Great experience using the self-service wash. I have a grumpy old big boy. The staff was so very helpful, the tubs lower down so my old guy could walk right into the tub and then I elevated the tub so it was easy for me to wash him. The brushes, shampoos, conditioners everything you need is right there. They even have the blow dryer. And at an incredibly reasonable price! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Wonderful spot to take your pup for a self service bath ! They provide everything needed including a couple different shampoos/conditioners, brushes and towels. Ive taken my 135 lb Great Dane over for several baths; she fits nicely in the tub! Best of all the customer service is always great; we certainly appreciate that ! We will be back soon.

Their willingness to be a continued support to their community throughout the COVID-19 adaptations we have had to make have been courteous and compassionate. This place has a nice DIY dog shower set up and includes everything you need. The tub is nice and big and the high of the tub can be adjusted with the touch of a button. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Great place!

The first time I went in, it was for the dog wash, and ever since then I really just never wanted to go anywhere else. I actually talked to a friend and she said the same thing! The owner and staff are sincerely friendly and helpful, and theres always a pleasant vibe. They have a great selection, and you can special order things as well. They have a rewards program where you can get a free bag a pet food after you buy a certain number of same size/brand bags. The dog wash setup is really nice, I highly recommend that as well.

Had a wonderful experience at Simply Diergos. Took my little ones to the self service wash for the first time. They provide 2 towels. The tubs will rise as not to put stress on your pack. They provide the the shampoo and conditioner. My only concern is my little one is 10 lbs and the blow dryer blows cold air. Next time I will just towel dry her. The cleaning stations are well maintained. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of high quality food. Great local business that everyone that has a pet should support.

The best pet supply store in the 505. Family owned and great prices on high quality pet food. The do it yourself dog wash is awesome. They also sponsor the treats for Bar Uno, the most dog friendly bar in downtown Albuquerque. After all, it is named after one of the owners one eyed English Bulldog -- Uno!!

I bring my dog here often for the DIY dog wash. The staff is great and the prices are really good. I love their raw treat bar and usually let my boy pick one on the way out.

Staff are super nice and friendly, both to us and our dog. Their products are high-end and good quality. We went in for a no-pull harness for our very energetic and athletic dog, and they went above and beyond to help us out. They even adjusted and fitted the harness, even though our pup was less than happy about it and squirming around a lot.Highly recommend! So much better experience here than at the big name pet stores.

Everyone is very kind and helpful. It is clear that they are proud of what they do and they enjoy their job. They carry many different kinds of food, which is great for my very picky dog. The dog wash has lowering/lifting stalls which absolutely make washing less painful for me and pup. I always enjoy visiting this business.

We love this place. Diego is a good boy and all of the staff is made up of good boys and good girls.I have eaten dog food before, but not from Simply Diegos, so its not fair for me to comment on the taste of anything they offer here.

Ive been wanting to visit for some time now because this place is reviewed so well. I visited for my first time today.The customer service lives up to the hype. I came to donate some dog food that my dogs had become allergic to and spoke with the owner at some length. Very nice man and super informative.Only negative is the store is at a angle so you cant really see it from one side of the parking lot, even looks like it might have gone out of business because the business next-door was vacant.I recommend these folks and go get some questions answered!

The employees and owner are so nice! They have an excellent selection of dog and cat food, toys, and treats. The diy dog wash is also really cool, particularly because the baths raise for more comfort as you wash your dog.

I guess they changed the name! Anyway, I love this store because the owner (local) is kind and generous. They have super good quality food so I am never worried about fillers. There are also frequent discounts and deals. The only bummer is that I have to get my cat litter elsewhere since they do not sell it here.

It’s not everyday that you are able to stop somewhere in Albuquerque and get PHENOMENAL customer service!!They were so helpful provided me with so many useful tips for me and my fur babies. I live far from this pet store but I am more then willing to make the drive to come back.They even helped me put the stuff in my car. I have never experienced such great customer service anywhere in Albuquerque and not only that they have a great selection on products. Definitely the best pet store in Albuquerque! Wonderful and high tech dog washing tub with ramp and can lower and raise with buttons, adjustable hair dryer and they provide the apron and shampoo! They also sell top grade products from toys to food to supplies! The staff are so friendly and have such a vast knowledge of pets and the products they sell. Plus they have the cutest employee, Diego! Hes the resident pup that hangs out during the day, such a good boy! Absolutely love this place!

This is my go to pet store in town. The staff is extremely friendly. They have great dog showers in the back that I utilize a few times a year as its so much easier than trying to wash a dog in the bathtube.

We had an amazing experience. We have a giant English mastiff, and were able to bathe him there very easily. They supplied brushes, shampoos conditioners – everything we needed to make the experience easy. It is a great way to bond with your dog, have a few laughs, and in the end you leave with a clean dog.

First visit was great. My son and I brought in our Aussie mutt and used the DIY Dog wash. Really great service. The owners made sure we knew how to use the washer and what might be more comfortable for our dog. I also bought a new cat food for my senior cat with a skin allergy. Again, they were informative and sincere about getting us the best choice for our cat. I love to support local business especially when you are buying from people who care about what they do. I recommend this place.

Everyone working at this store genuinely cares about pets. Anytime I come by, they are always happy helping people and offering advice or knowledge. I recently brought in a rescued dog and she and I were very new and nervous about using the DIY dog wash service. Josette was very kind and helpful explaining how it all works. She ended up helping this rescued dog find a foster and much much more. Her and this store are truly a blessing in Albuquerque. I am now a regular at this store and my dogs also love coming in which is rare for them to feel comfortable in a business that also means bath time. Love this petstore. I go out of my way to make a stop here on my bi-weekly trip to Albuquerque. The owners are exceptionally nice, and helpful for any issues you may have.There is very high quality food here, for a variety of price ranges. The owners will work with you and your budget, totally cool and guilt free with how they meet your needs.Theres a dog washing station here as well, and a great range of high quality treats. I completely recommend!

Amazing service! So helpful and knowledgeable on what food to choose. My dog was having horrible skin sensitivity and the right food made all the difference for her. The gentleman working asked great questions and a recommendation. Without his help I would have been taking a shot in the dark! I will also say even though the bag is smaller and it seems to be more expensive it’s not after adjusting portions for more nutrient dense food.

We had two dogs that got skunk the night before Christmas Eve. We came in here to bath them and the place and staff were wonderful. The facilities were top notch (better than anything I’ve seen in denver) and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I wish we lived closer so we could frequent more often.

Roberto and his staff are loving and friendly. When one of my dogs needed a special/gentle food he was happy to order in for us so we didnt have to travel so far out of our way. When we were planning on getting off the special diet he recommended a food that had the same ingredients our previous food had but in kibble form, for which I will forever be appreciative. They are kind, local and have all the knowledge they need to run their business. They also have an amazing DIY dog wash. My go to place for as long as they are there!

I was visiting Albuquerque on a road trip from the Great Lakes and ran out of premium food for my dog. Local big box pet store didnt carry it. This shop is a gem - the owner Roberto is so personable and helpful - and had the Zignature in stock. I happened to be there while he was celebrating the anniversary of the store - a weekend in November 2018 - I received a complimentary anniversary gift of quality treats for my doggo - very kind and much appreciated - thank you again. Highly recommend Wild pet Food Plus for locals and travelers.
