Great sales for Prime members! I spent $50, and I got $14 in savings. Afterwards, I was also given a $10 credit for Prime Day.There are wide aisles, marked clearly as one way only. The store is clean, well stocked, and if you pay attention to the system and discounts it is well worth your effort.If you have any dietary restrictions, you will find foods that are safe for you to eat. Vegan, organic, gluten free, local made, and milk replacements are available, and they have multiple, well labeled choices for each.I definitely recommend this store for hard to find items and special diets.

I kind of fell in love with this place , there are some fresh foods like bread, some desserts and different continent foods like Indian, Chinese, Italian and Mexico ...every one loves to eat freah....

Today was my first time going there. The lady Sandra at the front was very kind and helpful. My daughter is new to eating dairy and dye free and Sandra was always willing to help. She really made the experience a lot less stressful than I had expected it to be

This store is amazing ! I went in for fresh mushrooms . they have oysters , maitake , black trumpets , chantrelles and others . their stock of vegan food is very large . everything is clean , the people that work there are so friendly and helpful . i will be shopping at whole foods from now on !

It was very clean and merchandise was well spaced not jammed up like most stores. It was my first time to shop there. Due to COVID-19 I now go in get what I came to buy and leave. I got the ground beef on sale which had excellent flavor, plus some cookies for my wife, which my wife enjoyed.

A complete nightmare. Prices werent as bad as people say but they were decently bad. Selection was pretty lacking also. The main thing was just how uncomfortable the store made me feel. Theres lines and arrows all over the place. I got in and immediately regretted it and tried to hurry and get out but it was a maze. Lmao.

Very poor selection. I both romaine lettuce was old couldnt see through bag. Same with cilantro. Both of the l gad to discard half. Got 2 grapefruit. One was bad. I will never come to this store again. One of the customer service was rude to me.

I love how this store is set up! Uncluttered, organized very well, very easy to find what youre looking for. The store is very clean. Prices are a little higher but reasonable, especially for organic and more natural food.The staff is very helpful and polite.I highly recommend Whole Foods Market 365.

I wonder why Whole Foods would open their hot bar up when the cases in Ohio have been going up. In the last 7 days Ohio has 50,961 cases. That does not include what ever the number will be by the end of today. The hot bar has been closed since March. Why would they open up with cases this high and Covid being an airborne virus? Seem a bit suspicious. They must have lost alot of money with the hotbar closed because they are opening up and the state of Ohio is in its most dangerous time with the virus. Seems like profit over the safety of people. Wont be seeing me back there any time soon.

Very nice but way too expensive

Have to say Im not really thrilled. This is NOT the full size whole foods experience you get in Cleveland Heights and other big markets. The store is a much smaller selection. Produce varies in quality. The prices range from fair to horrible. Ive yet to find a great deal here.

I love this store. Its close by and has a variety of seasonal treats.

Love their selection of fresh flowers and varieties of organic frozen fruits...great for smoothies! Also love their salads and prepared foods for quick easy meals

Great coffee shop. Coffee was amazing and service was very fast and friendly.

Im a vegan so since the pandemic this is the store that I go to the most. It has almost everything I need plus I think their produce is excellent, golden beets, la cinto kale, and last week they had fresh figs and pluots that were absolutely delicious.

Only came here for the little coffee shop inside and it was delicious

This place seems over priced. Local produce and healthier options are becoming more commonplace everywhere, even in big chains. For niche products, Mustardseed seems to have more and better deals. Its clean and well organized and employees were helpful.

Find them a little pricey and visiting later in day some of our favorite things are gone.

I like this place and the staff is friendly, although I dont do all of my shopping here, one major staple in my weekly dinners is a rotisserie chicken. I never get why they dont have them prepared tho... its 1:22 on a Tuesday. Why do t we have chickens ready? Its like they wait until someone asks for one, then they come out. I dont like that. Standling here waiting for one. For 20 minutes. :(

Nice place. It has a coffee shop. I have not been there but I buy the whole foods 365 brand coffee and its delicious. I like the prices for most items. They have interesting items. Good if you are on a specific diet. You can find many vegan and gluten free items. They have a pizza shop thing and a meat counter as well. I give it a star less because most things are sold out when I seem to go. They have small quantities of things. You can buy amazon kindles or echos and more there. If you have amazon prime its really a great reason to go. You receive extra discounts and sales. You can use the amazon app for it.

Prices are extremely high, but quality looks great. Very clean establishment.

Garbage, very basic big box store with high prices (I understand it’s a specialty store of sorts) but it’s a shame this place replaced West Point. It seems people rate this spot well but they are consumers in Akron Ohio - it doesn’t take much to be a hit around here

Meh, it is okay. Nothing like the offerings or ambiance of the larger Whole Foods. It offers a decent variety of fresh vegetables, but no fresh meat, poultry or fish. The emphasis is definitely on pre-packed foods and shelf staples and tons of frozen foods.

This is the best grocery store in Akron in terms of price and quality. It does have its flaws...some weeks the produce is less than desirable... However, its got the best vegan selection in Akron, and there isnt a competitor around that can match it.

Very nice shopping atmosphere. The Prime Member perks are pretty good. If you look, you can actually find some pretty good deals. They have a lot of interesting food for sale here that you dont normally see other places and I like it. All of the employees are very friendly and personable.

Best produce EVER at a reasonable price. Excellent vegan options that are always expanding. Hip and positive vibe and music in the store. Found myself bouncing in the isles to *A tribe called quest music.. damn I love this store.

Shoppers Tip: Know how much you pay for your everyday items BEFORE heading to 365; You will find that many items on your list (produce, prepared foods, spices, artisan breads) are cheaper and of better quality than area competitors, with other items (meat, frozen) being more expensive yet higher quality. Great prices if you buy their brand. Even if not buying their brand, you can still find some very good prices. Great hot food bar, but can be pricey. Pizza is good. They have a restaurant and coffee shop inside also. Convenient spot for Amazon Lockers too.Nice parking lot that also has electric vehicle parking.

Love the fact they have EV parking with free charging. I come here to shop for most things for that reason.

Tried this location for the first time. Definitely different from what I am used to as far as the larger Whole Foods. This location was out of many items I needed. Wish the hot foods pizza wasnt all gone by noon.Over a nice lunch and shopping experience.

I love whole foods so much. I like that I can bring my own container and fill it with some of the bulk items they have. I like their wide selection of things. They have dairy free yogurts, creamers, Milks. They also have a lot of good healthier alternatives for things. They have their own soda there and its really good as well. We Everytime we go there the staff is always nice and helpful too. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop besides meijers!

Tried two types of cookie from their cookie bar. The pistachio and almond. The color of pistachio one was made to look like it was made from pistachio, but there was no flavor of pistachio that I could feel. The almond one had a good taste, but both cookies were very hard to bite. I thought I was going to break my teeth. Not sure if they use concrete in the ingredients.Other than that, the store is clean, organized, many options for different diets.But, one thing is always the same. The most expensive prices in the grocery store industry. I do not know why Amazon needs to get all of our money. I prefer to support small local businesses.

Very disappointing shopping experience. We looked in the baking section for a product they normally carry and couldnt find any. At the checkout register the cashier asked if we found everything we were looking for and I told him I came to get their low sodium baking soda but couldnt find any. He shrugged his shoulders and continued talking to another female employee while he was ringing up our food items. Neither of them offered us assistance. They were more interested in talking about their up coming days off than helping a customer. This was our first visit and it will be our last. Dont waste your time or money shopping here!! So many of their items were pricey and you cant get any assistance. We didnt see a single employee on the floor, who we could ask for help, during the entire hour we were there.

Its a health food store.The real gem here are the Amazon Lockers located inside at the front of the store. Amazon Lockers are silly simple to use and it’s nice to know my package is safe and awaiting pickup versus it sitting at my front door in the snow.The actual store is clean and the people have always been courteous. They have a nice booze selection to compete all of their healthier alternatives. There are several prepared deli cases, if you want to pick-up something from their salad bar.

Everything is outrageously over priced. I get what theyre going for here but with more reasonably priced grocery stores nearby I just dont see a reason to revisit. The store was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful and it lived up to what Id heard of Whole Foods. But the pricing... Maybe if they had things I couldnt find elsewhere but they dont so unless you need to spend extra on food for no reason or dont have an alternate grocery store nearby, Whole Foods isnt anything special.

Decent selection of staples but overall the store is small. Prices can be anywhere from much less to much more than other grocery stores. Produce is fresh.

Easier to shop at than regular whole foods stores

The store is clean and the staff is very nice. I like to utilize the patio for working remotely. I would have given 5 stars on all accounts, except for the salad bar. I appreciate the many vegan and vegetarian options, but the recipes week after week seems to be very heavy food, and more often than not, Indian food. I wish they had lighter/fresher tasting options than just the salad section.

There is great take and eat options for lunchtime. The vegetables and fruits are very affordable. Also the bulk items are well priced compared to other offerings. The wine section is not to robust compared to other locations in the area. As far as dietary option food, vegan, gluten free or vegetarian they have all your bases covered.

I LOVE this store SO much. I drive out of my way to go there. We are a mostly vegan family, and this store has the best assortment of vegan items and the highest quality produce around. Staff are always very friendly and helpful too. So glad they opened one up in our area!
