While visiting the Albany area from Vermont we stopped into Frank Adams Jewelers. The store’s atmosphere is inviting, and it takes a moment for your eyes to take it all in. Ive gone to Frank Adams for years for the simple need to replace watch batteries. But a month ago my beloved Seiko watch stopped working, so I took it to FA for a diagnosis. They were able to replace the entire inner workings, and even after a blip, got it calibrated back to normal. They totally understood that this was not an originally hyper-expensive watch... it was the watch my partner gave me in 1988 when I completed my PhD, and nothing meant more to me than keeping it running. Anyway... They were helpful, in the moment, classy, and kind. I would recommend them to anyone with repairs, and their staff are kind and interested. We would refer anyone to them for any repairs or purchases.

Kim and her staff are great. I have purchased most of my jewelry there for years and they are always helpful and professional. Plus they help me pick out things for my girlfriend and get it right everytime!! That’s not easy to do!

I went to Frank Adams Jewelers to have my Rolex repaired. I had purchased my Rolex from Tim Ryan at Frank Adams Jewelers. Tim has been my jeweler since 2009, when I lived in New Jersey. I have taken all my jewelry to Frank Adams Jewelers for repairs when needed. Tim Ryan knows my Rolex history and talked with me about the possibility of purchasing a new Rolex. I agreed and now have a new Rolex. Tim Ryan is the man I see and trust for all my jewelry needs.

I came to Frank Adams because they are the only Rolex Authorized Dealer and Repair Center in the area. I have a vintage Rolex from 71 that I bought overseas while I was in the Navy that needed repair. As it turned out, the watch needed to be sent out which FA handled without a problem. I recieved a reasonable estimate and okd the repair. I had brought a 71 Seiko Bell-Matic as well but this old watch could only be repaired by Seiko themselves so Marcel had all the information typed out and enclosed my watch in a mailing case and wished me luck. The people at Frank Adams Jewelers could not have been more helpful. They were great.

Frank Adam’s Jewelers is an establishment I have been buying Rolex and Tudor watches from since 1979. I purchased my first Rolex, an Explorer ll model 1655 the year after I graduated from college. Dave Adams was the consummate professional who helped a young man buy his first fine timepiece. Over the years I have bought at least 5 Rolex’s, 3 Tudors and most recently my friends from Europe purchased a woman’s Datejust they were having trouble getting. I have also used Frank Adams for Rolex service and to purchase straps and watch accessories. I guess after 40 years, I keep going back because Dave’s values and customer service has been handed down to family and key employees who have been with Frank Adams for years.

I can not express how incredible this establishment is. I worked with four different people altogether, and all of them were incredibly respectful and really helped me get excited about the engagement ring that I bought. They ordered a number of diamonds for me to take a look at, all of which were well within my budget and were beautiful. They told me that it normally takes four to six weeks for it to be built and I asked them if it could be done in three and they were super accommodating. The fact that this is a family-owned establishment is just another bonus for me. I would recommend Frank Adams to anyone and everyone!
