It was a Saturday Night my 2016 f150 truck started to make a horrible noise, and leaking some type of fluid from the front. It looked like water with a little oil and radiator fluid. The dreadful water pump went out, I was able to top it off with water long enough to get it to ford town of Albany. I was working all weekend so I dropped it off Sunday morning when I got off work. Although they are closed on Sunday when business opened on Monday, they did not dissapoint, they communicated the entire time, found where the problem was, did all of the warranty paperwork for me, and had me ready to roll Monday around lunch. Not to mention six recalls or upgrades were fixed while truck was there without me even asking.Gerald Saliba was a huge help as well as the girls up front. I was greatly impressed with the entire process and how the shop is managed. If you have an issue with your Car or Truck, I highly suggest Ford Town Albany, absolutely class act results and pleasure dealing with. Thank yall for putting customers first, I thought I would be stranded for the Christmas holidays but because of your execution and drive im back on the road.

Customer service in the service department seemed very uneager to help. I was needing to get my speedometer calibrated after getting new tires and they indicated they could not do the job.After speaking with a local modification shop, they mentioned my dealership should be able to do the calibration without having to purchase a programmer myself and I should contact another dealership because any dealer should be able to handle that job.

Got my van from them. Was told the owner of ford also owned the warranty company as well and if anything wasnt covered under my warranty that his would take care of it. Had to take the van in for service 4 or 5 times at least with only 1 of those times being covered. Definitely feel like I was lied to so I would purchase the warranty. If I fix everything thats not covered it will cost more than the warranty in the first place. Ill be selling this van asap and having eat some $ Do not purchased their extended warranty no matter what they say...Transmission. front and back ac, blinker and brake lights. Interior dome lights flashing, tire pressure sensor monitor. They only fixed the transmission and out some aftermarket one in there. Was gonna charge me $2000 extra for a Ford one

Everything went well, not a long wait. Made an appointment for service went it got helped immediately. Had my brakes and rotors replaced. Everything was great, I just didnt expect my bill to be so high, of course I didnt get an accurate quote over the phone, but I overall I was satisfied with the service and would return again. Bought my truck at the end of July. They said they would put a towing hitch on the truck. It is even in the contract. Have been told several times by phone, that it would be checked on and that they would call me back. It is now the middle of October and the same results. Update, Brian from Ford Town got with it and now my truck is there getting the hitch put on. Thanks for all you guys do.

My sister and I were driving from Missisippi to Hilton Head. We had gotten lost several times and were exhausted. Then my check engine light came on. A young man at Ford in Sylvester called the Ford Dealer in Albany 30 miles away, because it still had people there. We rented a car, and left my white Mercury. We were treated great, especially by Gwinton (sp?). The car was fixed and ran great. I definitely would recommend this company! Linda Smith

Brought my truck in for oil change tire rotation and multiple recalls had to leave the truck over night for parts for one of the recalls. came to pick up the truck and pack for out of town trip, once home i realize the tires did not get rotated so i drive there on monday to confirm the service i paid for was not done so i was told they would jump on it and make it right. a few hours later the truck was done looked at the truck and saw once again it was not done properly so i had to cancel my plans and trip and have the truck there at 730 to find out now they are sending my truck to another shop to get the tire rotation completed. this is the most ridiculous experience i’ve been through almost comical at this point. this dealership is usually pretty good but this 4 day experience may be my last one here the flow of communication is horrible Brian Scarbrough

I went in for 1 recall & they informed me that there were 4!!! Shocked at first but left satisfied!!! 2 of the 4 recalls were taken care of, cant wait to see you guys on the next 2!!! I asked the guy, Bud, to put air in my spare time when I first got there for an oil change. Told him that the sensor light was on because of it. I drive a Toyota Highlander. When he brings it back around to me he tells me he doesn’t know why the light is still on and that he called Toyota and they told him that the spare tire doesn’t have a sensor on it. I have been driving this truck for 7 years so I know that it does. Why did he have to lie when they checked the pressure in the other 4 tires. So now I have to go all the way to the Toyota place for them to put air in the tire and the light goes off. The exact thing the guy at Ford Town could have done. He didn’t have to take the tire off, just go under the truck and put air in it. They was already under it to change the oil. So disappointing to be lied to for something so simple to do. Which on top of it all, it’s one of the check points on their paperwork, which wasn’t checked on my paperwork because he didn’t do it.Thanks Mr. Oates for going ahead and load my paperwork into the system because, Bud was taking so long to bring the truck back around.

I cant complain! Robert gave us great great service! Filled out one of their credit cards for 12-month financing. Which made it much easier to pay the bill over a period of time, 0% interest. Then it is to come up with one lump sum!

The place overall is a great place. Every time I went, I’ve had excellent experiences, but this by far was the worst experience. I had to take a my car in to get a new tire due to malfunctioning of the Pirelli tire that was already on the car. The complete tire malfunction & came completely off the rim of the car. I still ended up paying for over half the price of the tires which are not cheap. I called & asked if there was any way to get the compensation to at least half, & never got a call back. I’m the process, the dealership lost the keys to my vehicle & ended up giving me a vehicle which only had right below a quarter tank of gas in it. I was told they would have to order a key & program another one. Due to my work schedule, I wasn’t able to return until 3 days later because of how far I live away. They called numerous of times, & said they would even come get the car just because I couldn’t get off work to bring the vehicle so I took off to bring the vehicle & told them to do an oil change & car wash as well. This dealership gives you a free car wash with a 5 star google review. So I did the review & somebody within the dealership replied, but they told me it wasn’t showing up in the system, & I told them I did my part, now I’m looking forward to my car wash. Only reason I even did the 5 star review was for the wash. They told me they would take care of it. When I got there, which was hours later after being notified I was bring the vehicle back, my car wasn’t washed. I had to wait on a car wash & the wash wasn’t even that good. I also wasn’t offered any considering the dealership’s lack of responsibility. The employee that I was dealing with was a guy by the name of Mr. Eddie. Although a great company, very poor service this day.

We bought our car here and have had all the service done to our car here . Gary was really good with helping us get our recalls done and keeping us informed of what was happening. We will definitely continue to use Sunbelt Ford and will come there first when looking to get a new vehicle.

Me experience with Ford has been great. The owner will take time to work with you. Derrick is one of the greatest salesmen. He treats you with respect and works with you until the process is completed. Robert in the service department is great. As s matter of fact everyone is so polite and eager to serve you. I was in town visiting family. My battery went dead. I pulled into the dealership at 8:15. After service department took my information and I was told they would get someone on it right away. 25 minutes later I was handed my keys and was told I am ready to go. I have never had better service. I was fully prepared to wait for hours as that is how it is at my dealership. Again, I cant praise the service department enough. Thank you Ford Town of Albany

I have purchased several vehicles from this dealer. The sales person, Mr. Hub, Hubbard is top notch. A very pleasant person to work with and will try to please. None better.The service department is 180 out from the sales department. Never know what the out come will be. Damaged my Lincoln more than I have ever damaged a vehicle and this is from just having my oil changed to installing new battery and tires. I recommend this dealer as a place to purchase a new car from Hub, and then go far far away to another Ford dealer for any service or repair work.5 stars for Salesman and 0 stars for the Ford Quick Lane Service Department.

Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Bought a 2012 F150 that supposedly went through a 115 point inspection before being put on the lot. I didnt have it a week and it began having problems, first the wiper control, the I started getting check engine lights. It was in the shop for 17 days out of the first 3 weeks. It had all kinds of emission problems which should have been found on their inspection (if it really got one). I missed time off work running back and forth trying to get my truck fixed. Not to mention that several days I went by and the vehicle was setting outside in the same spot, not being worked on. I believe the tech who checked the vehicle in the beginning reset the codes so it would pass the inspection, cant prove, but just saying.
