I am super impressed by the customer service here. They were super Friendly and knowledgeable. They really worked with us price wise, which helped us out of a big bind we were in financially. They even talked me through questions after purchase over the phone about reinstalling my alternator. Super thankfull to the staff, much appreciated!

It was my first time in and it wAsent very pleasurable, my sales rep joel knew absolutely nothing about anything I asked him about and they didnt have anything I needed in stock or was even able to order it. WOWZERS!!! Never will I go to napa again.

I will start off with I am not car-part savvy. I worked with Ken at NAPA who provided outstanding service today, my first visit to this NAPA store in Albany. He was courteous and kind. I especially appreciate his willingness to answer general service/maintenance questions I had about my car, providing a pro/con opinion about several products I might consider for a future maintenance. Our conversations were informative and sincere. General observations: The store was tidy, well organized, well stocked, and the other staff had similar traits as Ken: friendly, courteous, informative, approachable. I am now a fan of this location and will certainly be coming back for consultation and parts.

They almost always have what I want and the service is great. Shop here for all your auto needs.

This is a great place. I was searching for lawnmower engine parts and they went above and beyond helping me. They even recommended a lawnmower shop that might have the parts they didnt have at the moment. Great experience and will go back in the future.

Caught word that one of my favorite workers, Ken, is now at the Lebanon location! I guess making the extra trip is worth it for better customer service.

Napa has always been good. This store is pretty much on par. Good selection and quality parts. Kinda hard to go wrong

Massively overpriced the staff will yell at you for asking them to do their job and the shortest wait time they have four parts is 2 weeks the Napa that I go to now is way better I can get a part within five days and the people are happy to help me this one is garbage I would try to avoid it

Needed a replacement lamp for a taillight. They took me straight to the shelf. Fast and easy checkout.

The new employees are not polite; They do not show enthusiasm in helping you. the employee did not find the part that I was looking for and recommended me to go to the junkyard. and I thought this sounds somewhat offensive; If I wanted used part I would not be here! I went to other place.

The staff was incredibly friendly and took great care of me and my van. Their price was reasonable and they made me feel right at home.

Michael is the man! He does not mess around when it comes to great costumer service. He dove head first into my project and made sure I had everything I need even while he was completely swamped. I will be going to this napa and this napa only for now on.

NAPA parts are over priced. the only reason I go into napa is if my regular parts store doesnt have the part and unless you have a business account you are paying way to much. recently I made a call to order some Moog suspension parts and instead of letting me know the they did not have them in or that they dont sale Moog parts he unknowingly substituted NAPA brand parts and I didnt have the time to return them I was forced to use NAPA brand parts. unless NAPA brand suspension parts are made in the Moog factory bad to the same high quality standards as Moog. NAPA has officially moved from the last place to check for parts list to my do not go list.

Ken came out and helped us with my buddy’s car. He was knowledgeable, courteous and generous with his time, I would highly recommend this Napa location.

While heading north to visit my son and grandkids for Christmas we needed new windshield wipers. Picked up a pair and asked if they would put them on as they advertise that they will for free. They said sure but it would be an hour.? an hour, well I took care of it myself but I wont be back...
