They take care of your needs at the service center. If there is something which needs to be changed then do it officially. Good technical staff. All staff members behaviour is very good.

Good collection of bikes but very rude and childish behaviour towards any safety towards their customers during Corona. None of the employee are wearing masks and even when suggested to wear a mask the guy just brushed off saying Covid19 nothing and nothing will happen. My experience with this store started with a friendly cycle ride they used to organize, where you could get to ride a brand new Firefox bike which was the best way to test ride a bicycle. Then after trying few models, I bought rapide21 from the store and never do I regret that purchase. Great brand and store.

Lovely store, we can get the maximum choices of bicycle. Also, the owner is very cooperative and gives proper suggestions. The mechanic also too good. Gave my son a mirror as gift as it was his birthday.

Pathetic customer service. Usually we pay 3000 Rs. extra than other brands to get better product and service as well. We faced tyre jam issue within 1 week of buying cycle, on approaching for service, first they refused to acknowledge jam, then tried to harass saying come after some time. They were unwilling to rectify small job like straighten handle.

I visited almost all good branded showroom of bicycle in West side of Ahmedabad, and me and my wife finally decided to zero down to this place. The owner and his son is technically sound and they are genuine advisors. Inline other stores, here you can get genuine advice for your need and be rest assured about pricing. I asked for accessories but they suggested me except helmet nothing is required untill you reach 35 km a day and few accessories are required only for the profiessionals.Do not hesitate to visit here once before you decide to invest in your expensive bicycle.
