Worst service worst bus no hygiene standards in bus no bed sheet on seats no luggage

I booked bus on Diwali but they cancel the bus su suddenly what can I do how do you I will go at my native place at night 11 p.m. not transportation available this is is not good thing

Pathetic experience since they are not aware of there travel agent partner neither they how how to handle queries. Not respecting someone’s time of boarding no information for bus to taken and no further detail . You dial to your travel agent freak out 10 times then they work please do not go for this . Nice staff, hygienic rest stop, but bus had something mechanical problem, we cant reach to latur 30Km away from latur bus was not start (we reach to latur by private auto). And due to that we reach our destination 3hr lateBut I believe you can erase this kind of problems

Bus was on time for pick up and drop. And i have communicated with office person for pickup time and answered very politely. I do not give a full 5 star because of the below reason. I have booked bus before 1 hr of pickup time so my name was not on sheet of bus conductor have. Also he did not stop the bus for my pickup if i had not stop bus by waving the bus down. Advisable to communicate with bus driver after chart preparation so they can pickup the person which are booked after chart preparation.Bus was clean and comfortable. Would like to prefer this bus for upcoming journeys.

This review is for tickets booked from Ahmedabad.Buses are old and are in dire need of maintenance. Also Seats and blankets are tidy and uncleaned. Not at all worth the money they charge.Only book tickets if you have emergency requirement.

We had issued with AC bus tickets from paldi they dont provide ac to whole journey. when we asked bus driver and they answer rudely and bed behaviour and we also asked PALDI OFFICE same more than 4 times they put ours calls on hold.So we understandThey are cheeter and fraud dont journey with this type of Travel agency.

On counter the owner was very slow working at the time ofdelivery

We were issued Ac bus ticket of 600 and when we started our journey towards jodhpur he said from next stop Ac will on (from shahi bag)sadly we reach jodhpur still Ac not onWhen we asked him again and again he said call the person who issued the ticket very rude behavior this People are cheaters don’t travel with them

It would be better not to book from this bus service provider, faced many issues while travelling. Most important it is not running on time and there is no privacy even if you have your own bed. Taking local people to earn money and neglecting the security of passengers. Its a humble request not to book from this bus service provider .

Better facility expected. Basic washroom facility not available. Usually 15-20 mins waiting for a pick up van/bus. Then van take - Its main departure house is Vishal narola so it take 30-40 mins from main city points like paladi to Vishal narola .

Worst service I booked ticket in this of 05.31 AM but I found its 1½ hrs late very bad service on reply they only apologized but butter would not melt in mouth. Totally worst service Hate it!

4rth class, is it local bus ? I dont like that you allow local passengers for this bus like ahemdabad, himmat nagar, khewada bicchiwada, also conductor speaks loudly for every stop , I cant sleep properly

Never go in shrinath travels from Bhopal to Ahmedabad, I first time book in it and had lots of problem. My seat was west because of water logging out from glass but no service. They prefer indore-godhra- vadodara-ahmedabad while ideal should be indore-godhra-ahmedabad, just a wasting of time and its Volvo. You have better option of Verma travels its good.

Very bad travel experience.The drive didnt allow to take a break, we had to quarrel with him for a tea break even though we had booked the entire bus. The bus didnt stop for dinner at all untill we reached the destination at midnight.

I recently travelled to Udaipur in this bus and i gladly recommend this to all the travellers as they have very clean and comgortable bus. Service is amazing. They also provided the watter bottle and wet wipes to each and every passengers. Bus journey was amzing. Keep it up guys!

Very bad service, driver stopping at points where toilets are dirtier than public toilets. No place to eat. We are now traveling from last 9 hours still he is adamant to stop only when he wants. Driver attitude is pathetic WiFi not working, TV and other amenities not working. Worst experience ever.

Worst travelling experienceBus was late by 3 hrs but was not communicated.when asked at the paldi office was told that will arrive in an hour or so.Felt like being humiliated and cheated.No value for customers time.Please either stop giving service or else keep good and reliable information system as well as members.We were given a place to seat in the workshop which was not hygenic.Not going to travel again by Srinath.

Chor and fraud travel agency. never opt for this. worst service. they fraudulently sell 3 tickets for one sleeper seat and collect money of 3 tickets that you will come to know only once u get into the bus. they just fool people.

We Traveled to Jodhpur from Ahmedabad on 10th November. Both Driver and Staff were very friendly. we had a very heavy luggage of over 60Kg. they didnt charged anything Extra for the Luggage.

Had a very bad experience with their Bikaner Tie up Sharma Travels. Local passenger ranging from 15 to 20 are lying in gallery. I have went to drop some luggage to Uncle after informing driver and he carried away without blowing horn or waiting. Chased him with Auto and he welcomed with abusive language. Had personally borne auto fare. No positive response from owner. Pathetic Service and overloaded. No accountability by Shrinath Travels.

I travelled from aurangabad to ahmedabad and bus was 2 hours late and it was not the same bus ...told to us....also...late arrival..and dropped before the vishala circle...from where no mini bus facility was available.

Sitting facility is not proper... Others ok.

Solitaire Premium is the one to prefer.

The worst bus service ever they took us in small mini bus from paldi to their main bus yard and the bus arrived after 4 hrs and i think in that time i can reach bharuch,the worst bus service of my life.

During my journey ahmedabad to Jalna Aurangabad AC bus, but AC not working even bus driver bus drive without headlight. During journey bus break down two time and west our time 1hrs for repair. Also time punctuality very very bad as per booking bus time was 4:45pm but bus start from 6:15pm.Right now on 09 02.2018 time 9:30am bus driver go to purchase new battery after that they assemble battery and we go to start journey. Our destination time at Jalna was 7:00 am.Very bad experience

Booked a ticket for Ahmedabad to Indore today in 23 June. Scheduled time was 9 PM from Paldi bus stop. A small bus took us from Paldi at 9 PM to a cargo office of Shrinath. Waiting for last one hour for bus to arrive at the Cargo office which is Shabby with no shops around. Pathetic service..

Seats are of bad quality, the bus is always 2-3 hours late from the usual time that it has to reach.
