The rooms are excellent with lake view and the room had great facility from proper heating in rooms. The hot water facility is provided at hotel 24*7. The location is amazing and the services are fine. Highly recommended. The view is scenic.

Very nice place to stay. Excellent buffet breakfast.But they need do something about unpleasant smell in the washrooms. I stayed in 102. I think there is some technical plumbing issue with bathrooms.

Fancy hotel with great views overlooking Attabad lake. They even had a heater in the rooms which was brilliant and kept the rooms toasty The food was good too. Wifi can be improved as it kept disconnecting.

The room and the view was absolutely breathtaking, definitely the best place to stay if youre in the area and have a good budget. Family friendly, great service, hot water readily available, breakfast amazing with tones of items in the menu, mess food is great although the menu could have a lot more items. The only reason why i did not give 5 stars is because the road leading to the resort was a complete ruin and unpaved, and only a few sims work in the area.

The most disappointing part of our Hunza trip !!We had made the stay at Luxus highlight of our anniversary trip but it turned out to be the most horrible experience.If you value your money , plz save it from these scammers and rather spend it on local hotels who welcome you with full hospitality.First of all, the pictures are deceiving!!!We paid a good hefty amount for the panoramic view room after seeing the pics but what we got was a panoramic view of the roofs of the room below us (pics attached )!We got room 101 and mind you , level one is not the bottom one, rather the top one.So if you realllly want to waste your money on them, make sure to ask for a room on 3rd floor !You will get the view but say good bye to privacy !You can enjoy the views of the lake while other people can enjoy your view from the groundTo top it off , you’re welcomed by horrible sewerage smell - they don’t know what to do of it. Our bathroom stinked like anything ! Had to ask for an air freshener and keep the exhaust on all the time.We forgot about the major disappointment and tried to sleep as we were up since 3am but guess what - there was no tranquility either !! Soooo Kuch construction noise , drilling , beating , cutting and what not ! Is that what a resort is suppose to offer !Night came finally and the workers stopped , we decided to do star gazing as shown in one of thier pictures - but NO! You can’t do that either coz they’ve lit up thier resort like it’s a city ! How are you supposed to see the stars in so much light?I thought the horror is over after the night passed. Went to take a shower, only to find out empty shampoo bottle. Asked for new bottles and what came were like used disgusting bottles.Only pros I can think of , which obviously dont Justify the price is the room decor is nice and modern , there’s heat and hot water.But you can get that at many other Hunza hotelsat 1/10th the price !

Not at all recommended. Staff is unprofessional, no security, kids exposed to fall risk from both Presidential Suits. Under construction facility, no resturant facility avialbale for Breakfast. Charge extra Rs.3000 for providing food in their lawn. No dustbins even in both presidential suits. Jacuzzi facility not usable due to lack of hot water. No parking facility for cars. No clean water bottels and filthy salt and peper pots. Not recomended for families and kids. The experience differs 180 degree from pictures which they post or market.

The Hotel rooms or shall I say Cottages were really up to mark, the Quality and standards of the rooms was not less than that of Serena or Pearl Continental. The food was good, the roons were great, the view from the lake view suite was great, you can see the Attabad lake clearly from the bed, the small Balcony/terrace/sitting area was great to have a smoke or a cup of coffee, the view itself is worth the price. The services offered by the staff were great themselves. They even arrange a bonfire for you(not free of cost) and you can even have a BBQ if you notify them prior to your stay. Overall I personally had a great one in a lifetime experience would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Luxurious. With availability of almost every thing in room. From Hairdryer to minibar. And the view is marvelous. However food ,bbq, bonfire, shehsha,all are over priced... N the dealing is not very polite.

Quite simply, by far the best accomodation, in the Northern Areas of Pakistan and its not even ready and officially open! Its in its soft launch state with only a handful of chalets open!Situated right on the banks of Attabad Lake, in the Hunza Valley. The location could not be more idyllic with the lake surrounding the property on three sides with steep mountain behind it, and also across the lake, as far as eye can see, with snow capped peaks. This in peak summer season!The lake is quiet, except for the boats that criss-cross it during the day and is eerily peaceful at night, except for the fresh water stream that runs down the mountain at rear and in to the lake!The chalets, have everything one needs for their stay, is of decent size and ours had the direct view of the lake and of the famous and beautiful Passu Cones. The all-glass frontage of each chalet brings the outside to your bedside, waking up to the lake and the mountain view is beyond description.You also get the same views from the bathroom and the shower, through a one-way glass. Imagine having a shower but looking out at the lake, and the snow capped mountain peaks at the same time! Well this property lets you do that!The staff, most of whom have been seconded here from the Luxus Grand in Lahore, were good and helpful. Likewise the manager, Khurrum did everything to accommodate our wishes.One hopes that the whole experience of staying at Luxus Grand Hunza will only get better as the construction work is completed by summer 2020.During the soft launch, our stay, as the kitchen and restaurant was not ready, the food offering was pretty basic, understandably. A few teething issues with the new standby generator and the propertys new transformer meant regular sessions without electricity! But as the weather was cool, and the design of each chalet, it did not cause much inconvenience! Im sure these teething issues will be resolved by next year!Dont waste your money staying at so called established names, such as Serena, which is dated and overpriced! Luxus Grand Hunza is now the standard bearer and others will have to match its offerings! So much so that we extended our 3-day stay by further 5-days before reluctantly having to return! Well be back - soon!

No water treatment plant so they are making this beautiful lake into a big GUTTER.Its my humble request to all tourist that each time you visit here ask them to install water treatment plant at this beautiful lake because after few year there will be no clean water .

Waleed Elahi totally agree with that, rooms are pretty nice but does not worth that price at all. Outside was so dusty everywhere, many constructions/noise/and people passing through during the day time, which means no privacy and quiet place, no HOT shower which is a huuuuuuge disappointment when you book a room like this for a couple and pay that price, just unacceptable in my opinion. I would only recommend to go to have a drink maybe for the view but definitely not to stay for so much money!!! Sure they are other places much more valuable and with staff more honest and nice. We had booked 2 rooms supposed to be next one to each other and they tried to give us 2 rooms very distant. Then they show us rooms not finished like just with a bed and without any furniture and all the noise and construction staff around... They tried to charge us more to get a panoramic room (which was supposed not being available when we booked first...) Then they finally give us 2 rooms like we booked (but after having to complain and being unsatisfied and losing so much precious time to enjoy the lake... Too bad, run away from this place!

Still under construction, nice rooms and amazing view. But not a lot of food choices as they have a small operational kitchen from where you can get food. After 10 pm no food till 8 in the morning. Nearest market is 40 minutes away. Be prepared with supplies when planing to stay here.

Simply amazing. The rooms. Food. Everything about this place is wow. Very well located on the side of lake with awesome sunrise view. The staff is cordial and highly trained. They are constantly upgrading their infrastructure and are adding many good things with every coming day. The corner room is highly recommended with double view. Every room is having a seperate sitting area facing lake. One can go for boating in lake too during the stay.

View, service and price live up to the luxury promise. However, TV and Internet did not work. given the price I expect such things to be sorted out without having guests noticing it.

Not fully functional yet but they charge approximately same as if youd stay at Grand Hyatt. AC doesnt work & if its hot outside then those metal roofing plates will turn the room into a sauna.Reception is where the reception staff lives & works. Provide them with decent work environment rather than consuming all the profits.

A lovely place with amazing views... However theyre new and need to work out some kinks... They need to add air conditioners or better fans in the rooms. An umbrella on the patio would be amazing for some shade. Although the staff was very courteous and friendly, our food took over 2.5 hours to make... I wish theyd just informed us that there would be a delay and to eat elsewhere. Ive changed my rating from four star to five star at the end of our trip as the staff more than made up for some of our negative experiences the first day. Ill definitely visit Luxus again.

Quite a disappointment.The directional signage is quite hard to notice. The approach isnt properly paved and once we did get down there it was a surprise to see that the chalets look more like huts put together in a hurry rather than a luxury resort as advertised.We were greeted by a rather rude manger who seemed visibly upset to see us. He was quick to inform us there there was no restaurant facility, further also refused to let us even look around the space as we had basically stopped to evaluate the property for future events.While this property may aspire to a become a luxury accommodation, in truth they simply arent there yet. With staff like the present team, they arent getting there anytime soon either.
