This place is run under the name of Ensure Support Services India Ltd. Headquartered in Chennai and its Ahmedabad centre is located in Mithakhali 6 Roads.The staff are hardworking and dedicated to offer service to the customers, patiently and without getting agitated.Though replacement to my product took more than one month (reason for such low star rating), I was disappointed not getting it properly packed.Another reason for not giving higher star rating is due to their non-responsiveness to my emails and also because of non-working of their landline phones! Have to visit personally to resolve any query!

Not very Friendly, A guy name Kunal have issue with the commnication. I called them and they told me to hold on for a min I was on the line for 10 mins and these guy started talking their perosnla life issue while I was on the line. I felt being ignored. Worst service center and very unhygenic place.

Its been 10 days since I gave my keyboard for replacement. I dont have a spare keyboard at home, I keep calling the service center and they keep saying we dont know when the replacement will arrive.

First contact in logitech support on official site, then contact service center, they don’t pick up calls but if you go there then they will definitely provide a solution for mouse(many people are complaining about keyboard).I had scroll wheel hardware issue in G402 and warranty was about to expired in 2 days, but i saw them bill and bingo i got replacement.There was a guy named Krunal he was very friendly. So overall good experience :)

Third class services i am rich in 1:25pm and frront desk officer says this is Brack time please wait.i wait 10 minutes but front desk officer say please seat my interest is not working.

Worst Customer care service........I bought 10 sets of keyboard + mouse. 4 of them keyboards are not working well so visited to replace. They demaded mouse too for replace of set. I collected mouse and visit again with complete set then they informed that thay do not have any stock. Dissapointing service. Now I am waiting for replacement. Atleast they need to inform us with proper guideline.

Went for warranty replacement of my Logitech g102. Nice staff and fast response got my mouse replaced in 1 week without any problems. Just they dont provide whole box for new mouse other than that quite a swift experience.

I did not visit this place because of when I called way of talking was very rough. I did not even complete my talk. Logitech should do something. Not Giving value to their valuable customer. Will never buy Logitech product in future. Just useless. They must know that we are customers not servants.

I have a problem of my keyboard’s alt key. They didn’t get my call for a while.

Prestigious brand like Logitech deserve better service station in metro like ahmedabad. current 1 has very unprofessional, arrogant staff. Lady at customer desk miss naina is very rude , no manners talking with customers, treat them like thrash & arguing irresponsibly, more interested in her personal calls gossips then attending customers,her calls never stops even while attaining customers, ruining customers trust and experience in Logitech, she need 2 be removed, I have seen her throwing customer mouse back on desk instead of returning back gently when he asked her some tough question about her behaviour. Logitech must do something. Even smaller brands now a days provide better service experience..

Personally had a good experience. Although they gave me the replacement piece without any outer packaging/box (but cannot say much about it because this was first time I got anything replaced) but the waiting time was really less; roughly 15minutes for the whole process.

Its a company which has a contract with Logitech for there device replacement and repair. The service is very slow and the staff is not that much responsive. Their phone doesnt work or nobody picks up when you call. They dont even call you, you have to visit them even they need anything from you.

Service center is quite good but I dont like their rule that they will be replace after 15 days

Logitech service is quite good but there service centre staff is horrible they dont know how to talk customers.

This is the most pathetic service station Ive seen so far. They dont REPAIR anything! My keyboards key popped out and these idiots were not even able to fix that. The staff there was super dumb and rude and LOGITECH really needs to provide a better support.
