On my last visit for an oil change, John Gentile, Service Advisor made sure that I was completely satisfied with the service. Lenny and Kamryn from Sarat we Fantastic!!! Lenny went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase! I brought my mother in to see a Corsair. We test drove an she purchased... we had such a great experience I came back the next week and leased one for myself. Sarat bought out my Jeep lease and put me in a new car the same day!!! I chose to come here based on a referral from my friend, she had set me up with Jacob in the service department and he did not disappoint. Every concern i had he addressed, then he called me and went over all the other stuff , and when I asked him the benefit of doing it, he gave me a very educated answer that I appreciated so I decided to do the work. Before I came in I got a call and he made me aware that there was some discrepancy with the warranty company, mean while i am getting myself prepared for a massive bill mentally, he called back to tell me that it was all taken care of, I came picked up my car and now he has received a customer for life. Also on a side note them rental ladies Katie and Chelsea are amazing.

Id never buy a car from Sarat again. I was treated great when purchasing a used car, but was treated poorly afterwards. I think most strikingly, I purchased two new front tires for the car and they were mounted incorrectly!! Directional tires with SIDE FACING INWARDS written on them, and guess what? Yup....they mounted them with side facing inwards facing outwards!?? Zero confidence in a dealer that cant even mount tires correctly :(

Awfully slow, dishonest and rude. My car has a seized front driver side caliper. The customer service said she will have someone look at it and she will come back with a quote. I have been waiting for almost 2:30:00. Eventually I went to talk to another customer service personnel and obviously FOR 2 HOURS NOBODY HAS EVEN LOOKED AT IT YET? He was explaining that its because she put me in as a leaver instead of a waiter and its not his problem that they dont know Im waiting! WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DONT KNOW IM WAITING???? YOU JUST TOLD ME THAT YOU WILL COME BACK WITH A QUOTE!Considering how dishonest and inefficient they are, I would say this is the worst place to get your car fixed.

Sarat Ford is a great dealership from sales to service. I always get my truck back quickly with all repairs done in full. Dean Hoppe in service has helped me many times and great to work with, I always get a call back with updates to my repairs. I live 45 minutes from the dealership and it is worth the drive for the service I receive! I look forward to future visits.

Had a very good experience my lease was up went in without an appointment and was greeted with open arms from seller Lenny he took the time to go over my options, I was very pleased after thinking everything over I decided to keep my lease. I returned did some paperwork was put in a loaner my vehicle received a oil change new tire and breaks and inspection ,car washed and ready for me the next day.. I’m very pleased staff was nice and worked with me to keep my vehicle..Great experience..

The old car is running like new again. Our 15 year old Lincoln developed rear axle noise. We thought it may be the end of this very nice car.Jamal in the service department looked at a few different options to repair the car with a budget that made sense.The car was ready when promised at the agreed on price. What a difference! The rear gear must have been failing for a long time. Now nice, smooth and quiet.Thank You Sarat.

I made a 7am appointment to replace 4 tires a oil change a air filter and a cabin filter I dropped the car off the night before so I stopped in to check on my car at 1:30 pm to see if my car was done they didn’t even start it I was not happy I was told that they would call when it was done they were going to start on it shortly it should take 2 to 3 hours well I live over a hour away they called after 5 pm I said I would pick it up the next day what is the purpose of a 7 am appointment if you’re not going to abide by it I thought I was at a doctors office I have always had great service from Sarat I have buying cars and trucks from them since 2001 never had a issue always 5 stars this one got me it cost me time out of work to get my car the next day

Once again, I have nothing but praise for the service team at Sarat Ford.I went for State Inspection, oil and lube and tire rotation. I waited for the vehicle in their clean, comfortable waiting area. A service advisor walked up with my dirty oil filter to ask if I wanted it changed. I said absolutely. It was all done in a timely manner and fair price. This 2015 Escape Titanium has 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I highly recommend the team at Sarat Ford!

Had my car inspected there. They told me it failed because of the front headlights were foggy. They had already call Vermette Auto for me and told me to take it there and they would fix it. Well not only did Vermette Auto fix it they didnt even charge me. I took my car back to Sarat Ford and it passed this time. I want to thank the employees who helped me today. I would definitely recommend Sarat Ford for your car inspection.

I spent a few weeks shopping around for a new vehicle. Originally I visited Sarat to test drive a 2016 Ford Fusion. On my initial visit I met both Jeff Sarat and my sales guy, Nate Kilelee. They were both very friendly and professional and did not pressure me when I let them know I was still looking around to explore all options, as this was the first time I was shopping for a car that wasnt just a purchase of necessity.Nate asked me to let him know how my search went. I visited multiple dealers, and had some poor experiences that got me thinking back to how impactful my initial meeting with Nate and Jeff had been.Lo and behold I went back to Sarat about half a week later to test drive more cars. Nate not only hooked me up with the most AMAZING 2018 Focus I have ever been in, but covered me with their plates so I could drive it until they got my plates in (there was a complication due to the car being used in some demos prior). To top it off their service dept has been in touch with me since to bring the car back in a few weeks so a paint issue on the back bumper can be taken care of, providing me with a loaner when it happens, and making sure I get a back-up key fob.The experience with these guys is unreal, and after scoping other dealers in the area I feel very confident with this start to what I expect will be a long-term partnership with Sarat. Really cannot say enough, but THANK YOU Nate and Sarat for my awesome new ride!!! Highly recommend!!

They have the most Ford and Lincoln vehicles on their lot then any other dealership that carries the Ford name. We had to drop off our truck for service and we had requested a loaner. The loaner that they provided for us was beautiful. No headaches about no you can’t get a loaner, they were spot on. Jamaal in service is our favorite advisorHe is courteous, not always available because every body wants to work with him. When your truck is ready he goes over it with you, opens the door for you. Nobody does that for you. When it comes time to get into another truck it will be this dealership because of the exceptional service that you receive from Jamaal in service. If you treat your customers right in-service you will always have them as forever customers to purchase vehicles from you. FYIAlso Brad over in Lincoln is also extremely professional and detailed oriented. Very polite.

When the service on my CMax ended up taking longer than anticipated on a Friday afternoon, meaning that the car had to be left at the dealer overnight because I was unable to get there to retrieve it (the shuttle driver had left for the day), Mike Colson came to work on Saturday morning, normally his day off, to make sure that I got the car back as early as possible by coming to pick me up himself. The mechanic who worked on the car also came to work on Saturday morning to make a last-minute adjustment to the tires. They both deserve a lot of credit for making that extra effort, and I truly appreciate it.

What a fantastic experience!I had a problem that made my vehicle un-drivable. (It was due to an improperly completed safety recall repair done at another dealer.) This was during the beginning of August, an extremely busy time of the year, and all dealers in the area were scheduling appointments more than a week into the future. I told Carol, the Assistant Service Manager, that this was my only vehicle and I needed it for work and she was able to get one of the techs to look at it. He discovered the other dealers faulty repair and quickly got my vehicle back in shape. Carol even contacted the other dealer and got them to pay to fix the faulty repair.During this visit I was treated very courteously. I was kept informed of what was going on at all times. Sarat Ford came through for me in a big way when I really needed help. They made it known through their actions and communications that they valued me as a customer.I had originally gone to the other dealer to save one day on the repair time. I wont make that mistake again. Id rather work with a dealership that has demonstrated their honesty and competency and that has my trust. From now on all my service will be done at Sarat.

Went to Sarat for an oil change and they found that the tie rod was in need of repair. I transport my grandchild in the vehicle so I was happy that they found it. It avoided any danger that could have happened if the tie rod broke completely

I had a very difficult situation trying to locate a new Lincoln Navigator L. Lenny took on the challenging task and handled it with class, honesty, and professionalism. Oil and filter change. Appointment made for 7:30AM. Dropped vehicle off and let them know I was waiting for it. Also was having a problem with sunroof looked at. Service finished up at 11.30.Disappointed with sunroof issue. Apparently truck needs new roof rails. Took delivery of vehicle at end of March. Never tested sunroof during test drive as it was raining during the entire process( was a Sunday afternoon). Surprised issue not covered under warranty, hard to believe that vehicle passed the CPO certification with this issue. Decided not to fix. Don’t really use sunroof ( discovered issue by accident), dealer can fix it when I eventually trade vehicle in another year.

I have always had good service when I go to Sarat Ford. On this visit I went in for an oil change but ended up needing brakes and calipers installed which made it quite an expensive visit. I knew my brakes were in need of service and they had to be taken care of. the service representative gave me an honest price and explained all the items I needed and I felt it was fairly done with an appropriate price. They performed the service in a timely manner and I know I was treated appropriately with no secret charges.Sarat Ford service is a trustworthy and full service facility that I trust.Scott Emmons

Its unlikely that I will buy another vehicle from this dealer. What an awful delivery process. The vehicle was not inspected before delivery and the wait time to get a sticker at Sarat is absurd. The day I picked it up they said I had wait 2 hours for a sticker. They said come back in the morning when its slow. Show up at 8:15 the next morning and it was 2 1/2- 3 hours wait. I finally got it done by arriving at 7am the following week. I was there until 8:15 even though I got there right when they opened. I spent 26K on a vehicle and had to go back 3 times just to get it inspected. Probably not doing that again and unless you have time to waste I wouldnt recommend going there.

Everyone here was extremely helpful. They were not pushy or just trying to get a sale. The salesman I worked with, Ron, was very knowledgeable and helped me to find exactly what I wanted. I test drove several cars multiple times, and he was patient until I made up my mind. As a first time car buyer, I felt very comfortable. The sales manager, Aaron, was also great to work with. I bought an F350 from them in 2016. Was happy with the overall sales experience and the owners and executives there seem to take pride in what they do. Have been there a few times for service and was satisfied. They have the largest inventory of Ford trucks I have seen in the region which makes it easy to see the model and color you want in person.
