Says online and on the paper on the door you guys are open 10-6pm on Saturday and it is 11:16 and your lights are off and doors locked but no sign saying you’ll be back or you are closed for a short time. I now have to drive to Corvallis to go to their store.

I dye my hair way to frequently but I can always find the color I’m looking for from the wonderful employees! My hair always turns out great and they never recommend the stuff that’s bad for my hair!

I have been waiting for a product from this company for over a month. The employees keep saying oh Ill just get some from the Corvallis store when I work there awesome! Sweet! I can finally have the conditioner thats the only one o can use! Do I know whether or not they got it? No. Do they brother to call me? No. Do they bother to answer the phone when I call!? No. I work in customer service. This is horrible customer service.

I took advice from the manager twice and both times my hair ended up in such a mess that I ended up paying a lot of money to a real hairdresser to get it fixed. The manager clearly doesnt want to help anyone and seems to be quite rude to her own employees which is sad. There are a few girls who work there that know what they are doing and I do still buy some product there, but I steer clear of the blonde headed manager who almost never has her hair done or even looks like she wants to be there. :(

Walked into the store and on an important phone call talking on my cell phone store clerk Emily standing behind the counter greeted me and I pointed to my cell phone and told her I was on a phone call and she continue to talk and her voice got louder felt like that was really rude and disrespectful and then I’m she came back with a comment sorry just doing my job then went to purchase products that totaled approximately $40 handed her $100 bill in their store policy is they cannot break $100 bill unless you’re buying more than $50 Who is very inconvenient and wasn’t happy with my store experience I guess that’s why I always shop at Cosmoprof in Eugene beauty supply

If I need something for the salon I come here and get great service. Im not giving 5 stars just cuz I work here either. We have a good team here and we are here to help if you have questions ask if youre unsure we can help. But if you dont want to ask then make sure you keep your receipt and do test strands just incase.Little tip though the higher the volume developer the more your cuticle opens... The more damage you could get. But you dont have to listen to everyone I mean you are a DIYer so that can be part of the fun to experiment :) happy shopping and get the club card it does save you money. There are senior and military discounts on it as well!
