lies but it seems to me they just don’t care after the sale. Won’t recommend

Just disappointing. They dont do what they said plainly they would do. And never said why. Just tucked their head and hoped it would go away I guess. Except the issue with us (the customer) doesnt go away). Disappointed in the behavior most of all. Equipment was fine. The sales and delivery experience was single star, if that.

I never make reviews but the customer service I have received here has been so unbelievable in a terrible way that I must! Where do I start.....The first time we went in to pick out appliances for an entire home we met with Jesse. He never got back to us with an email or quote. We went in a second time and Doug helped us. He sent us spec sheets. We were several months off until we were at that point on renovations. We said thank you. Several months later I go to order my items and he says “we already have what you wanted here”. I was shocked. I had not ordered the items or paid for them just gotten information and pricing and had decided I wanted different items. He tried to force me to take them even though I had not ordered them. My husband had to finally call him and take care of the issue unfortunately. We then began ordering the correct items...... Finally when our range and all of the 14k in appliances arrived the range oven didn’t work. It didn’t work on the day they installed it. I called the next morning and no one would answer the phone. Therefore I got in my car and drove there thinking they must be too busy to answer the phone. Absolutely not one customer was in the store. I explained to Doug that the oven on my range didn’t work. He said “that’s funny and took a few notes and said I’ll have to get back to you”.... not an I’m sorry, we will get someone out to look at it, we will get you a new one...nothing except that’s funny. Monday comes and they tell us they won’t order us a new one. The one we ordered never worked. They then tried to have someone come look at it. He couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Then they tried to make us take the floor model. We paid for a brand new range. We were getting nowhere so we said ok, but it can’t be damaged and must work. They show up. The range is scratched and low and behold I walk into my kitchen and they are messing around with my brand new warming drawer. I said is something wrong with that...they said no...John the owner said we accidentally brought you the wrong one....you were suppose to get the floor model warming drawer. I had purchased the floor model and thought that’s what was installed. No they had installed a brand new one accidentally and tried to sneak swapping it out. You’d think at this point that the owner would be completely embarrassed of his behavior. We call and inquire about what’s going on. He says you were suppose to get the floor model so we are taking the new one back. Then we had to fight with him to get him to order us a new range. We still don’t know if a new working range will show up. So now I have brand new range back in my kitchen with only one operating oven when two should be working. Absolutely appalled! Ordering your appliances online would be easier than dealing with these fools!

Doug Barringer is great! Outstanding customer service from sales to install! Questions answered, demonstration on use, all packing completely cleaned up and taken away. I highly recommend them. Competitive pricing, too!

We were in the market for a new refrigerator and was trying the lowes and home depot route. It was the columbus day sale and both places had good prices comparing them to each other. After walking around for around 30 mins, we finally hit the we need help button at lowes. We found out they didnt have the one we wanted and it would be 4-5 weeks. We were referred to Quinn Appliance in Midland Plaza. We showed up at 5:50pm and they closed at 6. My wife handed John a list of refrigerators we were looking at. He honestly answered the prices lowes and home depot had were better than he could get. I then asked him what he could do for the brands they carried. He smiled and said i can probably beat thwm all, AND HE DID!! We got a unit that was priced at 1400 at lowes and home depot for 1300 which included the service plan, installation, and hauling away our old one! We were exstatic!!! Upon delivery, the guys came in and were friendly, EARLY, and absolutely amazing about setting up. They even purged the water system, gave me some tips on how to use, and who to call if we had an issue. With service like this, I will be a long time customer!

From getting quotes to getting installation they made the process so easy. While I was not in the market for Kitchen appliances, but a new Clothes washer which they do carry those as well. I started off looking around, and Soon Steve Hartwell who showed me their different models of Washer that fell within my criteria. He gave me a full quote taxes, and all for it rather than a guesstimate. Their price beat out the other major appliance sellers in the area such as sears, Home depot, or Lowes by a long shot. Their install price even being more expensive included all the hardware for the washer Braided stainless steel hoses, and removal disposal of the old one. They worked with my schedule for the install rather than me having to request a day off at work for it to get installed, and The Installer Charlie Kemp was Great. He showed up on time, Was pleasent to me, and was very detail oriented on the install ensuring the washer was perfectly level. Even when it was close enough he still made minor adjustments to get it perfect. He explained the features on my washer, and explained the basic maintenance cycle that was a feature on the washer. I was treated great, and with respect even for such a meager purchase of one of their cheaper Washing machines. Me, and the wife decided if we were to ever move to a new house we know where we are going for our appliances. Thanks everyone at Quinns for such a great Job.

The people are very nice and professional the only reason I gave it 4 stars is I had to pull all the info out of my sales person instead of him offering it to me, like the added insurance protection plan.

Poor service. Salesman would not give us spec sheets on products. Was told that the customers use the salesmans experience and there was no need for spec sheets. Then he handed us off to another salesman who promised an email quote that we never received. Normally I dont review places that I visit but the arrogance of the salesman I could not ignore. They lost a whole kitchen worth of sales since we are building a new home. If I could give them 0 stars I would
