Ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom for her birthday and they are so beautiful! Beyond my expectations!

I ordered flowers for my mom, last night (11pm) and the flowers arrived early this morning!! Made me really happy with how quick they were delivered as I don’t live Ohio and wouldn’t of had been able to deliver flowers to her on my own.The only critique I have is the inability to use accent marks on the personalized card. “Ano” and “año” are two very different words in Spanish haha...Thank you!

After being told I was to late to order from 1 800 Flowers, and FTD, I decided to try and call a shop directly. Am so very pleased I did, they saved Mothers Day for me. Very helpful, and polite at a very reasonable price. Bottom line is I am very pleased and will skip FTD, and 1 800 Flowers from now on and use Colonial Florist from now on.

I had to send flowers for the first time ever, to my Moms funeral. I called and they helped me pick exactly what I wanted, and they were BEAUTIFUL! When I saw the arrangement I cried, they took the time to make a ribbon saying Nanny because thats what my son called my mom. I would most definitely recommend!

I ordered sweet moments flower basket for my sister. Her son sent me a photo of her with her basket of flowers. They were stunning. I live out of state and when I send flowers to mom they are always exceptional. My mother has been ill for some time and periodically I send flowers and feel they go above and beyond. Recently, my mother went into hospice care and when I sent flowers they were very caring and said they would be sure to make certain it had her favorite flowers and it would be the right size (they think of the situation and the person). You cant go wrong with Colonial - I would recommend them if you live in Akron or Alaska and need to send flowers to someone in the Akron area.

I order flowers from here occasionally for my mother who lives in OH. I live in FL. Always delivered as ordered and very good price. I placed an order to be delivered to my mothers office on today (V-Day) and found out last minute that she was not going into work. I called Colonial Florist in a panic and they changed the address for me, no problem. And even though I am sure this is a very busy day for them, the man who helped me on the phone was very pleasant. I recommend this company to anyone.

The flowers look amazing and keep longer than other shops. I typically go in and tell them what i want to spend and what colors I want. They have never disappointed. Im always told that the flowers I give last incredibly long. Usually 2 weeks or longer. Look no further if you want to brighten someones day.

I ordered flowers at 8:30 am with same day delivery. My wife texted a photo of the pictures at 10:30. The flowers were perfect. I will not order from anyone else from now on.

Can deliver promptly (ordered late the night before and flowers were there the next morning). Excellent quality and service. Highly recommend.

This place has no moral values. No business values. Very unprofessional. Very immature. To take part in someones desire to agitate and try to make someone feel or look bad is horrible. And then to follow the instructions to have your delivery person stand there to see the reaction and report back is absolutely unacceptable, and at their place of work is even worse!!. You should be so ashamed of yourselves for being part of that. You disgust me. You can count on me making sure I tell everyone I know about the ignorance you were a part of. You will never get business from me or anyone I know.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had. So rude and nasty. No empathy at all. Very uncaring. I purchased 2 arrangements. One for my future mother-in-law who is in the Hospital and one for my Fiance who works at the hospital . It was our seven year anniversary. One card was supposed to say Im sorry i havent been up. I didnt want to get you sick. Love you The other was supposed to say To the next seven. One delivered in his mothers name one in his name to his office (I told them to have him paged and drop them at the main desk he would get them. They delivered both arrangements to his mothers room. I called Colonial Florist to tell them the cards were wrong that they are both addressed to my fiance and that the messages were all wrong. Them man SCOFFED at me and said that they are printed so that is impossible. I said that is not what people are telling me but i will be going to look at them that day. I also said that they delivered BOTH arrangements to my future mother-in-law and I was very upset that my fiance didnt get his flowers (neither arrangement was cheep) He said Well they are addressed. So i was supposed to (more or less) go and take his flowers from her? Ok... let me walk into a sick womans room and say... Whoops this one isnt yours? When i asked the man this his reply was... Well they are addressed open the cards they fold over. (Ok... Now Im stupid?) When I made it to the hospital that day she wasnt in the room so i rushed over and read the cards. card one addressed to my fiance with a note Sorry i havent been up didnt want to get you sick pull the card off and it is shaped like an L on the other side it says to my fiance and here is to the next 7 the other card was only one sided addressed to my fiance. So.... they addressed both cards to my fiance and delivered them to his moms room with only the one card showing sorry i havent been up didnt want to get you sick and the other just his name. The attitude of this place and customer service is horrible. To scoff at me and tell me that the flowers have cards on them and that they are addressed to the person they were meant for... What a joke! To imply that I should take them out of a sick womans room???? OMG who does that! I will never buy from this place again. It seems everyone who has went here likes it till something goes wrong. I should have known this would be the outcome. When i called to purchase the flowers the man who answered was very short with me. I really figured maybe he just had a rough day.. but apparently not. Hes just a heartless rude man. Beautiful flowers thanks. My mother-in-law loves them. My Fiance took a photo of the flowers that I purchased for him. However we did not tell her. I tore the card off and took the one meant for my fiance. Leaving the flowers. This could have all been avoided if the man at Colonial Florists would have been a little nicer on the phone. He didnt seem to even want to help (other than telling me to take the flowers from a sick woman) until i told him I was going to post about this incident. Buyer beware. If anything goes wrong... You may have to walk into someones room and get your flowers.
