Pathetic after sales service...In free service of the car after purchase, first they stole the shelf from the boot space... In the next service, they broke 3 AC sliders out of 4... No proper response either from dealer or service center...

It’s very pathetic response from staff , after 3 visits and many calls they are not providing me test drive of harrier and always gave me wrong commitment. Never visits Tata Riya Parimal garden branch. They are I think not interested to do business.

Place to see all Tata vehicles and test drive is also available. Very cooperative staff, especially pranjal who helped me a lot to buy a tata tiago.I was about to buy hyundai santro magna model, but after in-depth comparison of both vehicles, I selected tata tiago.My plan was to buy nexon, but couldnt make it die to budget limit.Finally, Im happy with tiago because of good looks, build quality, nice engine performance although it is a 3 cylinder engine,but silent and gives good fuel efficiency.Im getting 18 km/ltr in city while 22/23 on highways without eco mode.Still the average will improve once I cross 5000 kms & 2nd service.
