Very Bad Experience. Every item that i was ordered are served in cold state. Aloo Tikki, Masala Dosa and after all even noodles are served directly from the refrigerator. Sweet dish was also just like the curd raita. Very pathetic service.

An extra star only for the packaged food products.This particular Bikanerwala outlet (Prahladnagar) is very incapable in fulfilling customer requirements. The eatery never provides food items as per customization requested. They agree that they will prepare food as per customer instructions, but the chef/cook does not pay any heed to that. Avoid take away or food delivery from this place - even while handing over the take away order, they confirm that food is as per the requirement, but surely it will be other way round when you open it.

Beware before entering the store/restaurant, they’re not following any Rules and regulations of COVID-19. They are not checking temperature and even not telling to take sanitizer before entering the store/ Restaurant.The cashier guy is very rude and partial with customers. He asks some customers to pay later after the food and for some before the food like they will not going to pay after. They are not sanitised tables after the customer used. Unprofessional staffs. Food was ok as per the price.

Tried some of the best seller from the menu and actually were amazing just loved the taste of them I tried Raj kachori , panner stuffed nan with daal and raita , masala dosa and hot gulab jamun everything was just amazing raj kachori was stuffed to its fullest with so much healthy thing such as sprouts and panner and many more thing , panner Nan was also so good fully stuffed with panner , dosa was also soft and crispy , sambhar was also good and the gulab jamun was cherry on the top stuffed with I thing panner and amazingly soft even staff was also Soo good and cooperative just loved this place

All the public dealers have doubtful eyes like they are in police and searching for something. They should learn how to make happy face service.

On the occasion of diwali I ordered 15 kg sweets from here and there were 3 different type of sweets in the box but they gave something else not which I ordered. That is ridiculous.I ordered chocolate fruit cake and they gave khoya fruit cake.

This afternoon around 2o clock i went with my friend and ordered idly sambar, the dish we ordered is prepared for the breakfast and they served in my lunch session, i have asked server about that he agreed it been prepared in morning around 10 and i asked him to call his managermanager responded in a rude manner and gave me free advice you have to mention us to make fresh and didnt even agreed for the change of order.and we are ready to leave the place without having our lunchcashier somehow came to know about this happened inside cancelled our billing and convinced to have some fresh foodbetter make the cashier as manager he knows how to handle the client better than the managerin bill his name is written as deepak(BSD1002)billing time 2:18:25 PM

Food is good and there is no question on that, but atleast turn off the doors in this summer, or dont put the chairs near to the doors, because after every 5 mins someone will come and leave the door open, so hot waves will come from outside, which was really annoying and disgusting !!!

No spillage at all.Coming to the taste and quality, BEST!All the food items are prepared in ghee. You can get the ghee flavour.The meal had dal makhani, 2 rotis, mixed veg, paneer gravy, sukhi kachori, veg pulao, achaar.I cant even describe in words the taste of each thing on the platter.It was soul satisfying. The mixed veg is extremely good. Also, everything else.Do try it for yourself. It is highlyyyy recommended.

I like the kesariya milk provided by Bikanervala and I visit every year to have it. After waiting for a year I visited today, but after having it I am upset. The milk was not so good, it was very thin and even it was not hot.
